I am extremely busy as a single mom with 2 jobs.... so I rarely take the time to write positive reviews. I've maybe written 5 positive reviews since writing reviews became possible. I found JV plumbing through a Google search and then through cross referencing multiple websites. I did not find any negative reviews, so I reached out to Jose and scheduled him to come out to my house today to replace my water tank heater. He was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. His assistant Louis was great too and they make a great team. I enjoyed watching them take the old water heater out and put a nicer, newer water tank heater in. I learned a lot from watching them work and about water tank heaters in general as a 1st time home owner. Jose is a great communicator and he and his assistant Louis are hard working. They were respectful and conscientious of my home/property, and they didn't leave anything behind that I had to clean up. They took the old water tank heater away which was also very helpful. Jose was also willing to waive the 3.5% fee for paying him with my debit card. He offers different payment options which is nice. Jose and Louis are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, so I strongly recommend hiring them. I also felt safe and comfortable around both of them. On Father's Day, about midnight, my dad informed me his toilet was clogged beyond fixing. It had been an ongoing issue for awhile, but one of his peculiar special plungers had snapped off and been partially pulled into the trap. I contacted Jose, as soon as he was open the very next morning, and he prioritized getting the toilet replaced. He came out that day and replaced the toilet, even transferring over the brass handle from the previous and now dysfunctional one. My father is all but housebound and mostly roombound so having the master bath working for him was a very big deal in terms of his mobility and safety. We are both very grateful, for the prompt attention. I did delay writing this review to be sure it could accurately reflect long term satisfaction as well. This past week my dad said it was the best toilet he's had in his adult life. I think that sums up the best of what one can hope for when making an emergency plumbing call: ending up in a better place than you were before the problem happened in the first place. And what I really appreciated is he also takes the time to identify any other unrelated plumbing issues he sees, explain why they are a potential problem, and what to do to repair them. Had an emergency call to Jose as we had an upstairs leak dripping down through our downstairs ceiling. Left a message with Jose who called back within minutes. Worked with me over the phone to stop further damage and do some trouble-shooting. As it was a Saturday call on a three-day weekend, my Wife and I were sure we would be without water for a few days, but he fit us in and came off a job in Seattle to help us. He diagnosed the problem area within a few minutes (which wasn't easy to do in our case) and replaced some piping and had us all set by the end of the day. This is the best service company I have ever worked with. Jose answered my call personally and was able to give me a reasonable estimate right away. I needed a complete redo of all the plumbing in my new house. Jose and his team did all of the work, plus more in the time they said, and had me up and running in a day. Not only did they remove all of the old piping and replace it all, but they made sure I was informed throughout the process. The toilet at my mom's old house was leaking constantly and couldn't be fixed. I contacted Jose,he scheduled a time to come by to do an estimate.He showed up on time with his son. Turned out the plumbing below the toilet was very old ,leaking and needed replacement also, and was a tricky fix. Jose was able to get the supplies he needed, did some customization, and was able to get the whole job done in a few hours. Highly recommend! Discovered during a remodel that we needed a gas line and multiple water lines moved in kitchen and laundry room. Our hot water heater was leaking and being in an outside closet went unnoticed for a while. After tearing off the drywall we found two more leaks in the plumbing. Jose came, suggested we replace the pipes that were old, outdated, and brittle ( I know because one cracked when we tried to unscrew a valve).
