I noticed some mixed reviews, but after working with him, I realized he's just a straight shooter who gets the job done fast because of his expertise. He charges a fair, standard fee and doesn't play games. Marcel came out the next day and gave me a zero-pressure quote. Although my AC and furnace were from 1989 they were still technically 'working,' but I noticed the heater wouldn't always kick on and the AC would struggle. Marcel was honest and said they were fine for now, but you never know when units that old will finally go. I decided to change them now rather than wait for an emergency. Even though I just got the quote, he had an opening and was able to get the AC installed just two days later! A few days after that, I decided to do the furnace too.
