I was hesitant to come here at first but i called ahead and ask if they do match price since i already bought 2 tires at Sams Club, i spoke to Juan who was very nice and helpful. He said they do pricematch but unfortunately, they do not have the tires in stock but i still went to their shop and he showed me 3 model tires closest to the ones i already got coz i needed to change my 2 rear tires. He gave me a good deal and i didnt realize until he told me that Just Tires is the same ownership as Good Year so pretty much it covers warranty in both tire shops if you need to bring it for service. They lost not only one customer, myself, but two. My brother and I both were devoted customers, but after being spoken to in a condescending way, by one of the salesman, (wish I'd gotten his name. Middle aged man, hispanic), I decided to go elsewhere next time. He was also super-pushy about selling extra road protection. When I replied, no thank you, I received another condescending remark. My brother told me later that they had actually added this to his bill the last time he was there, without telling him, and charged him for it. He never went back. Also, this is a small thing, but I sat in a hot waiting room, the waiting room appeared to have no a/c, the door was open to the work area. What earns them two stars is the fact that one of the guys - sunny - tried to add me on Facebook after I spoke with him for a grand total of 30 min over two days. I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, I waited 30 minutes before anyone came to assist me , there were no customers waiting, I figured they were all out to lunch or something .. finally the ( manager ) came and asked us what we wanted , stated just an oil change and I had an appointment, he told me I would have to wait till 6 pm to get my car back.. ( my appt was at 1:30 and I stayed I would be waiting for my car when I made the appt ) I asked him why so long being that I have an appt and he stated it was not his problem if I had an appointment, that was his store and he took care of people when he felt like it, appointment or not ... I clearly left and I asked his name and refused to give it to me and walked away !! I would never recommend this store, company and or location !!! I have been dealing with Just Tires Montclair for many years. I only have my cars aligned by Manny and he has been there 20 years. I have classic Volkswagen's. Most shops won't touch them as they have shims in the link pin front suspension's and are tricky to adjust. Manny is the man I rely on for all my needs when it comes to alignments on my cars. AAA+. I called in before and asked for a quote on a new battery for my car, as soon as I arrived I was greeted by Paul. He is a friendly guy, but the poor dude didn't have a clue about car batteries, he asked for my vehicle info a couple of times. I even mentioned I spoke to him on the phone to make sure he had the item. He asked one of his techs to point out where to see what kind of battery my car had! Lol. DONT GO HERE!! Got there super early for oil change today. I was first. Took my car back and close to the 2nd hour as tech Karen was about to pull another car in I told her to let them kno NOT to try and reset my oil meter because they usually mess up my entire dash panel as they don't know how and don't even ask me. She then told me they stripped a screw on the oil pan and are waiting for a replacement. First one brought was wrong, still waiting. Now almost the 3rd hour and the screw is in oil done. Vijay has the nerve to tell me they weren't charging me for the crew. Reall??? Y'all stripped it so don't act like it was a favor to me. Then he tells me he's giving me a $10 diacount off the original $69 price AND states they had to add extra oil. So u charge me for what u didn't tell me I needed after the fact then broke my s*** causing me to wait 3 F'n hours and $10 is comparable!! Ever in mf life will I be back to this place. Horrible service. Don't do shit to people car without first getting approval and then expect payment. It's not your property ! Wasted my entire morning. These guys did a great job for us. We went in to get an estimate on 4 new tires. We already had an estimate from Pep Boys that was pretty low due to the "buy 3get the 4th free" deal they have going on. When I showed that to the Just Tires guy, he was able to give me Goodyear tires (with the same 60,000 mile warranty as Pep Boys) for $200 less. Very friendly, quick service. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING: I was on my way to work when someone flagged me down, letting me know I had a flat. I ask siri to find me closest Flat tire repair to me as I was approaching the central exit off 10fwy, with out dropping a beat I was directed to this shop. I was in the lot about 7:30 waiting for them to open at 8am. Upon waiting my turn I approached the counter and let Manager know I had a flat on my drivers side rear on a semi new tire keep that in mind. Upon letting him know I would be waiting seeing I was on my way to work. He immediately rudely say's ohhh man, as if my situation is a burden to him, and states I have a couple appointments a head of you not sure how long it will be before I can get to your vehicle ( in which both people ahead of me left with a ride that was there waiting on them.) I told him no problem I can wait. At 8:40ish upon getting my vehicle up on rack tech seems to be taking his time checking all other tires tread and taking flash light to brake pads, he then tops off my air on all my tires and upon reaching my right rear tire he runs to get manager. Manager waves me down and as I approach him he state hey your right rear is pretty bad and has cracks in it. I let him know that was my original full size spare and havent had time to replace tire that went flat two weeks ago, and was just here for my flat tire honestly. He then stated because of my right rear tire he cant fix my left rear tire.....I say wow really I just need my tire fixed he says yea man sorry cant help you take it to a mom and pop shop, then makes hand gesture and before I know it tech is backing my vehicle out and manager telling me have a nice day. Tire deflated by time I reached pavement and was destroyed by time I could get to a shop that would help me. In short Just Tires will not help you if they cant sell you something it seems. I will never support any GOODYEAR / DUNLOP / KELLY product as long as I live mark my words. When I searched online for an oil change near my home, the just tires ad came up and it was really easy to make an appointment for that day at noon. When I arrived, check in was a bit slow but it went fine. I asked the mgr (I'm assuming) how long it would take and he said within the hour. Perfect, I'll sit in the waiting room for an hour and be on my way! 45 min later, my car is still sitting in the same spot in the parking lot! If I wanted to wait until they were ready I would have dropped it off! My husband (without my knowledge) called and told them to get started on my truck or I would be leaving at that hour mark if no one started on my car. They finally moved my car into the shop after 50 min of being there. And it still took another 25-30 min to do the oil change! My husband could do it quicker than these guys, but we thought we would have someone else do it since we were tight on time..glad I wasted that much time. I guess it doesn't matter if you have an appointment., they start on your stuff when they are ready or when it's your point in line. read more

Ive been to this location two times, both for an oil change.. The first time, a screw was left in the engine compartment so my hood did not close all the way and tubing that should have been in the coolant container was left out. My second visit was with my moms car and one of the personnel called to tell me my air filter needs replacing. I told him that the air filter should be a K&N air filter which should not need replacing. I told him to leave the filter in so i can return to the place I got the Air filter.. He laughed at me and told me its not a K&N. So yes I know I dont know much about cars, but he did not need to laugh at me. Think whatever you want about me in your head! Let me start off by saying I have always gone to a Good Year or Just Tires location for any tires needed. I've always had a good experience as far as customer service goes. This is my second time to this just tires location in Montclair. I dropped off my vehicle with a set up appointment time and it was ready in just a little over an hour. I got a great deal on a set of four brand new tires with a coupon printout from the Just Tires webpage. My service advisor Ricky Reyes went out of his way to do what he could to get me all up and running again. I highly recommend this Just Tires location and encourage for anyone to ask for Ricky for all your tires and/or other car service needs. I went to Just Tires today to get four new tires and an alignment, and I was really pleased with the service. I was treated with respect, got the tires for a great price, and they even knocked $20 off the price for the alignment. It all only took about an hour, but now my car, which used to vibrate very badly when I drove about 70 mph, drives perfectly! They will also REQUIRE your name, home address, and phone number or they refuse to do the job, even if it's cash! I have a 2009 Sienna that had steering that shuddered only at 70 mph. Took to three places to fix it - new front right axle, two wheel balance jobs, nothing worked.
