We continously had to call after a service, to have them come back for for problems such as algae or the pool being dirty. We finally had enough and began to test our pool water for chemical levels. On one occasion, we tested the chlorine level before and after service and of course no signs of chlorine in the water. This is the one example that drove us to cancel his service but as previously mentioned we had many other incidents of poor service. I would not recommend this business!

Really got screwed from these guys. They promised the world and delivered garbage to me. To start…read moreoff, these guys wasted 2 weeks off the bat by delaying the start date. This is AFTER I paid them a deposit ($1,000). Before I left the deposit, I got text and phone call responses almost immediately and after my deposit was given the guy ghosted me. The owner called me back days after apologizing and saying that he's here and will make it right because its his brand and name. After a couple of weeks of communication battles of Jake, the owner ghosting me as well, he called me and told me about this team meeting they just had about my property and how they're coming out tomorrow to start and make things right...lol. What a joke...i'm still waiting on them to "start" I tried to dispute the charge from my CC company for the $1,000 deposit and they're saying that since the contract is in their favor, I cannot do anything about it. The company does not pick up, answer text or care to refund me my money. As they are license, bonded and insure, they seem like they can be trusted, but believe me...don't fall for this BS. I will put a complaint directly connected to their license number so the public knows.
