This is the second time that I used them. The first time they were fine (not stellar, but did a decent job). They took out one of my windows to wash the outside, because they didn't bring a long enough ladder (even though I specifically told them to bring their longest ladder). When they took the window out, they gouged my brand new kitchen cabinet and window sill, and then didn't even tell me, so I didn't notice it until they had already left. Completely unethical and unprofessional. I will never use them again! read more

we just had just windows do a super deep cleaning on our all windows for the house today and they did a great job! we havent had our windows cleaned since we rebuilt our home last year and there were still paint spots on some of the windows. they got everything off and made the windows so sparkly! i am very happy with their service and would use them again! read more

We have a view property with windows along one side of the house----including 4 extra-large patio sliding doors and 2 pentagonal feature windows. All the windows sparkle inside and out. If you have "French" windows (the type that are framed into panels) and French doors, you probably don't want to use Just Windows. My house has them throughout and each was counted as 2 windows. The cost of my cleaning was close to $700 for 3 people, 2 hours. Much more expensive than a one-person service. Also some of the rooms were cleaned better than the others, indicating variation in quality from one person to another within the team. I don't think I'll use Just Windows again. read more

I have been using this company with great results but this year was a different experience. Water streaks and dirty watery tracks were left. I actually had to call the guys back to redo a window because it was streaked badly. How they could call that done is beyond me. I was surprised by this completely different standard from last year. The guys were clearly rushed to get in and out and the friendly enthusiasm to get a job well done wasn't there with these two. So will shop around. read more

On one window that gets a lot of sun, there's always been a sort of film on the window after other companies have cleaned it - this time, it was sparkling and no residue! They totally overcharged me and I would not recomend them to anyone unless you want to be ripped off, big time Maybe because my home is in Los Gatos they felt the need to overcharge me? I have a 3 story home on the coast and Just Windows did a great job cleaning those hard to reach windows! I've had them out to my house 4 times. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because I think their crews are inconsistent. 3 out of the 4 times the cleaning crew was great with good attitudes. The 4th crew cleaned the windows but seemed annoyed that I have a 3 story home. Am going to have them come out again and will update my review. read more

My experience this year is not as good as it was last year. I had a dream team last year and was promised that I would get the same team this year. Not! I remembered the names of last year's guys and I knew right away that this team was different. The leader assured me they would be just as good but were not. They damaged a screen, refused to remove water spots from a window because I hadn't indicated that I needed hard water spots removed when I booked the appointment, and generally breezed through as quickly as possible. read more

Purchased the CBS Deal/Groupon (forgot which one) for Just Windows window cleaning or gutter cleaning. Since both my boyfriend and I don't do well with height and ladder, we decided to get the voucher and get our gutter cleaned. Called the company and they informed me that the voucher was good for $125 whereas the gutter cleaning was $145. I was a little upset that it did not indicate that on the voucher but do realize that the voucher said "upto $125 value". This is probably the reason why no 5 stars - just wished that it would have stated more clearly in the deal somewhere that gutter cleaning is $145 (it did say something about $125 good for 10 windows and each additional windows is $8 or something but nothing about the gutter). Anyways, we made the appointment, no problems at all. We got a reminder call the day before, very nice. The workers came right around the appointment time - good job. I have a large dog, it was a hot day, we had the screen door closed and front door open. I told the worker when they arrive that I couldn't open my screen door or my dog would run out (i didn't want to seem rude). They understood and said they will just leave the bill in my mailbox and I can just use the attached envelope to submit my payment. Pretty easy. I got the envelope/bill and put everything in the envelope as clearly stated on the envelope and left it back in the mailbox. The workers cleaned the gutter in a timely manner and when they were done, they notified my through my screen door and thanked me. Now, I haven't gone up there with the ladder (since I don't do ladder) to check how they did and it hasn't rain yet... but I they seemed to be doing stuff out there and taking things out of the gutter. Hopefully, when the next rain comes, it'll prove that they did a good job. But, just overall professionalism of the establishment is pretty good. Will update later if I discover that the gutter is backed up or not in the next rain :) read more

I ordered their service for cleaning gutter and windows inside out. Their work is so so, corners of windows and tracks were not cleaned. I found three screens were broken after they left. Plus they disposed dirty water with detergent to my backyard. My roses and lavenders might be killed. For gutter cleaning, they did not bring hose and asked to use my hose which is connected to timer and soaker hose. It is very inconvenient. I did not check gutters and roof, if our house leaking afterwards, they must break something and did not tell us. Terrible service. Do not use this company! read more

I was referred to Just Windows by a friend. I was very happy with the response and the men who came out to do the job were very professional. I was very taken back however that when they came to a window that was water spotted they asked for another $11 per window. I thought that would be part of cleaning a dirty window. So I had a $55 dollar extra charge. I was happy that the workers completed the job. At first they said they didn't have the extra time to do what needed to be done to remove the water spots, but they did. I was happy enough to tip the workers, but that money went to the extra unexpected fee instead. read more
