K&S has some of the best pizza in the state and we have tried many. They are hands down the best in Washington County unless you insist on New York style pizza. The crust is always delicious and on point and the toppings are generous. Service is friendly if sometimes a little slow, but when you are good you get busy. Jordered 2 spinach calzones. Staff was polite and efficient. Calzones were burnt on bottom and had very little spinach. This is something we order frequently, here and other places. This is the least spinach and least pepperoni I've ever seen in a calzone. It was 90%doigh. read more

First time I've gotten down to K&S to try their pizza, though they've been on my list for quite a while. It's a small place, no frills, but it does not lack in quality of food or service. The chef also doubled as our server, and she managed to answer calls, take orders and make one Hell of a pizza for us. We got a small pepperoni and the cheeseburger pizza. We also did a small order of 6 buffalo wings (crispy) and 6 Carolina wings (crispy) featuring Backyard BBQ's candies jalapeños in the sauce. Everything was phenomenal. The pizza was cheese and crispy, the pepperoni cooked to perfection. The cheeseburger pizza had fries on it and was served with bbq sauce on the side. I actually dipped it in ranch dressing and it was life changing. We will definitely be back to try more of the pizza, wings, subs, and calzones that K&S has to offer! read more

We traveled from Providence to try this place because of the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. We had the 5 pounder pizza. My guest, upon biting into the crust, proclaimed that was the best he had ever eaten! The amount of cheese was truly impressive. The real test is biting into the slice and having a string of cheese stretch from the pie to your mouth.... well, this one stretched, snapped, and wrapped around my neck! I have to say, I ain't mad at that! The folks working there were also super nice and patient with my questions. The shop itself was super cute, with nicely designed, colorful signs describing the various specialty pizzas. You can tell they support local business, since they are one of the few places selling Yaht Club soda (a favorite!)... Also ordered buffalo chicken tenders with blue cheese. They gave me just plain tenders and I had to go back inside to ask for buffalo sauce and blue cheese. You guys straight up have the most disgusting food I've ever eaten. I've gotten food poisioning twice since they "reopened" after their "deep clean". They take over 1.5hrs to deliver on any given day & when you get there at the time they tell you for pick up it is never done. So they take it out & you end up with underdone food. Came here because of the decent reviews. Unfortunately, our meal was not good. Girl on the phone seemed unsure of what the delivery range was. Lots of toppings on the pizza and looks good, but the crust is bland and tasteless, and you literally taste no sauce. The wings look like the breaded ones you buy in the freezer section at the grocery store. I asked for them to be crispy and I got soggy, prebreaded tasteless wings. And they were not fried at all, there wasn't a trace of grease in the box they came in. Extremely disappointed I paid almost $40 for tasteless pizza, and wings I literally couldn't even stomach because of their nasty texture. Not sure what others see in this place. I had a lunch date with a friend on 2/16. I love pizza and all its "sister-forms." I ordered the Good Fella calzone: spinach, sausage, roasted peppers, pepperoncini, fresh garlic served with a side of marinara (I think it had "banana peppers" in it too which I *LOVED*). My friend ordered a burger which was served on a hoagie roll and she loves burgers. We were both extremely pleased and hope to return soon for an encore lunch date. We are out and about and low and behold we want pizza! In a town we don't know where to get pizza we take a shot at the K & S. I checked them out online and got directions a very easy ride later we are pulling up to a cute pizza place. Clean , bright and welcoming are my 1st thoughts, someone was getting take out but other than that we were it. The menu is clearly on the wall behind the order and check out counter. Drink coolers line one side of the pizza restaurant and simple, new tables are on both sides as you walk down the middle to the ordering counter. Music was playing from behind the counter kitchen area lightly. A single staff member greeted us, took our order of a large cheese , mushroom and half pepperoni pizza w two bottled drinks, made our pizza and brought it to us all very efficiently! She was pleasantly friendly and made a fantastic pizza which was pretty important! I ate 2 hearty slices and was full, got to take some home which didn't last the day unfortunately! The pizza has fresh slices of tomatoes under the cheese instead of a pizza sauce so it almost reminded me of a white pizza. I loved it! The menu boast of calzones , salads, & more! The pizza section of the menu was creative with a lot of fresh veggies. The crust was excellent, this isn't a thin cracker crust but a crispy on the edges, thick, chewy, golden crust you won't want to leave behind. read more

Excellent pizza. There are four pizza places in the town of Richmond and this one is the best. Never had an issue, pizza is always made to perfection and the sauce is very tasty and they use the smaller pepperoni which I like alot better because I get my pizza well done and it makes the pepperoni crispy around the edges. They are very big on locally grown as that is a big plus in my book. The service is very friendly and prompt. They also have clam cakes and chowder during the spring and summer seasons and they are also excellent. read more

But a word of advice is that if you don't want blue cheese crumbles in your buffalo chicken calzone or on a buffalo chicken pizza then you have to request it them not to. This is the worse place in town. I live a few houses away yet I travel miles to buy good food at other establishments! The middle aged woman who is usually there is rude, abrupt and unaccommodating. The menu on website is obsolete. Many items listed haven't been available for years yet are still on website....ie: pastrami & linguisa. There is no take out menu to take so you know what IS available. OVER THE YEARS THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL! Give them a call and listen to the rude woman on the phone tell you that what you've decided to order is not available with her tone of disgust. Then if you chose to put up with her negative attitude and actually order....prepare yourself for one of the worse pizza or subs you've ever had. Best bet is to drive an additional 2 miles north and dine at Kingston Pizza where the food is excellent and the customer service warrants a generous tip! I've been going to K & S Pizza since I was 6 years old. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, short wait time, and best of all, PHENOMENAL PIZZA!! Trust me, if you're looking for a good slice of pizza, this is the place to go. Also, their seafood is exceptional, and their sandwiches are not bad at all.
