Good afternoon Review Board, I HAD to write a review about my experience with Just Tires Glendale. I got two new tires on June 2, 2022. Following that, I went home and did not drive again until Monday June 6. Within that short period of time I managed to pick up a a screw in one of my new tires, what luck. When I came in on Monday June 6, I was met by a very friendly Manager, Yero. After a very pleasant conversation with Yero, I knew a lot more about tires and how they are repaired by Just Tires. Just Tires does not just "plug the hole" like so many other places, they take the tire off and actually repair it. I was very impressed with the time and care that Yero took with my tire problem. Phenomenal place ! I came in on a Saturday afternoon when they were super busy and they were still able to work on my car. What I wanted to do was quite a bit of stuff, oil change, tire rotation, rebalance all 4 wheels and wheel alignment, so I knew it would take a while. Came in without an appointment and they were still able to get everything done in a short manner of time! Waiting room was very welcoming, complimentary coffee, WiFi, and tv with news and sports playing. Felt like I was there for only a few moments until they told me my car was all ready! I've gone to this location twice. I would give a 3.75/4 for my first experience and a 5 for my second. I had a slow leak in my tire which caused me to have to pump air into my tires once every 2-3 weeks. After going to another place and they couldn't find the leak, Mario at Just Tires told me to bring it in and they'd take a look. If it was fixable, they assured me they would fix it. A few hours later, they told me they couldn't identify the leak either since it must've been suuuuper small and suggested possibly putting a rubber-like sealant over my tire for $20. Albeit they didn't promise it would solve it, I still had a lot of faith that it would work. On top of that, they suggested I get a couple other things done since I needed a service anyways (brake fluid flush, oil change, etc.). It wasn't an obscene amount of money, but probably not the cheapest rate I could've possibly gotten compared to mom and pop shops. However, it was convenient and I trust their opinion. 3 weeks later and I have low tire pressure again. I have accepted at this point that if two different places couldn't find it, I just have to suck it up and buy two new tires (since it's usually rare that you can just replace one). I called JustTires again in the morning after comparing a few places and locked down a price quote with Gary. The nice thing about this place is that they're open LATE. They assured me that if I get my car in by 8, they'll service me. Gary wasn't there by the time I got in, but Jeffrey was. It was great because Gary had already explained my whole situation to him, so I didn't need to repeat myself. Jeffrey, after inspecting my tires, asked if I wanted them to check again for a leak since all of my tires are practically new. As a last leg of hope, I said why not. I watched them submerge my tire this time and lo and behold, nothing. Except.. Jeffrey looked extremely closely and he found the tiniest bubble form on the hardware. Turns out a part was loose, causing for a SLOW LEAK. They tightened it up for me and I couldn't be happier that it was a minor problem. I appreciate their honesty; many other places probably would've upsold me anyways, but Jeffrey's attention to detail gained my trust as a customer. And although Just Tires didn't gain a short term customer, they gained a long term one. I will definitely come back to him when I need any service changes or new tires. read more

I wrote a good review about this place last year but changing my rating for a lack of detail on their customers. I was still within 6 months of buying new tires from them and got a complicated screw in one meaning I had to get a new one. Almost all places consider some type of manufacturing warranty, but at the shop they told me since I didn't purchase the road hazard warranty the first time, I had to buy a new tire at regular price and also haggled me into buying warranty for a couple of my tires. I assumed they had records of my all past purchases after they pulled up my account through just my phone number and my email. So it was also safe to assume they were fairly charging me. In the end I was told I was actually overcharged and shouldn't have paid the full price. After calling/asking why I wasn't offered any discount or for the damaged tire, they said it was because I didn't ask for it.. Which I think is terrible customer service. If they were capable pulling up my tires and car type without me telling them and saw that I didn't purchase the road hazard warranty the first few times, they should've seen that I also bought 2 sets of tires from them in January 2019 and August 2018 meaning I was still within the year mark for all 4. Also.. if there is a discount or deal available, it's common courtesy to let a customer know they can use one if they very well meet the requirements. Anyway, I took the issue up to GoodYear and they were able to actually take care of something for me. The guys there here are nice but I definitely got scammed this time around. Might be going to a diff location for future services. read more

Do not recommend. Unfriendly, unhelpful & felt extremely uncomfortable there for asking any questions. Also they overcharged me according to the Goodyear web site for the same tires in the same zip code. Is this how they treat all the women who go there? Where customer service is lost in Fernando. I walk in and he's bullsh!tting with a customer as he rings him up for 20 minutes without even acknowledging me waiting patiently and quite visible. The place was empty except for 1 guy who's car is being worked on. I tell him can someone look into a nail in my tire 20 minutes later but only to be told to come back tomorrow. There's one and a half hours before closing with only 2 cars on 2 of the bays being worked on and one car was done when I pulled away. I really hope the owner realizes this is bad for business. When he said to come back another day I asked why didn't you tell me this when I first came in and just made me wait. I told him I waited patiently and courtesy works both ways. Too bad it's fallen on deaf ears. Never coming back here ever again. Go to Sears or Firestone where they appreciate their customers. read more

Came in here to replace my tires on my car. I had bought my own tires through Tire Rack and I was looking for someone to just mount and balance them. When the older man associate assisted me, we went out to check out the new tires I had bought, he had mentioned that they were snow tires and was trying to sell me some Goodyear Tires instead. Luckily, by coincidence I turned on central leaving American tire depot and spotted Just tires. I got a quick quote from Gary who was pleasant and left to a Dr. appointment. Then I called back and Jose answered all my questions and decided to make an appointment after making a spreadsheet of different quotes. They had the best prices and have 0 interest if you apply for a Goodyear Credit Card. They also offer road hazard insurance. Also the warranty on each tire is great. Guy name Ron is a jerk,. He refused to see me. I had an appointment for January 2 2020 at @12 for a free alignment check, thats all i want. If alignment is needed I'll get it alighn with them. Apparently they dont have record of my appointment i made over the phone. Even go as far to tell me how i know iam not lying. Really rude dont recommend this place to no one. Honestly makes all the other tire shops look like Staff was nice and professional Art gave me pricing over the phone and for once in my life the price was the same at checkout as it was over the phone! The place is very clean. They do not have a steep entrance into the lift area so you can get your car in if it is dropped without scraping. Pricing was very competitive (for alignment at least) I was also able to get a free rotation. read more

Came by for some work on my tires. The guys were friendly and quick. I only came here because I live right by this place so it was convenient. My only issue is that they're open on Sunday's, which is not great if you live near by because they make A LOT of noise. And there's a lot of residents near by. It's my only day off of the week and I need to rest and relax. I can't do that when they open so early and are being very noisy. I'm positive the guys don't like working on Sunday's either. They didn't have any of the tires online in stock and I had at least 4 of them in mind. As I drove down the street, I stopped by Just Tires and they earned my business. One word: Clutch! I had a flat tire late in the evening because I ran over a screw. I yelped all the nearby places that are currently open and luckily Just Tires were open but only had 20 minutes to spare. Still, they let me in and worked on my bad tire. I went to Just Tires in Glendale on Central because Glendale Hyundai said they have nothing to do with tires and they sent me packing after servicing my car with a nail in my tire. Very scary because I'm taking a road trip. I met with Robert who was the manager. He said I have another nail in my other tire and suggested I get a warranty on my tires and he wouldn't charge me to fix my tires. Best thing I could do. The warranty was really inexpensive and worth it. Robert was fantastic!!! I didn't have to wait, he was so helpful, and a class act. I would go back to him in a second. A man you could trust. Avoid this location a patch job that takes 5 minutes took them over 45. Where most places don't charge you for it they wanted to charge $35 with a balance which is absolutely unnecessary but I ended up paying $20 without balance which is still way way too much. If they this for a patch job I can only imagine what they do for a tire change way better options out. read more
