I been going to the dentist the last 50 years, I have never ever had a dental office quote me $16k for any dental work. She was probably looking for a down payment for a new house. I went to another dental office and paid $450 for the dental work that I need it not bunch of BS service I did not need it. I agreed with one of the reviewer, They tried to rip u off and the 5 star reviews are paid. There are lots of honest dental office in the area. Stay away from this one.

I called about 3 different dentist offices to see if they would take me in same day visit, no one would until I called La Puente Advanced Dentistry. Right away the receptionist felt my pain and made it possible to have me seen an hour later, I couldn't believe it. I get to the office and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really felt like I was talking to family members. I really was impressed with all the staff. I'm sorry I forget the Dentist name but he was a young dentist from the east coast whom took care of me and fixed my issue right away. Two root canals same day, but I didn't feel thing because as soon as I let him know I felt a little pain, he would numb me up. I want to thank everyone there I do remember a few of the staff and one in particular because she has the same name as my grandmother Luz. She was amazing btw, felt like I was with my sister. I also want to thank Noheli whom made it all possible for me to be seen and was really hospitable. I can't forget Monze, or Monzerat... sorry if I misspelled, but she also was super attentive and on her game. I really liked how everyone there makes you feel like you are at a family gathering or family party. I'm excited to go for my check up tomorrow. If you're in pain and no one will take you, call them .... They will make it happen .

They made me feel so comfortable, which is big for me because I've always been a little nervous at the dentist. 10/10 service.

I'm not one that likes to spend time in a dentist office but it's always easy in & out. Really like how efficient they are here - once checked in and seated, downtime is little and for routine teeth cleaning, Dr. Wu did everything with precision. The staff here is also professional but friendly at the same time! There's a parking lot in the back as well so no need for street parking, which can be hard in this area.

As for me,,, each and every time I visited this dentist I was in a lot of pain. I mean every time he injected me with the numbing I felt a lot of discomfort and pain. No matter how much numbing the dentist gave me I was always in pain.... So to me it was perfectly normal.. i didn't know any difference I totally thought it was normal...... Until I went to a different doctor that the second specialist recommended ...... AND OH MY GOD !!!! My new dentist, after doing a full work up explained that I needed a lot of work.... For example, i needed a deep cleaning. But the strange thing was when they checked my dental records it said I had already had it done,,,, but the new dentist could tell from just my examination nothing had been done for years,,,, Wow !!! For last three to four months I've been going every two weeks to have all kinds of different things done.... A crazy two session deep cleaning , Tooth caps ,fillings , a partial cap . And I'm still not done,,,,,, I'm trying to get everything back on track,,,, Also , talk about day and night, at my new dentist ( i don't fill any pain whatsoever) NOTHING !!!! what gets me is that I totally trusted this/my old dentist ... I mean my entire family has been going longer than me , for more than 20 years and he was doing the bare minimum ... talk about being deceived .... I'm so disappointed with him... Received X-RAYS first and the girl performing the X-rays was so kind and asked many questions if I had any particular concerns etc. So I needed a deep clean. My insurance covered about 90% of it I believe so I paid only $100. The cleaning was great. I have nothing negative to say about this office. I felt so comfortable and happy here. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

I very much appreciate Dr. Kim's detailed dental check since my teeth have been sensitive on one side. Previously, Dr. Kwon suggested that I would need a root canal and crown sooner or later, so I was so glad to know that I didn't need to have any special treatment done this time and that I just needed to brush lighter and with a softer brush. Dr. Kim is also very caring and observant of issues and needs I may have. The dental hygienist Esther also did a great job cleaning my teeth. She has been cleaning my teeth for a couple years now. She friendly, gentle, and patient. The receptionist was friendly as well. She booked my next biannual cleaning rig HR when I checked in. They can be hard to book sometimes, so booking in advance helps a lot. Got a goodie bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste after my cleaning. Glad they had toothpaste for sensitive teeth available.
