We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and had an incredible time! The staff member who helped us from the beginning was very kind and attentive to everyone in our birthday group. Amazing place to go with friends definitely a fun and memorable experience!

It was my first time visiting this location -- I usually go to the Ontario one. This location is much smaller, and the wait was pretty long, but overall it was a good experience. We had a good time, the prices were decent, the track was clean, and the cars were in good condition. I'd recommend it for a fun time if you're in the area.

    see you on the track!

i was very fortunate to visit k1 speed on my company's dime :) we had a team building event at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed the racing and the food. we had the buffalo wings, barbecue wings, beef brisket slides and cheeseburger sliders. all of the food was delicious but the wait time was quite long. the racing activity was soooooo fun, we were all very competitive and loved comparing race times. i would love to have a party here, but be warned, the food will take a while. i quite liked the service. i was saying please and thank you to the staff, and one staff member said it had been maybe two weeks since they were last told please. cmon people!! these staff members work hard to ensure a safe and fun activity, the least we can do is have manners. all in all, i would recommend k1 speed.

I had never ever been to a K-1 Speed before. It was my friend's birthday and she had a party there. We went to the K-1 located in Burbank. The place was easy to find , kind if in an industrial area. The parking was not ample and the spots were very tight, but it was no biggie . There was alot of street parking but I didn't read the signs so I am not street if it was okay to park out front. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by staff. They had us come over to the counter and they checked us all in. We had already filled our waivers out online to the check in process was pretty quick. They were extremely thorough when going over the rules of how the cars worked and what behavior was expected from everyone. They put us in groups and we were in our way. At first I was afraid to go fast for fear of topping over but once I got the hang of it , I was on my way and I never looked back They have a pretty cool arcade with alot of old school games It's a bit pricey but hey you only live once I had a blast and I hope to go back soon with a bunch of friends Go check it out !!! I'm only giving 4 stars because of the lack of parking Everything else was a definite 5 stars Oh and the food was delicious!!!!

Connor told me they had a promotion and said it to me after they made me pay and didn't give me the discount, CONNOR IS RUDE!!

    Do you guys sell alcohol?

Hello, Cera! Yes, we do! Keep in mind, drinking before racing is prohibited, but you can enjoy them once you've finished racing for the day!

Is their a weight limit to race ? Should I make a reservation for 5 people ? Or no

Hello Michelle! So sorry for the delay. Our weight limit is around 300lbs. As far as reservations, those are only available through our group event packages, which are for parties of 8 or more. That said, you can still book for our party of 5, but…

How much per race, and how long is the track or average time spent per race? Thanks, John

Hi, John! Each race typically lasts between 6-8 minutes. For pricing, please check out…

How long are wait times on Fridays around 8?

Hello Christina! Always hard to predict, but Friday nights tend to be busier than evenings during…

Do you need to make reservations just to ride go karts?

Hello, Junior! No, you do not need to make reservations to ride our go karts. However, if you have a group of 8 or more, we recommend booking a group event. Otherwise, just arrive and drive! See you at the track!

Can 3 year olds ride these?

Hi, Me! We do have a height requirement for our junior karts which is 4' (48") tall. We typically see more 5/6 year olds reaching that requirement. Hope we'll get to see you all soon!

Are all races first come first serve when purchasing? Or we can pre-purchase online?

Hi Gayle! Great question. Yes, all races are first come, first served regardless if you purchase your races online beforehand or not. Hope this answers your question!

What are the rates for a private group?

Hello Paolo! Thanks for your interest in having a private group event at our track! For more…

We got to see the sets from so many different shows that I love, like Gilmore Girls, Friends, Abbott Elementary, and even movies. Our tour guide Philippe was exceptional. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and insightful throughout the tour. He had so much joy and enthusiasm for the studio, and he made the experience amazing for me and my family. The museums had some really cool stuff like the Batman cars, the Friends set, and Sinners costumes. The only letdown was the very limited Harry Potter section, but overall it was a great experience. I see myself coming back again; I feel like there's still more to see.

A full Two hour guided tour riding around the back lot on a 15 passenger electric cart. Super knowledgeable driver / tour guide (Zack) talks you through the various backlot sets and sound stages with video presentations on the monitors mounted in the cart. There are several stops where you can get off to experience and hear details about shows and movies that used these specific sets. Very interesting seeing the building facades and landscaped grounds and the history of the studio. Our tour included a snack / continental breakfast and a lunch at the Friends Central Perk cafe restaurant. Both offered a decent selection of food and drink items. In the morning they served juices, coffee, tea, water, chips, cookies, danish to munch on before the tour started. Caveat is you only have 15 minutes to relax and enjoy before leaving for the tour. Lunch break happened at the end of our two hour guided tour. The tour package lunch included a hot or cold entree, side dish and drink. We were surprised at the selection and quality of the food. Various hot and cold sandwiches, salads, chips and a full selection of hot or cold, large or small coffee drinks. Even some blended coffee drinks. We ordered the hot Cuban sandwich, Cobb salad and a large iced coffee latte drink. The Cuban was hot but a little bit soggy but still tasty. Cobb salad super fresh and healthy. Coffee drink was solid with creamy topping. After lunch you begin the self guided portion of the tour which is inside stage 48? Where the restaurant was located. Film technology and costumes on display with various interactive display to participate. Harry Potter, Batman, Superman and other blockbuster movies artwork, costumes and videos on display. So much to discover. Easily spent 2 hours in there. Surprisingly they told us we also had entry into the Superman Experience. We did not know this was part of the tour. It is not mentioned in the marketing online. Unfortunately we ran out of time and had to skip this. Too bad as I think it is super popular. Regardless the tour was unexpectedly very entertaining and enjoyable. Weather was great not too hot. Highly recommended for folks looking for a break from the theme parks. Totally different in a good way from Universal Studio tour.

Insane attention to detail and the queue itself is like you're traveling through different rooms and realms. Breathtaking and something that I have to give to Universal over Disney (at least in this instance and for the Harry Potter ride). So many neat details to look at and photo opportunities like the Yoshi room and the massive Bowser statue. I would love to one day get to examine this (without a massive crowd), but I'm glad we didn't have to wait hours for it. The ride takes place after you get an instructional video on how to play the game and how to put on your cap and AR glasses. A bit confusing but staff were helpful. I'm not the best at multi tasking so I can say that there's a lot to do, since you drive AND Koopa shells at enemies. Definitely pretty high tech since you aim simply by looking in the direction of enemies but the projections were a bit dizzying and not the best (though I'm not sure how much more they can increase the quality of the projection since it is an AR overlay). I was a bit confused (again, the inability to multitask), but still fun overall and you can compare scores with those in your kart. I've heard others have had issues with the AR and the glasses, since it can be finicky, but no issues on my end. I'd probably be malding if I had to wait for ages, but for a walk in, amazing stuff.

And this time for a special screening of Wednesday, but on a Friday in May :) I've enjoyed so many great things here since my first trip back in 2010, including All About Eve, Showgirls, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. This cultural community hub is so many things including the resting place of many legends of the past as well as an event center. Spring, Summer and Early Fall months filled with live music, djs, performances and screenings on the large open lawn. The layout is massive and gorgeous with ponds, landscaping and huge structures including four mausoleums, large plagues, headstones and statues including those for Anton Yelchin, Nicholas Brendon, Judy Garland, Herb Jeffries, Chris Cornell, Estelle Getty, Paul Reubens, Hattie McDaniel and Jayne Mansfield to name a few. The grounds are over 60 acres, with a new Gower Mausoleum additions since 2025. Restrooms are at the front entrance on Santa Monica as well as near the parking lot, however during Cinespia and major events, portable restrooms are made available. The ones they had for a special screening of the Netflix series Wednesday were top tier! Glamped out. Night lighting is incredible here. Highly recommend seeing something here if possible or touring during regular hours. Walking tours are $35 and go up to two 1/2 hours. Really hoping to catch a film here again like Hedwig and the Angry inch or Cara Delevingne performing. Definitely keeping an eye out for anything July or August.
