How do you mess up an oil change? I got my car checked after the maintenance button kept flashing, they told me that I got the worst oil there is. They never seen anything like this it was just running. Considering that my dad has taken the same car there previously, and I asked for the same service, I don't understand why I got something else. I had a flat tire on my car a week ago. I changed the tire and drive it to this store due to how close it was to my house. I told the guy behind the counter what happened and he said that it would be $40 to repair the tire, and about 45 min to look at. I know that $40 is a lot to repair the tire, but I was already there and just wanted it to be done. I sat in the office for over an hour while I saw 5 employees standing around, laughing, watching tv, and talking. There was only one employee in the garage doing actual work. Of course, my car hadn't moved from where I originally parked it. Finally, I got my key back and took my car to a different place to get the tire repaired. The employees at this store are extremely unprofessional. I am surprised that a national chain like Just Tires would have employees like that running the store. I would highly recommend skipping this store for any of your vehicle maintenance needs. read more

This place USED to be awesome, but not any more. First of all, they charge $40 to fix a flat tire. That right there is reason to never go there again. (HINT: Firestone on Belmont charges $19.99 to fix a flat.) Secondly, I always keep a quarter ($.25) on the stickshift boot, for when I go to ALDI. Well, the guy that drove my car into the bay STOLE my quarter! While a stolen quarter may not be that big of a deal, it makes you wonder what else they would steal??? I looked up on the internet @ prices before going in and when I was quoted a price significantly higher I new I had to haggle to get the best price. I tried to have a tire patched from a screw and they down right lied to my face trying to get me to spend $150.00 on a new tire? Oh, was this because I'm female I must be uneducated in auto repairs? I went to United Tires on Belmont and they fixed my tire no problem for $20.00. The mechanic showed me that the screw was NOT on the edge of the tire like I was told over here at Just Tires. If I could no stars I would... They over charge without even doing the actual work. I had a slow leak around the rim. Charged me 80 bucks with tire rotation. I left the lot and it was flat in 5 min!!! Now 3 mths later this other place showed me that they never cleaned the rim. Just readjusted it and filled some areas and ripped off a piece of my tire. Horrible customer service! I bought 4 tires for my Jeep. Within 2 weeks I was back in because one of the tires was leaking because they stripped out the tire pressure sensor. It was replaced but took an hour and a half to replace and the place was not that busy at the time. Now 3 months later I'm back and all 4 tires are low. I explained what was going on and what happened last time. They try to tell me they are just going to top of the tires and that the low pressure sensor might stay on. I had to argue with them to take my tires off and check for leaks and check the valves and sensors. I will never use this location again! Go anywhere but here! read more

All four of my tires suffered some major damage on the highway and when I brought my car in they were able to patch up the holes without having to replace the entire set of tires and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. However, what was supposed to be an hour or so wait turned into an all day uncomfortable wait in their waiting room. However, thankfully their little lounge area isn't a claustrophobic closest of a space, and they had a TV, so I was able to manage. read more

Terrible customer service. They are incredibly rude and have no problem charging for services your car doesn't need. I had a tire replaced there and unfortunately took the road warranty. Had to return an additional three times to fix the same tire that was low. They said it was a valve problem which wasn't covered in the warranty. They also said it would normally be $130, but since they missed it the last 2 times, they would fix it for me for "only" $100. (Gee - thanks.) they made me replace a tire that had nothing wrong with it! The kicker? I took it to Firestone on Harlem to fix the valve. Know what they charged me? $22. Thank you Firestone! Don't use them. "Reduced price tires" resulted me in going 3 months after installation because one of the tires was leaking air and cracked. They said it was a "manufacture defect" but I blame them for improper installation of a defective tire because I noticed the day they originally installed them that it wasn't properly inflated and they were persistent that it was. In addition their alignment was full of baloney, I just had someone do a much needed check up and stated that there was no way they would have done a proper alignment and shouldn't have charged me due to faulty control arms. It doesn't end there... first time we used them they said we did not have a log nut lock key... 2nd time we went there they swore we had the cover for the wheel's rim.... 3rd time no complaints... 4th and last.... over filled on the oil change, defective tires, and stolen car jack. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Oh and did I mention that I originally requested Bridgestone tires, like I have been for the past 5 years and on the fourth time I went for service they said they don't sell or install Bridgestone tires... I come back a week later and the same counter guy says they have Bridgestone and could order the specific tire I wanted... should've turned away right there. read more

Absolutely no stars at all went there to fix a flat tire took, 1st off it took an hour 30 minutes of that hour my tire was just sitting I had to literally go into the garage, inspect my tire, came into the office and told the lady, my tires done, it's filled with air and everything it could have took her 20 secounds just to walk to the door in stick her head out and to realize that my tire was done, not to mention my ticket was right there behind her, she couldn't even turn her head to see what orders were ready. Mind you, I was the first person in there. Nobody was there when I got there, the garage is damn near empty. And she tells me, she's busy, I was so mad, I wanted to tear that place apart, I told her, you couldnt take 30 seconds to look behind you...all she kept on saying was sir i was busy... Then charges me 43 dollars for a freakin flat tire and a hour wait.... I didn't have an appt, but they took me in, worked with my limited budget, and got me out the door in the time promised (unheard of in the tire world!!). I usually go to Jiffy Lube for oil change, but after searching for best nearby deal I came across Just Tires. I've never been to a Just Tires before but I'm very glad I did. Have been going here for a few years. Staff is friendly and helpful. Alan always takes the time to work with me to get my alignment just right. They are always flexible offering multiple days and times for an appointment. The 6 month "warranty" on the alignment is also great. If my alignment gets knocked out during that time, I can go back in and they will try to correct it. Very happy with their service! read more

There is absolutely no comparison at the level of customer satisfaction that you will receive at this Just Tires located at 7213 W Forest Preserve Drive Norridge, IL and the one and the one which is located at 4809 W Broadway in Chicago. We wanted to try Norridge because it's 2 Miles away from home. There is a warranty on the tires, and there is a slow leak. Connie stated it would take 7 hours to check for a slow leak and if I made an appointment on line they would cancel. I don't know how one company can have great Management and workers at the Just Tires on Broadway and poor customer service on Norridge. If you feel like a stay cation go to Norridge and wait all day, or just take the extra drive for better service on Broadway. read more

Seriously the worst place to go period. Needed a tire with a nail in it repaired. 10 dollar job at most places. Quick job at most places. However being Saturday and in a pinch we dropped off the SUV. Mind you we dropped it at 10 am. Crickets could be heard in the place yet it took them 6 hours to do the job. That's not even the best part. They charge 40 dollars for a 5 minute job. No diagnosis needed. Obvious what a nail in a tire looks like. I even narrowed it down and told them which tire. Totally eliminated the guess work. I never leave reviews. I got a great deal on a pair of tires from Utires on Belmont Ave. They referred me to Just Tires for the necessary alignment to follow. I had been in Just Tires for a few minor services before. So I go in on a Saturday morning hoping to get my car in and out. The agent at the front desk said it would be about a 2 hour wait. I went home and waited 3 hours. When I didn't get a call, I knew that something was up. I went to pick up my car ('93 Benz with 151,000 miles ) and was informed that I had a "Tie Rod" Problem. I was led to a bay where my car was up on a lift, "Mac" (The Service Adviser) and the alignment technician gave me a complete and thorough explanation of what was wrong with my front end.As things go with Euro cars, it took a few days to get the parts and Mac was more than fair while working out a price for the installation and alignment.I dropped the car off about noon today and was able to pick up my car in just a few hours. I must say that the price for the service was very reasonable for me. I can't wait until I pick up a newer car some day, I'm going to take it to Just Tires and have them put 4 new tires on for me!
