I've been wanting to switch my dog's diet to kibble free food for a while now. Recently I tried "Farmer's dog" service that offers grain free food. With my dog's weight costs about $180 per month. My dog and I've been pretty happy with it so far. I keep driving by this "Just for dogs" place that advertises similar concept of feeding fresh food to dogs and providing measured portions, specific to dogs wait. I finally found time to stop by and to my surprise was unexpectedly disappointed. Immediately, as soon as walked in I noticed a little banner advertising pasta dishes. I'm not kidding, they are advertising wheat pasta dishes to dogs as healthy! That right there says a lot about their business model, using cheap food fillers to compensate for expensive meats and vegetables it may have to go into making the dishes healthy for our pets. Another ingredient I saw being used frequently was regular Russet potatoes. Yes, starch filler. I wonder what dietitian or scientist at "food for dogs" was qualified to pronounce wheat pasta and potatoes as something that carnivore animals need to eat. As I already knew that this is not something that my dog will eat but since I'm there, Iets see how much does the service actually charge. Ready? $300-$400 per month for feeding my dog pasta and potato dishes! Giving this business two is too much but that customer service and The ladies at the front counter were just excellent and super friendly. read more

I was introduced to Just Food For Dogs by Joe, he was so enthusiastic and informative about the brand, and my dog absolutely loves him! I was having a hard time finding food that my dog would eat and be excited about rather than waiting until hunger overtakes him. I really didn't know what else to do, he didn't like anything. Update on my review that I posted a month ago. Both the retail operations reached out and the manager of the store called and apologized about their customer service. Was told that they are doing lots of training and that it is being fixed. Well a month later I decided that I wanted to order the Bulk 25 lbs dog food. I was given a flyer with the pricing on it. It said for chicken a 25 lbs bucket would be $107.45 and I ordered a few other things and left with my order. Later on I realized that the math did not add up and called to request my receipt. When the lady gave me my receipt, I was charged $127.95 for the 25 lbs bucket of chicken. I asked why I was charged more and she said "oh we changed prices on Tuesday" and I said that no one told me anything. She responded back with "well groceries stores change prices all the time" in which I responded back that when they also change the prices for people to see. She let out a HUGE SIGH like she was annoyed and said she would do me a favor by crediting me the added difference "just this one time"..... So you're doing me a favor because you failed to tell customers that prices were changed ???? I'm pretty much at my wits end with this location. My dog loves the food but I can not deal with this. I can not stress how poor the customer service here is and now on top of poor customer service, SHADY business changing prices and not letting customers know. I am ready to look for a new brand of food. read more

Where do I start? Miley was diagnosed in August of 2017 with inflammatory breast cancer. A rare aggressive type. Immediately after hearing the results of the biopsy, it was suggested I contact Dr. Palmquist of Inglewood and Food Just for Dogs to coordinate efforts to lengthen her quality of life. I walked into Food Just for Dogs and inquire about my options and the process for obtaining a custom made diet. I was told that the individual who normally handles the dietary configurations is not normally in house on that day. But that day he miraculously was. He met with me and explained what my options were and how to proceed. Food Just for Dogs Vetrinarian - Dr. Scheibe coordinated the formulation of a very specific diet for Miley with Dr. Lo, Dr. Karron, Dr. Palmquist and oncology. This process took less than a week. They knew we were in borrowed time. For 14 months Miley thrived. Because of her veterinarians and because of Food Just for Dogs. The formulation was expensive. How much do you value your family member? How much do you love them and what price is too much to pay for a high quality of life. Miley was diagnosed in August of 2017. Our 14 year old mixed breed small pup has issues with pancreatitis. Not caused by JFFD. The Balanced Remedy was suggested as an alternative diet. We eased him on to the food with very good results, at first. When his softer stools turned to blood filled diarrhea and his anal glands were no longer expressing, it was clear something was very wrong. Long story short, we discontinued the JFFD Balanced Remedy, added probiotics to restore his gut health, with oatmeal fiber, pureed pumpkin and boiled chicken. After a month, he is acting his old self, with solid stools, no vomiting and has a jaunt in his step. I threw the $200 worth of remaining frozen JFFD into the garbage. Their response to my complaint? Please provide us with batch numbers, dates, etc. of the product that seriously sickened my sweet pup. They are a giant corporation with no soul. Just My Opinion. read more

The place is absolutely amazing, super clean, they make you feel welcome the second you walk through that door dodge. I was very worried and not sure about what kind of food to give my dog, I've been hearing great things about this brand and they're human great food so I'm glad I decided to actually give it a try, Joe was my sales associate, and Jesus Christ I could not ask for a better person to get me through it all this process, he make sure you understand absolutely everything, gives the best recommendation, he's very knowledgeable in his field, and it's just a person with the most magnetic and incredible energy, my dog, Maca and I are obsessed!!!! Always a great experience to visit this doggie restaurant. Saying hello to the charming, helpful Manager, "Joe" , passing by smiling chefs whipping up healthy servings of the absolute most fresh & nutritious food possible to provide to our beloved 4 legged family members. it is the Erewhon for the 4 legged. Joe is so dedicated to making sure all his customers and their dog/cat parents receive individualized attention and leave with a taste sample, r made aware of new products (and especially the newest version of the crispy chicken strips) my dogs crave! Two little dogs but very finicky eaters. If you get food your pup doesn't want you can return it to them no questions asked. Sometimes they like the food and other times they don't. I don't speak dog but make sure you warm up the food if you have chihuahuas. And then pray. I just made 5.5 lbs of chicken thighs and sweet potatoes which they loved. I can't do this on a daily basis and it doesn't have the nutritional mix they need. However Just Food for Dogs sells the vitamins and even gives you recipes so you can cook for them at home. There are only maybe one or two places in LA that I walk in and they know me by name... this is one. The staff here has really been fantastic. I walk in and they say "Hi Crystal"... it's so nice. And they sort of know my dog and her preferences even though I don't bring her (Leia does not like to leave the house unless absolutely necessary). At first, my vet was a little "iffy" on the Just Food For Dogs, but she is now completely on board with it. She fully supports the diet Leia is on and is a believer. For my little one, it's the turkey and pasta... she's obsessed with it. That creates some madness because she wants it ALL the time. And once you get your critter on this food s/he will want it all the time. Frankly, it looks pretty delicious. Some of the stuff Leia eats looks better than anything I can cook. The staff at the WeHo location is so damn nice and friendly - sometimes I just go there to buy something because they're the only people that haven't been assholes to me that day.. *consultant life*... I do wonder who has more check-ins than me?? One person... I must meet this person... I'm so competitive. But I love this store. If they left we would be bereft. read more

Life changing! I can't say enough about this business... Just Food For Dogs has changed my dog's health and extended his life. I find myself recommending it to strangers all the time. TL;DR: I never really understood the direct connection between dog food and dog health until Just Food For Dogs... I was skeptical about fresh/frozen food and didn't think it was worth the cost, but I've seen the results with my own eyes and I will NEVER go back to kibble. This is the future of dog food. (Now I'm just waiting for this company to go public so I can buy stock.) The longer version: For the last 13.5 years my dog was "not food driven," i.e. he wasn't interested in food and would graze on kibble, often leaving food in his bowl all day while I stressed about it. Over the years, at the direction of his vet(s), I tried everything -- prescription food, hand-feeding, and mixing human baby food or chicken soup, just to get him to eat. I finally found a small, family owned kibble brand that he seemed to like (or at least tolerate) that didn't mess with his stomach. The last 2 years my dog gradually started to lose weight, bottoming out at 10.5lbs in November. I was really worried, but his vets all said it was normal for his age, "just muscle degeneration." (I could feel his spine and hip bones so sharply that when people first pet him, I'd automatically just say "I don't starve him, his vets all say weight loss is normal for his age.") 2 months ago (after a scary weekend in the ICU with pancreatitis) we started JFFD fish & sweet potato and by mid-January he was just over 13lbs!! Don't ask me how a dog gains that much weight on low fat/low cal, cardiologist-approved food (grade 5 heart murmur), but it happened in front of my eyes and I didn't change anything else in his life. (Note - I was concerned at first bc my dog has basically stopped drinking water but started peeing more... His vet said it's great because JFFD fish recipe has so much moisture and he prefers when dogs "eat their water.") Almost as exciting as his remarkably improved health, my dog is completely OBSESSED with food for the first time in his entire life. (He practically inhales a 1/2 cup of JFFD in under 1 minute!) He's so fixated on JFFD that I have to manage his excitement in the kitchen: now he knows to sit or lay down while I plate his food. He's the same way with JFFD pumpkin treats (also Cardiologist approved), and he likes to stand (often in the dark), staring at the treat jar until I notice him and finally give in. I also want to say that I've had great experiences with JFFD retail service. If possible, I recommend calling your local store directly rather than the general phone number for the company (that's what came up when I first googled JFFD and as a result I didn't become a customer for over a year). My local/go-to is the West Hollywood branch. The first time I walked in, Geydi set me up with everything I needed to get started and she was really patient and upbeat while answering my endless questions. (Fresh food is an investment compared to kibble so it was really reassuring to hear that if my dog didn't like the food or something happened, I could just bring it back for a refund.) Beyond that, I like calling or going in to the store because every time I interact with JFFD staff I learn more about the brand and/or discover additional benefits. Special shout-out to Oscar, the rockstar retail manager for our area. So disappointed in the employees at this location, particularly some man/young man? (Uncertain of age). He has been absolutely terrible to me and my pets. I have been a loyal customer of JFFD since opening. Usually ALL of the locations are amazing. The people who work there are so helpful and truly love pets. However i don't know what is the issue with the man who works here but he needs to be fired. I called regarding an order and was placed on hold for over 15 min then when he answered again he said it was too late for bulk orders and was beyond unhelpful. My pets rely on these formulas for nutrition and wellbeing and unfortunately i cannot aways afford the individual packs so i like to buy in bulk. When my partner wrote a negative review regarding their customer service he was retaliated against by this man and told that they will not ship bulk for us any longer. I am absolutely appalled!!! This is such careless behavior that absolutely does not align with JFFD mission statement to care for pets and their families. I understand that sometimes situations are not convenient but as an employee your job is to accommodate the customer and provide excellent customer service, particularly when that entails the wellbeing of furry friends. The mans name is ROBERT SANCHEZ. He is the manager at this location. Make sure to not inconvenience this man in anyway Bc he will go out of his way to rob you and your pets of their nutritional needs bc he has an ego problem and does not care about pets. It is a complete outrage that JFFD has this sort of person representing their company. I am so disappointed as a loyal customer that this company allows retaliation against people who write negative reviews. The whole point of this is to hold businesses accountable for a basic human standard and to keep customer service high. read more

I swear by this food! Last year my now 17 year old dog started vomiting almost every time after eating kibble, and was experiencing a lot of diarrhea. I saw Just Food For Dogs in the documentary Pet Fooled, and read about it on some Facebook dog forums. I decided to give it a try. Ever since I started my dog on the Venison and Turkey recipes last year, he has not thrown up or had diarrhea once! Recently, my friend's senior pup started experiencing the same vomiting after eating kibble too, so I gifted her a big Venison. She has not had any vomiting since then! My friend even said her dog has more energy than she had seen in a long time! It's truly a miracle food. I recently started him on the joint supplements and fish oil as well and saw good improvement with the joint supplements. Great customer service as well. As soon as I walk in there is an employee ready to quickly help me. Pleasant experience every time. Free parking in the lot behind the store. read more

Renal/Kidney disease prescription dog food for 140lbs dog, cost around: $38 for 1.5days, and $244 discount for around a week's worth. They do free delivery within 10 miles if you order a case, and can customize/flexible to your situation. Free parking in the back. Super sweet staff. Recommend talking to Joe, he knows his stuff and gave me a brief tour/understanding of Just Food For Dogs. We ended up ordering more prescription food. Our super old 15yr German Shep/Shiba mix dog loves the food, and the pumpkin treats. They have small sample bags of treats to try out. read more

Have been coming here for a few years now. Mostly purchasing the turkey and macaroni, lamb & brown rice, pork loin and fish for my pup. So far so good until recently. Over the past few months when I've given my dog their turkey and macaroni (which also looks different than previous offerings) he's gotten sick to his stomach with diarrhea and blood in the stool. In order to help him recover, I've given him their turkey with sticky sushi rice otherwise he won't eat anything for days. This was my second call just now to the store to let them know it's happened for the third time. But like other customers who've posted here, I was told my dog must have suddenly developed an allergy to turkey as they've had no other complaints. So I called the store back and told them to read their Yelp reviews. It's not my dog. It's your food. Logically, if the turkey and sticky sushi rice doesn't bother my dog at all then it's specific to the macaroni/turkey combo and not a dog allergy to turkey. Take accountability!!!!! As you walk in into the store, there is a fowl smell! Also, I observed two of their workers that were transferring dog food from one container to the other, not wearing masks or gloves. FOOD CAUSED BLOOD IN DOG'S STOOL We have two dogs-- one is a puppy and the other is 10+. We had been using Just Food for Dogs for about a year before we received a batch of bad frozen food from this location. Both dogs became extremely ill the night after they ate it and began vomiting and had constant diarrhea-- to the point where they got up multiple times in the middle of the night and we had to rush them outside to use the bathroom. Blood started appearing in their stool. We immediately took them to the vet. After running a lot of tests and keeping them in observation, our vet's conclusion was that the food from Just Foods was to blame. Both dogs were put on a variety of medications to mitigate the pain. Their stool was liquid, and they were constantly going to the bathroom-- about once every two hours. It got to the point where both of their anuses were inflamed and red due to constant diarrhea. Both dogs were in pain. This lasted a little over a week before they recovered. On December 28th, we emailed justfoodfordogs, detailed the situation and asked for a refund. They responded with a form letter email stating that their, "... main concern is (our dogs') health and well-being." and that their "Quality Assurance teams takes concerns such as yours very seriously and would like to investigate this further." We answered their questions promptly and included contact information for our vet to verify what we were saying. We received no response. We then emailed them multiple times since January asking for a follow up. To date, they have not answered our emails. We also spoke to a friend who told us something similar happened with their dog at this specific location several months ago. This led her to immediately stop buying from them. It's bad enough that their food actively poisoned our dogs to the point where they were in pain for over a week, constantly whimpering and crying due to defective food sold by them. The more egregious aspect of this situation is their refusal to respond, and by extension their lack of accountability. Even more terrifying is their apparent and obvious lack of remorse. I'm filing complaints with the FDA and the LA Public Health today detailing this incident. I strongly urge anyone who has dogs or cats to take their business to a store that cares about their pets as much as they do. read more

I first heard of Just Food For Dogs from my sister in San Diego. She bought it from Pet Coach (?). I don't think we have that here in LA, but was delighted to discover that we had a Just Food For Dogs location right in the city. When I first walked in, the woman who helped me informed me on how much my dog should be eating and then educated me on some of the other products they had available. I bought a months worth of the chicken and rice frozen meals as well as a bottle of Omega for my furry friend. His coat has never been softer and shinier because of it. I also purchased the audiobook "Big Kibble" to learn more about what is causing domesticated dogs their illnesses and how to prevent them from happening. It's time to wake up and start feeding our pets REAL food. read more

I was having dinner next door and stopped in to check the store out. As expected, the place is meticulously perfect and the décor is bougie with lots of cute plush dog toys & merch. Off to the side is a section where the fur babies that are up for adoption reside in posh play pens with white picket fences. There is also a nice area on the rooftop where potential adopters can spend quality time with their future fur baby. The staff here are very friendly, and I got to meet one of the pups named Meatball as he was on his way out for a walk. They have the food that we like to get as some other chain doesn't carry them. The staffs are always so welcoming and very friendly. There's plenty of things that they carry. It's a small store but pretty much packed with everything you need. Loads of brands that they carry. There toys, treat, apparel, and so much more. Pretty sure you'll find whatever you need when you're here.

Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of the staff from the old store are now at this location, in particular the fabulous Taylor who is an absolute gem - great people skills, professional and very kind. Apart from food supplies, I like the fact that Urban Pet stocks a huge selection of high-quality accessories - toys, collars, scratchers, etc - that are not common anywhere else. This is a wonderful store, in business for eighteen years (meaning, they know what they're doing) with free off-street parking adjacent (right-hand side), and a wonderful loyalty scheme. Unfortunately, because she had already emptied the bag into the container, the original packaging was discarded. The very next day from purchasing food- I called the store to explain the situation, expecting a reasonable resolution given the circumstances and the obvious quality issue. Instead, I was told that nothing could be done because the bag was not available. This response was extremely disappointing, especially considering this situation involves defective pet food and an elderly customer. This is not simply a return issue -- it is a quality control and safety concern. Rotten pet food could make animals seriously ill, and the matter should be taken seriously.

I had a vet apThey were also due for some blood work and the Lepto vaccine so I thought might as well do this as well. I dropped them off at 8a no issue. A little after 12p I still haven't heard from the vet so I called them to check in on the dogs. At that point, I asked what is going on with the dogs and the tech gave me more information on pricing versus what was going on with my dogs. Again, I assumed it was an upper respiratory infection but I am no veterinarian. Nonetheless, the tech told me they would be available at 2p. I arrived to pick the dogs up at 2p and another tech came out to with the dogs. Handed me a bag of medicines in which I had to ask what they were and how to use them. No instructions given. I'm use to a printed document explaining how to use the medicine and how often. Aside from that, both of the dogs didn't seem like themselves. At this point, I'm very frustrated. Before paying for my bill, I asked the receptionist to have someone come out and explain to me what exactly is going on with the dogs and what all happened while they were there for 6 hours. Because they seemed lethargic and one of them had their tongue out drooling everywhere. This is when I learned they were also given a pain shot, which was never discussed, pain for what? Overall, not a great experience. I am going to keep an eye on my dogs and hopefully to recover. I did walk away with antibiotics for them both, two separate kinds for each. I am disappointed by my whole experience for not only myself but my dogs. As they can't speak up for themselves and who knows what all happened while being back there for 6 hours.

He is very thorough, will take time to answer any questions you have, is very straightforward with whatever treatment options are available, and is great with Bruce (who is always happy to see him when he comes into the room, which hasn't been the case with any other vet). The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all take great care to make sure your pet is comfortable and that you have all of the information you need. They are incredibly transparent with pricing and treatment plans and don't nickel and dime everything. When I first moved up to LA, I put a lot of time into researching different vets to find the best one for my dog and I am 100% certain I made the right choice. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Croquenois and the whole Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital team for everything they have done for Bruce!

Dr. Kwon examined my cat very gently, diagnosed the issue, gave him some injections, and collected blood and urine for testing. My cat felt a little better that day, though still weak. The next morning, he walked a bit, and by Tuesday night his congestion had stopped. He finally started eating again, even if only a small amount, which was a great improvement. I also received a follow‑up call from another doctor, who explained that his lab results looked very good and showed no concerning issues. He reassured me that my cat should continue to feel better day by day. I felt so relieved and deeply appreciated all the care and help we received.

The veterinarian Dr Kumar, who treated my friend's dog was excellent, which gave me confidence to schedule one of my cats for a visit. However, as I was leaving, I clocked a referral to an after-hours care facility that's notorious for malpractice and misdiagnoses putting pets at risk, including one of my own, and that was deeply concerning. When I brought this up to the front desk staff member, I was met with immediate EYE ROLLS and a patronizing attitude. I explained that the after-hours facility had nearly killed my cat in the past, and instead of taking my concerns seriously, the staff member dismissed me with a flippant, "people say that," and rolled her freaking eyes. This dismissive response was not only frustrating but also deeply troubling. If I'm not the first to say this based on first hand experience (FYI I'M AN ANIMAL CARE SPECIALIST) then maybe believe people! I do have a review with receipts from the horrific experience at TC! After the visit, i took a moment to reflect on that experience. I decided to cancel my appointment, I cannot support a practice that endorses sending anyone's pets to TC! When I called apparently I got the same staff member... did I get a "any reason for the cancelation?" Nope I got asked, "how is [cat's name] doing? My response "I'm taking him somewhere else." I'm not sure if she was attempting concern but it didn't come across and I have zero incentive to give any further information. This combination of an honestly dangerous referral and the front desk's dismissive attitude completely shattered my trust in the practice. I sincerely hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. 3 stars for Kumar, but the front desk person ruined it and I don't want my pets anywhere near someone like that!

I AM VERY DISPLEASED with the way this store is being ran. My first experience made me feel as if I was in a hierarchy southern slave plantation. I was greeted by a very beautiful young woman with very big pretty eyes and colorful lipstick, I think her name was Sariah or Sarah? I'm not sure but I can find out if need be. She was very knowledgeable about the business and it almost seemed as if she was the manager of the establishment. I asked her if she was indeed the manager and she told me no. I asked if she was at least a supervisor and her answer again was no. I found that very surprising because she seemed so professional! I found it even more surprising to find that the lady doing nothing but texting on her phone, was the "lead" person in charge--I guess she is the supervisor, but not a manager? This next part of my experience really upset me and made me feel so sorry for Sariah or Sarah (I don't remember her name, but will find out if need be). Sarah inquired about my 12 year old cocker and recommended the Lamb and Brown Rice diet, I don't remember why but she seemed to have great information to give me as to why Brucey needed Lamb, being that he is very old. I was ready to buy them, five of them in fact, the jumbo's! when she then pointed to a white bottle of vitamins, which were VERY EXPENSIVE but sounded great for my spaniel's joints! I was instantly sold when she explained why it would do my old man some good. It was around this time that the supervisor came out and began trying to sell me even more vitamins, not even a simple "hi, how are you?" was given. She just jumped right in and started doing what Sarah was already doing a magnificent job of! (I was literally about to spend over $100!) I was very confused as to why she came out and sent away Sarah to bring the items I had wanted. I thought it was extremely rude and disrespectful to Sarah and my self how the supervisor unprofessionally interrupted us.I wanted to continue hearing about the products from Sarah, who seemed to have more manners than the supervisor. I felt very uncomfortable from then on and did not know how to ask if Sarah could continue talking to me, I did not want to seem weird. I decided to lie and tell the lady I forgot my purse in the car and figured I would try another day. It's very puzzling to me that the supervisor was not the person to say tell me hello from the very beginning and recommend me products, which are VERY EXPENSIVE. According to Sarah or Sariah, they were worth the buy. My problem is if you would like to ring up my purchases and recommend products, then be the first one to interact with me. I did not appreciate how this very respectable and knowledgeable young lady was bossed around and told to do something I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF, when she has yet to finish concluding my sale. So in conclusion, JUST FOOD FOR DOGS is now over $100 poorer, my old man did not receive his food and vitamins because of the this lady who does poorly at being in charge. It is unfortunate that my dog is doing without right now, but I do blame the supervisor for this. This is something I feel very strongly about and will not return or recommend this to my friends. I hope that next time I decide to give you guys a chance things are different and the person who initially greets me and recommends me products is the person to end my sale. For the last 17 years, I've had four amazing dogs. Two of them lived to be 15. But are no longer with me. I started them both on Just food for dogs 12 years ago. The two dogs I have still have been on it their whole lives. They are two years old and eight years old. Just food for dogs definitely has made a difference in the health and vitality and energy of all of my dogs. I love coming the West Hollywood location to pick it up in person or I sometimes have them deliver it... which you can have done for free if you order over $100 worth. Everyone at this location is very helpful and friendly. I often bring my dogs with me. The staff are very knowledgeable on benefits for the different varieties of food that they carry. On a couple of occasions, my new pups didn't like one of the food varieties that I got (one doesn't like the fish. And I found one had an allergy to chicken) and I was able to bring the uneaten portion back and swap it out no problem. The staff how my dogs are doing each time I see them which I appreciate. Never try another fresh food option for your dog. I've tried others, JFFD is the best. Others basically try to COPY their work, but they are the original. Trust me, I've tried others. Including one that was online for awhile in LA and Malibu and at the Brentwood Farmers Market for awhile claiming they were all into natural health for dogs.....blah, blah, blah. Then I found out, the eventual co-owner would feed her dogs generic Costco brand cheap dry food for 10 years before she bought part of that dog kitchen company. WTF?! Does not seem genuine. I asked JFFD about that company and was also happy to find out that other than really loving pet nutrition, what sets JFFD apart from others is that it has 7 Vets that work with them to balance their meals. I heard about this place when I first moved to LA and it's worth the hype. I truly believe my schnauzer Benny's life was extended a little longer not just because of the food but the warm environment coming here. Though he was very old (he lived to be 16!) he had several old-age related medical conditions that required special food, and JFFD was right on the money. My other two love their treats too so I make it a point to stop in whenever I can. Highly highly recommend!! read more

Love this place! Our dog can't get enough of their healthy treats. They don't have any preservatives in their snacks and include no feed-grade ingredients. Both pumpkin and checkin apple bark are some of our dog's favorites. They also make calming supplements that have come in handy during the 4th of july and flying on the airplane. He is sensitive and has a lot of allergies but they have recipes that accommodate just about any dietary restriction. No acknowledgment, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. Continued to ring up the supplies I was purchasing and they only talked to each other complaining about their petty grievances in life the whole time until I left. Terrible etiquette. They should be embarrassed. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially for a retail business. Basic customer service and etiquette are clearly lacking. Terrible employee training.

I found that they were overpriced on the particular items I was shopping for (Frozen Raw sliders for my dog as well as a specific type of kibble). Each of the bags were $3- $5 over the price I pay at another pet store (which I won't mention). Cool store with a good selection but a bit over priced.
