On the day of, I received a text confirming they were en route. Jason arrived and checked in with me and confirmed the gutter cleaning services I ordered and got right to work. I asked to let me know before starting work if there would be any additional charges. He said it wasn't a problem to do so (there were no additional charges). During the process, I noticed there was some debris on the top of my garage after the leaf blowing stage, and stepped out to mention it to Jason. He explained he would need to do another round to rinse the gutters, but he backtracked and took care of the gravel before he even got to the rinsing stage. Jason provided recommendations on how to take care of my gutters and informed me if I wanted to pay with credit card, there would be a processing fee. Very transparent. Had a great experience. All our windows and gutters were very dirty from not being cleaned for like 8+ years and Osvaldo did an excellent job. He was very responsive and flexible, we rescheduled on him a couple of times and he didn't complain. He even came out on a Sunday morning to help us. We have never seen our windows this clean before and can finally see through them clearly. He was also very courteous when he was inside our house by wearing masks and booties, and also wiping the ladders before he came in.
