My favorite is the decaf, which has delicious notes of cocoa and toasted marshmallow, but I've enjoyed several of their regular coffees too. They also offer great milk options, including Califia Farms almond and oat milk, along with traditional milk, cream, and other alternatives. The drive-thru is quick and convenient, making it easy to grab a coffee on the go, but I highly recommend spending a little time inside because the space is so inviting. Their merchandise is also adorable! The shirts, hats, mugs, and bags of freshly roasted coffee make it hard to leave without taking something home. If you're anywhere near Knoxville and looking for an incredible local coffee shop, Mahalo Coffee is absolutely worth the stop. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say.
