What a scam. We never used their gutter service and purchased a Groupon. When I called, they said they had once cleaned the windows of the house and the Groupon would not be honored. I had gutter cleaning service last year. Two came and cleaned the gutters. When it was done one of them asked for 10 dollar tip for one nail which I was okay. He also asked me to asked neighbors if any would want their gutters cleaned. I rang 2 door bells to offer. I did not mind, either. What prompted me to write this review was that I found one gutter drain thrown on the ground and missing 2 gutter drains in lower level. They scheduled me in within two days of phoning, showed up on time, cleaned the windows of my 1900 sq. ft home perfectly (some are quite tall) and were very professional. Huge added bonus for me: one wore booties over their shoes and the other guy had on just socks while inside our home. I bought a Groupon deal for 20 windows, single story house. They were professional with the scheduling. The day before my appointment they called back to let me know that rain was forecast for my cleaning day. So they opened up their schedule to accommodate me on a weekend. The cleaning service itself was good. I paid the extra fee for removing screens and cleaning tracks. I will use them again. read more

Their work is okay, and I am generally satisfied with the window job they did, workers are on time and do clean after themself. The price is not great, but reasonable. I was consider use the again in the future until the voucher inccident happens. I am extremely disappointed with their office staff !!! On the date of the service, I have purchased yelp deal which save me $45 dollars for their service, and I have advised them the voucher No. over the telephone which was confirmed by their office staff that it is validated at the time of the service, and they told me all they need is that Voucher No. Since it is already validated by their staff, I did not print out the actual voucher from the yelp site. 1 week after the service is done, their office staff start to repeatedly calliing me on the phone and told me they do not have any record to show that I have purchase the voucher, and unless I advise them the voucher No. ( which by the way only appears at time of the purchase on the computer ) I told them I do not have it, but I have credit card statement showing clearly there was $$$ paid to yelp to Just Windows on the date of service. Still , she insiste that unless I produce this " Voucher No." to approve I have this voucher, I am still owning them money even there is credit card statement showing I have paid. Her tone on the phone has such doubts and made me very uncomfortable. I end up spend a lot time on the phone while i am on the yelp trying to find that " voucher No. " for this, trying to approve that I really did pay them. It turn out once the purchase is completed, there is no voucher No. showing on my end and they have received money thru yelp already, and they did find that voucher which they received on the service day. They simply not sure how to match up the voucher with the service they did. it indeed wasted me a lot of time and frustration . This inccident had put real bad taste to the whole experience. Their office staff definately needs a lot more training in customer relations and basic office processing work. The guys are friendly and arrived right on time. They also did all the work in the estimated timeframe which made it easy to plan around. The cost was reasonable and it was easy to book and organize. I really liked the attitude of the crew leader. The only negative thing is that they tracked mud and dirt all over my cream colored carpets. This was not only from their work boots (which they didn't bother asking if they should remove) but also from their tools. I gasped as dirty water was flying off the squeegees onto whatever was below. This was occurring when they were on the ladders cleaning the interior windows. When I realized what was going on, I rushed in, narrowly saving my light colored sofa. I cautioned them about it, and they apologized, but I apparently missed the downstairs bedroom workers and had to clean the carpets after they left. If you use them, I recommend a thorough inspection of the areas under the windows before they leave. They should have laid down plastic sheeting near the windows to protect carpet and furniture. Also removed shoes when inside or put down paper to walk on like painters do. I would give these guys another try but next time be really clear with them about taking care of the interior. I had a very poor experience with Just Windows. I hired them to clean my gutters and when the two workers arrived I saw them rummaging through my things and using my hose to spray the gutters. When I asked where their tools were, one worker said "I f***ing forgot them at the office." About 15 minutes later I heard sounds of them packing up so I went over check on my gutters. I told them to wait and I climbed up the ladder and stuck my hand into the gutter. I grabbed a handful of sand and and gunk and was confused as to what they were doing the last 15 minutes. I asked if they were afraid to get their hands dirty and one worker replied yes. The workers had an incredibly rude attitude this whole time and were extremely unprofessional. I told them this was unacceptable and only after me standing there watching them work did they start to do the job I paid them to do. This was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to use Just Windows! read more

Very disappointing window washers. Out of 20+ windows to be cleaned, almost half needed touch ups. If you use them I suggest following them around every window to be sure they do the job. They will send out a "window inspector" after the job to fix things that aren't right which is nice but who has time to stay home from work an extra day for that??? read more

Just had all the windows done in my 2 story house. They did a great job inside and out. It had been years since they had been done. Purchased a Living Social Deal. There was an additional charge of $57 for doing the screens and cleaning the tracks out, but that seemed very reasonable and was disclosed in advance. Our windows were BAD. I mean, REALLY BAD. The guys from Just Windows came in and made them sparkle. We had them do screens, tracks, and frames, too (also bad). They did a good job on them, as well. The guy who worked inside even wore booties to avoid tracking dirt into the house. At the end, one of them pointed out some smudgy areas and explained that the cause was probably leaky double-panes (a problem we've had with these windows), so moisture was trapped between the panes. We are highly satisfied and definitely recommend this branch of Just Windows. read more

Easy to book short term appt - fast, efficient, neat and professional. They did my 2-story house, inside & outside windows + screens & tracks in a 2 hours. Just so you know: I neither work for nor am affiliated with any competitor of Just Windows. I'm just a homeowner who wanted his home's windows cleaned. I called a number of window washing services in San Jose (those with overall Yelp ratings of 4.5 to 5) before selecting one to perform work on my home's windows. I found that Just Windows' quotes were anywhere from 20% to 40% higher than those of its competitors, for the same work. While the quality of Just Windows' work might be superior, I'm not sure whether it's 20% to 40% better. I suggest you shop around for window washers and see what you like, based on cost, scope of services, and availability. For example, are you in a rush to get the cleaning done in time for a family get-together? Some services have significant backups (one of them had a backlog of nearly 2 months!). read more

I once had these guys do my windows. So, I was excited to see them run a special an Amazon Local this week. However, they won't offer the 50% off special this year as my condo has a small # of windows on the 3rd floor. Maybe they will do a great job for you, but if you are looking for a good deal on a condo, I suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I called Just Windows based on other Yelp reviews. I needed the windows in our old town-home cleaned prior to putting it on the market. It was easy to set up an appointment, and I ordered a cleaning for all windows inside, outside and for all screens. They were very courteous on the phone and were able to accommodate my request for a cleaning over the weekend. I did not have time to be there, so they let themselves in, and did a great job, also with the windows upstairs. A lot of contractors will do a so, so job if nobody is there to look over their shoulders, but not these guys! Even the Realtor commented on how the windows sparkled! The pricing was also very reasonable, so I will definitely call them to have our new house done prior to the Holidays. Highly recommend. read more

The just window guys are almost done and while they are very nice and polite, they had no idea how to wash a window; couldn't remove my screens (which other window cleaners had been able to do) didn't have a tell enough ladder to do my high windows even though i told them to bring one and the windows aren't really very clean--they are better than they were, but I'm singularly unimpressed and wouldn't ever call them again read more

They were super professional on the phone while making the appointment. The guys that came to complete the job were very polite and considerate - switching to a brush over the vacuum when I was on a conference call. I had Just Windows come out last Saturday. I've been using them for years and have been very happy with their work. This time, they only sent one guy and it took him quite a long time to clean my windows, but I have to say-he did an EXCELLENT job! I live on the second floor and my bedroom windows are difficult to clean from the outside. Joe did a really excellent job cleaning the tracks, screens and windows all at a VERY reasonable price. I just used them again for the third time. I would highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced, always show up on time, finish on time, do what they say they will do, take special requests, and are respectful and responsible. If you find anything wanting after they are done they will fix it cheerfully. I have only found one small thing in the three times I've used them. This last time I had been meaning to call them for a few weeks (just waiting for the hope of more rain to completely die) and suddenly found that we were to have company in two days. I called and basically begged them to come out. They were able to fit me in and did their usual wonderful job. We have had our house painted since they came last and there were flecks and smudges of paint on a couple of windows. I forgot to ask them to clean them off. I noticed it at the walkthrough at the end. They would have cleaned it right then but we didn't have the time so we let it go. We will have them do it next time and there will definitely be a next time. Beware! Apparently there is some company in San Jose pretending to be this company. Be sure to call the number listed in Yelp. The other company is reported to be really horrible. read more

Had the exterior windows cleaned recently and am glad I went with Just Windows. Customer service was great with the initial call and reminder call. On the day of, two guys came and they were right on time. Not sure when they left, but when I got home the windows looked great! In fact, it made the interior of the windows look dirty since I was the one who cleaned it. I'll definitely have them do both in and out next time. Wow! What a difference clean windows make. I was way overdue to brighten my view, so I tried Just Windows (based on Yelp reviews) and was very pleased with their professional, thorough service. They arrived on time and in a cheerful mood to boot. Cleaned 6 grubby windows in just over an hour and scrubbed the tracks as well. The two-man team was very careful inside my home and actually cleaned the two top floor windows from the inside without needing an extension ladder. I wasn't sure this would get the entire window clean, but I inspected their work after they completed it and couldn't find any flaws. Definitely a nice perk to enjoy a sunny day. I'll be cleaning my windows more often, and will be calling Just Windows for a repeat performance. Thanks guys! read more

I gave them four stars as they ran late, which was a bit inconvenient, and while the windows and blinds in the house looked great, the ones in the garage were not up to par. I didn't see them until they were gone, so was not able to ask if they could redo. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and will most likely use them again. read more

We used Just Windows to clean the windows and gutters for the past 5 years, we were happy with the service but now the service is bad really bad. After they finish clean windows and "gutters". 1.- They left dirty clothes hanging outside the windows in the trees on the second level of the house. 2.- Two window screens where left out, because a clip broke, but they did not let us know, they just left it like that. 3.- The more surprising was the gutters they "clean the gutters", but when they cleaned, they leave all the outside of the gutters dirty. I sent a message to Patricia she told me that the complaint policy is after 24hr the job was done. I sent her a picture, and after talking to her supervisor they decided to send a crew. When they arrived. José the person who managed the crew started saying that the gutters were like that when they came, and the price does not include wipe the gutters, he tried to show me that the dirt was accumulated for years, to show me he stood in a ladder and passed a wet clothe, all the water mark and dirt came out. Then, he said the only way to do this is using power wash. (are you kidding me we just paid them to clean the windows and gutters) I told him better to pass a wipe all around like he just did. He said this will take probably 8 hours (he clearly did not want to do it). He called his supervisor and he convinced his supervisor that the only way to do the job is using a power wash, and to wipe the gutters will take them lot of hours. I spoke with Patricia and she said that clean the gutters does not included wipe the gutters. Shocking!! How come a service to clean gutters does not include wipe the gutters after they clean inside and did a mess? I asked how much it will cost to wipe the gutters Patricia said $ 50.00 and hour for each one of the crew (4) to wipe the gutter plus $65.00 for the trip. Really? We just paid them $1400.00 to clean the windows and gutters. Very disappointed. read more
