Watch out for these guys because they are very sneaky on adding extra charges to your receipt, such as adding a useless warranty to each tire without asking you. So double check your receipt before paying the bill. read more

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. The price is fair and the service is consistently exceptional. Ricky communicates very clearly and makes sure mechanical concerns within his controls are addressed and followed through. Chris is also very technically knowledgeable specifically in regards to wheel alignments. I have been bringing my own and my parents' cars here for maintenance and tire services since 2010, and I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

I have had a few oil changes at this location and have been disappointed in the service every time. Today I went to purchase a set of new tires... This time hoping the service would be better, but I was wrong (again). Waited 2 hours for it to be finished! The manager and workers have no sense of urgency. They lost my business! read more

Worst service ever!!! Waited for almost an hour to be told that it'll take 45 minutes to fix my tire and my turn isn't up yet. Asked for my keys and drove to America's Tire. They were not even busy!! I don't recommend this place to anyone read more

While driving on the freeway I must have hit something because all of a sudden my check tire pressure light came on and the car started pulling I exited the freeway right away. I pulled into the just tires parking lot because it was the only store that still has its lights on it was late and after hours. I had my children in the car with me and my cars the only way I have to get to work. Vinson Ricky inspected my car and discovered that the front tire had been shredded in the back two tires head screws in them all of which had to be replaced. I explained to them that I had to go to work very early the next morning and could not bring it in the next day or leave it overnight they agreed to stay late and work on my car tires that night even though it was already well after closing time. They are truly lifesavers. I cannot say enough good things about them considering it was it was already time for them to go home but they saw how bad my situation was and agreed to help. To go above and beyond the call of duty to help me and my girls. I will be a loyal just tires customer from now on. read more

Customer service was a joke even the manager was very rude to me on the different occasions I've been there. I bought my tires here and come for rotations and alignments. I'm going to find a different location to go to from now on. read more

One of the better Just tires, shop around for your tires each location varies on price. 3 stars is because Just tires broke 2 of my lug nuts and didn't care to remove them, had to go to my mechanic to have them removed. They didn't even offer to replace the lug bolts. Thanks anyways read more

Got an alignment for my car for 79.95, which I think is a great deal. They were efficient and the whole process took less than 30 minutes.

on 6/30/14, i took my new 2014 CLA250 mercedes benz in for a simple tire rotation. the car had less than 10,000 miles on it, and no problems at all. the next day while driving, i began to smell exhaust fumes. i was on the freeway and assumed it was coming from another vehicle. by friday, 7/4/14, i noticed oil had leaked onto my garage floor. i immediately took my car to the dealer on 7/5/14. i assumed it was a mercedes problem that they would have to repair. lo and behold! when mercedes lifted the hood, they discovered the cap to where you pour the oil into the engine was off. it was simply sitting to the side, wedged in between the car parts. it had been off since i left just tires on 6/30/14 and oil was spewing all over the parts under the hood! NO ONE had been under my hood aside from the just tires guys. in performing their 19 point vehicle inspection, they removed the cap and cost over $1000 in repairs to a new vehicle. I have reported the problem and not only are the representatives in customer service and especially their claims department rude, they also refuse to accept responsibility. of course the store manager, vince wright, initially stated they only checked my oil by using the dipstick. however, he is now denying that they even looked under my hood!!! this is a disaster that a huge company like Goodyear should take responsiblity for. since they refuse, i have filed a small claim. First how is the setup of this place legal? You walk into the shop? I've worked in Many shops and having customers walk through the loud dangerous shop is an accident waiting to happen. Appeared to have two techs working on a friday morning? Two guys working at the desk, the one that appeared to be the manager went out to look at a ladies camry and said he couldn't find it (it was literally right in front of him and the customer seemed annoyed that he was so blind to this). Additionally 3-4 people were ahead of me in line and the techs were moping around without the slightest bit of urgency. None of the employees seemed happy to work there. I come from a shop where even the techs had to wear a smile and there would never be a situation where only two guys were working if that office was full of customers. Maybe everyone called in sick today, I wish I could have done my own flat repair, I immediately left. read more

Today was the third and last time I will ever use or attempt to use this tire company. This is the only tire store open past 5pm and on Sundays, that I like but their prices are ridiculous and their lack of customer service is beyond compare. I Called them today for a flat tire repair and I was 3 minutes away and they said to come in. When I got there at 6:30 they told me they wouldn't be able to get it fixed before 8pm. They made no attempt to satisfy me as the customer. It is a simple flat repair. America's tire can do this in 20 minutes. I was surprised at their lack of drive to do this simple job but I guess I shouldn't have been as this seems to be their standard operating procedure. I am surprised that this company can stay in business. Do yourself a favor and go to some other tire company for your needs. There is one a stones throw south of there and you can see their sign from the parking lot. Also there is one across the street. read more
