My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

Willing to be patience and reasonable in my selection based on my credit and income. I was transparent about my income and requested approval be verified first before I even began looking for a vehicle. I was told I was approved after filling out the application and that included the verification of income, I was provided a 2022 ford escape and put a down payment down when I was asked to by Scott. Drove off into the sunset. Never once was told there could be issues with the lender nearly a month after I purchased the vehicle. I was told abruptly with no warning my income wasn't completely verifiable? I sent atleast 15 different documents of financial statements and a detailed employment summary from my boss and suddenly, now I'm not allowed to keep my vehicle unless I give them an additional $3,000. I opted to get into a cheaper vehicle and was told I still needed $3,000 more? Seems like a complete scam. I LOST $1,500 in insurance costs because I had the vehicle insured beyond the refund policy. Galaxyauto took no responsibility for that. I am the provider in my household and now I am likely out of both of my jobs due to galaxyautos inability to be transparent and communicate effectively about the buying process and what the risks were or that my income may not have been acceptable for whatever scammy reason. This company is taking advantage of every person that walks through those doors unless they have half the total cost of the vehicle down as payment or an 839 credit score, so their job is easier. Do not waste your time being played by this shady company.

I was concerned however thought that I could finish because the brake light had not been activated. Just some background. Today/last night is/was Sunday. The absolute worst day to need something done on a vehicle. My Jeep had been making some oddball noises - I wasn't attempting to blow these noises off - but I have my other Jeep going in for some work and new tires in a few days. I just wanted to spread out my cash disbursement. That was not to be. Brake light came on and vehicle was really keen on not stopping. I slow-motored home and switched out vehicles. My husband called around and found that Munro was indeed open and could do work today. Cautiously creeped there around 11am. Jeep was done by 1.15. New rear rotors, calipers and brakes. All for $780.00. Price wise - I don't know whether it's expensive or not - I do know that my ride is now safe to drive. I thank them for that.

On 6/24/26, to prepare to travel, I had my tires rotated and an alignment. Upon picking up my…read morevehicle, I called them to report it was making a loud unusual noise. They told me to bring it back in the next day as they were unable to look at it. In the morning while enroute there, the front drivers side wheel completely detached from the vehicle and fell off. I was able to maintain control however my vehicle sustained damage. There was not any lug nuts on the vehicle or ground. I contacted the service manager who stated he would contact towing and call me back right away, however did not. I called myself and had my vehicle returned to Pep Boys. The service manager has refused to return my calls and has only sent a message saying that lug nuts have been ordered and there is no damage to my vehicle, when there is obvious damage to my vehicle. No one from the Field Team has contacted me to discuss the incident or damage to my vehicle. This negligent tire service could have caused a major accident and is a significant safety concern.
