The food is phenomenal. My favorite is the rosemary chicken- it is beautiful all around. The salmon is a big portion and so good as well. The pasta is really good too. I love all the dips and cold sides. The lentils are a good choice too. The service is just as wonderful. Especially the older gentleman, he is so welcoming every time. He is one of the kindest people I've met. He offers soups, watermelon, and cake often just for coming in. I give aviva a 10/10

STOP what you're doing and make plans to eat at Aviva! It gets 10 out of 5 STARS. I've had a long-standing history with this restaurant! My company always uses them for our catering, and it's the best decision ever. Who doesn't want healthy, filling, quality, catered meals for their themselves/ colleagues? However, this is the first time that I visited their Buckhead location. Now I MUST go back ASAP. It's the same usual, quality, deliciousness, and generosity of the other locations, but with an ambiance / evening dinner setting to match. What fun!? Same great food and service, but with a perfection location to actually sit and enjoy vs. taking it to go. Now that I know it's here I'll come back AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!! if you've never experienced the owner, Kameel, he is simply the single most generous, inspiring, hands-on Atlanta restaurant-owner BY FAR. he, alone, will make you want to come! Wish I'd taken pics of our beautiful plates of food.... Next time!

Located in Buckhead Landing, Aviva is truly an amazing experience. Order at the counter-style restaurant where you can choose a protein, sides, sauces with a great selection of mediterranean style food cooked in 100% olive oil. The service there is excellent - you can tell everyone genuinely enjoyed working there. Not only were they happy & kind, but they were also so thoughtful, offering samples to customers in line. I had a sample of the lentil soup, which I'll definitely be back for! After you're seated, they even bring you complimentary watermelon slices as a nice palate cleanser after your meal. Overall, truly one of the best fast-casual restaurants I've been to. Can't wait to go back!

This place is awesome! This may be our new favorite place to come. Wonderful staff. Food is really fresh. Very clean restaurant and they are playing the World Cup!

Visited Aviva on a Saturday night. The line moved fast and the whole setup was super organized. You can tell they respect people's time. The staff were warm and attentive. And the random free samples being handed out? Such a small touch, but it made the whole experience feel generous and fun. Now the food. The pasta was my favorite. It was so flavorful and perfectly saucy. Creamy, herby, and rich without being too heavy. The veggies were cooked just right. Tender with a little bite, not overdone. And the chicken? Juicy and roasted beautifully.

I really enjoyed my food from Aviva I have been wanting to try them for a while because I always hear good things. I got the rosemary chicken with cabbage and rice and it was a big portion and super flavorful. All the flavors complimented each other. Make sure to get a side of their zesty hot sauce. I also tried the chicken soup and it was good and flavorful. I will definitely come back I want to try the salmon and their lamb salad because they both looked so good. The service was really good as well.

I stopped in Aviva to grab some lunch. The rosemary chicken looked really good but I opted for the chicken shawarma instead. I had a choice of 2 sides. I went with rice and vegetables. The rice was pretty good but the vegetables had little to know seasonings on them. The chicken was good with the sauce they put on it.. It is a little pricey for lunch, but you get a nice portion.

Aviva by Kameel (the Buckhead location) is such a hidden gem. It's located in a shopping center, but parking is free--which is always a win in my book. The restaurant is run by a lovely family, and Chef Kameel is truly the host with the most. From the moment we walked in, his hospitality made us feel like we were in someone's home. He even brought my friend and me complimentary tea while we waited for our third friend to arrive--such a thoughtful touch. The menu is simple, fun, and easy to follow. You choose a plate, wrap, or salad, then pick your protein and sides. I ordered the rosemary chicken with lentils and sweet potatoes, and oh my goodness... I did not know lentils could taste that good. The spices were rich and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy. I'm usually hesitant to order chicken when I go out because it can be hit or miss, but this was a definite hit. It also came with falafel, which was delicious. My friends ordered plates with lamb and chicken. One had rice and lentil soup, and the other chose the seafood soup. We were all very satisfied--not only with the flavors but also the portion sizes. We even had leftovers for the next day, which is always a plus (who doesn't love a break from cooking?). My only small hang-up was that when we reheated the food later, it tasted a bit saltier than it did in the restaurant. Next time, I may opt for slightly smaller portions just to keep that in mind. Overall, this was a really great experience, and I will absolutely be back--especially for the customer service. Aviva by Kameel is definitely a place that makes you feel cared for.

Aviva in Buckhead was everything I needed when I was looking for a healthy, comforting meal nearby. The Mediterranean concept is set up similar to Chipotle with a quick, customizable, and efficient ordering style, but the quality and hospitality are on a completely different level. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with complimentary soup and hot tea, which was such a thoughtful touch, especially since it was freezing outside. That alone made me feel cared for before I even ordered. I had the lamb shawarma with lentil soup and veggies, and everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and nourishing. You can truly taste the intention behind the food with no seed oils, clean ingredients, and everything prepared responsibly. As if that wasn't enough, I was also offered free baklava to try, and it was absolutely outstanding. The generosity here is unmatched, with so many little extras that make the experience feel special rather than transactional. You can tell the food is made with love and pride, and it is clear that Kameel himself is hands on in ensuring quality and hospitality. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you want healthy, delicious Mediterranean food served with genuine warmth and care, Aviva is a must visit. I will absolutely be back.

Delicious falafel, mujadarra (made with rice for those who are GF), rice with chickpeas, & grilled vegetables that are crisp & firm.

One walks in to Aviva's bright, minimalist, & cheerful place and is surrounded by delicious aromas from the open kitchen. Kameel will greet you as old friends, with classic Levantine hospitality. The food is amazing; fresh, varied, & delicious. It's also accommodating. It's been in my rotation forever. Also, Kameel caters. It's great stuff.

Now its been awhile since Ive given a 5 star review! However, this was rightfully earned. My first time here and I'll definitely be back!! Everything was soooo seasoned and well cooked. I had the rosemary chicken, sweet potatoes and pasta. They also give you a complementary sample size of their soup. I don't remember the name (when I go back, I'll get the name) it was so good. The ambience is very cute and clean. The service was really good. I told the young lady it was my first time eating there and she was so sweet and patient with me. The proportion sizes are also good! This is definitely worth trying!

Came here because I saw the hype on TikTok. They were pretty busy but the line moved fast. They did allow me to sample a soup which was good. I ordered the rosemary chicken, roasted veggies and rice. The veggies were cold. The food was decent but overall did not live up to the hype for me. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Located in a plaza with free parking.

We went to the Aviva location in Buckhead and it did not disappoint. The hospitality stands out immediately--you're welcomed in and even greeted with a sample of their vegetable soup, which was delicious. We ordered the lamb and chicken, both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The cream spinach was incredible and definitely a must-order. Everything we tried was a 10/10. Great food, excellent service, and an overall experience that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Incredible - Best Meal I've Had While Traveling!…read more I travel all over the country for work, and I can honestly say Delbar delivered one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I sat down, my bartender Taz took exceptional care of me. I wasn't familiar with the menu, so I trusted her recommendations, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every single dish she chose was outstanding. I started with the fresh pita and hummus topped with the mushroom, shishito pepper, and egg addition. The pita was warm, fresh, and unlike anything I've had before. The hummus was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The chicken wings were phenomenal, perfectly grilled with incredible flavor and just the right amount of char. The highlight of the night was the lamb neck with the Polo Sefid. The lamb was unbelievably tender and flavorful, and paired with the saffron rice, it was one of the most memorable dishes I've ever eaten. What truly elevated the experience was Taz's service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about the food. Her recommendations made the entire meal unforgettable. If I hadn't trusted her guidance, I would've missed out on an amazing culinary experience. Beyond the incredible food, Delbar has an atmosphere that is truly special. The entire restaurant feels warm, welcoming, and almost familial as if you're being welcomed into someone's home rather than simply dining out. The lighting is absolutely gorgeous, creating the perfect ambiance without feeling overly formal. The decor is tasteful and elegant, the bar area is stunning, and the dining room strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. Even the approach to the restaurant and the outdoor space are beautifully designed. Every detail feels intentional and contributes to an experience that is as memorable as the food itself. Delbar has officially become a must-visit anytime I'm in Atlanta. I'll absolutely be returning, and next time I'll be bringing family all the way from Reno, Nevada so they can experience it too. Thank you Taz! Thank you, Delbar, for an unforgettable evening!

There was indoor and outdoor seating and we chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful night. We had amazing service, great food, in a really cute neighborhood. We were especially impressed with the staff, and we had a member come out more than once to check with one of the people dining with us who had food allergies to ensure that how they were offering the food would be safe for her. It was also impressive that this restaurant was so busy on a Monday night. There were three of us dining, and we didn't even order any of the meats, and there was plenty of food for us. From the Mazzes, we had the Omani Shrimp, which had a great dipping sauce and the Beet Carpaccio. (they were very accommodating and put the whipped feta on the side). For the Spreads, we did the hummus with mushroom, shisito and egg, which was amazing and the labneh with pickled fennel on the top. It's served with taftoun bread which I would describe as a mix of a cracker and pita with sesame on top. We also enjoyed a raw vegetable dish with radish and the most delicious apple slices. Their heirloom tomato salad was beautifully presented and plentiful. They had a flight of condiments and we were able to sample zhoug, spicy tahina and torshi, which was a mixture of pickled vegetables. We ended with a pistachio lava cake with the most delicious cardamon gelato. Overall, we had an amazing meal in their beautiful outdoor space, and we thought the food was really reasonably priced. There's something for everyone on this menu whether you're vegetarian, vegan or a meat eater.

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.

Let's start of with how beautifully embellished the restaurant is. It's a refined fusion of modern elegance & old-world Persian heritage, that celebrates Persian hospitality & culture. You're greeted by the hostess that radiates warmth and geniality. Once seated you're gifted a complimentary starter Sabzi Plate that includes fresh herbs, feta cheese, walnuts, Castelvetrano olives, crunchy radish, and premium walnuts. It also comes with side of freshly baked Persian flatbread. We ordered a plethora of dishes. Our favorite plates were the hummus [we paired with the mushroom add on], lamb chops, and the Adas Polo rice. Trust me get the Adas Polo rice, it absolutely mouthwatering. As for beverages there is a variety of curated cocktails that we tasted but my top pick had to be the Tehran Mule! As for desserts our favorite was the Persian ice cream sandwich, it has unique flavors with rose being one of them. So good! For parking they offer a combination of valet services and validated garage parking depending on which location you go. The dress code is business casual. It's a perfect place for any accession, I definitely am planning on coming back to try more dishes. Take my word and come check it out! Your taste buds will thank you!

Reservations were honored even though my party wasn't fully together yet, which I appreciated. I was seated by the patio window -- nice view, and honestly a relief since it was warm out. Service started on a slightly odd note: I asked for ice and was told the water was chilled, as if that answered the question. The Orange Umbrella cocktail was billed as a margarita but didn't really compare, and a large ice block took up most of the glass -- made me wonder how much actual drink I was getting. The promised blue salt rim never showed up either. The crudité tray, a nice touch, didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes in (we'd already ordered). The bread service was just flatbread and butter -- a hummus or spread alongside would've rounded it out better. A feta with black sesame seeds was a nice addition, though. Food-wise, the eggplant and beef stew was genuinely good -- tagine-like, reminded me of something I'd make at home. The saffron potato rice was solid too. Since it was a belated birthday meal, they brought out a complimentary date cake with preserved orange and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream -- tasted like gingerbread, perfectly fine. The one real friction point: when the check came, the waiter pushed back on splitting it by what each of us actually ordered and insisted on splitting down the middle instead. I gave in just to move on, but it left a slightly sour note at the end. Valet redeemed things a bit -- quick and easy getting the car back, tipped $3 there (so $6 total on parking). For comparison, Del Bar in Inman Park is still my favorite Persian spot in Atlanta -- better execution, and I believe they comp parking. Rumi's is worth a try if you're in the area, but the overbearing service moments held it back from being great. Food: 4/5 -- Eggplant and beef stew was a standout; rice was solid; date cake was a nice complimentary touch. Drinks: 2/5 -- Orange Umbrella didn't deliver on the margarita comparison, oversized ice displaced the liquid, and the promised salt rim never showed. Service: 2.5/5 -- Reservation flexibility was a plus, but the ice/water exchange and the check-splitting pushback were real missteps. Ambiance/Seating: 3.5/5 -- Good window seat, though findability and signage outside were a struggle. Value: 3/5 -- Parking add-on and drink quality made the price feel less justified than it should. Valet: 4.5/5 -- Smooth, fast, best part of the whole visit. Overall: 3.5/5

I ordered a simple Bombay martini and one of the specialty cocktails for my wife. The bartender made my martini in a shaker and I remember hearing him asking someone else to stir it for him. For the next ten minutes or more, the bartender proceeded to make drinks for the waiters, I remember him spilling out two drinks and remaking them while my martini continued diluting in the melting Ice. Ten minutes or more later, he pours my martini into more of a champagne coup glass than a martini glass, and I waited another five minutes or more for my wife to get her drink. When I tasted the upmartini, It tasted so diluted, just bad, almost commical to me. I just laughed to myself because i've tended bar for a living and that was about the worst martini i've ever had in my life. Either Rumi is watering down his booze or the ice melted so much that there was barely a gin taste in the glass. I think their gig is rather than give you a real martini level pour they dilute you with so much melted Ice that you think you're getting a full pour martini, when, in fact, what you're getting is half gin and half melted ice. And believe ME, you are charged as though it was a real martini. The place was pretty busy, so a lot of people must not have a clue... or just like busy places. If everybody says, this is such a great place, I guess it's gotta be. Unfortunately, that's just Atlanta-if it's popular everyone just assumes it's good or pretends it is. I don't do well with pretend. Next after being seated at the table, i tried to order wine least expensive wines (so overpriced)-they were out of all of the lower-end overpriced wines I tried to order. It just bugs me to overpay so much for bottles of table wine. They're barely twenty dollars charging, 60-80 for them. But of course, ten minutes after I ordered the wine, this happened twice, the waiter told me they were out of the ones i was trying to order ( everyone must have had the same idea). Oh well. Right before the table was served the main course, the waiter and manager came to tell me that they had run out of the dish I ordered. I ended up replacing it with their duck dish that I had never heard of before but what the hell I'll try it (maybe I deserve it, because I remember my father always told me you never ordered duck in a strange restaurant you don't know) Everyone else at the table of 8 were served their meals ten minutes before my plate arrived. i'm like, please go ahead and start without me. Then, the duck arrives. I mean, if you're such a Rumi's, fan, try the duck and tell me what you think. First of all, it was lukewarm for something that apparently had just been made. The lukewarm duck comes 'in" this purple sauce, I mean, it wasn't even swimming in the purple sauce-It was submerged in the purple sauce. The waiter, of course, later brought me the wrong type of rice than the one i oredered..That's okay they brought me a new one right away. I was really starving at the time, but if I hadn't been, I don't think I would have eaten any of the duck. Being submerged in a kind of a sickening, putple sweet sauce it just wasn't appetizing at all. Challenge: if you're a big Rumi's fan, go ahead and please try the duck, but you have to try it like I did- lukewarm temptation. Then tell me if you remain an unconditionalRumi's fan. The bread is delicious though. To their credit when I tried to order 2 glasses of red wine after my meal was served, they did give us the vin de table for free. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

We started with the mezze trio served with crudité and pita bread. All of the dips were fresh and flavorful, my personal favorite was the labneh. It was smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious! For our entrees, I ordered the chicken kabob and my mom chose the lamb kabob. Both dishes came with a grilled tomato, peppers, a red onion salad, rice, and an assortment of sauces. The veggies were refreshing and slightly sweet, and the meats were perfectly seasoned and juicy!! And the sauces were all amazing and truly elevated the entire meal. From the food to the experience, everything was exceptional. We will absolutely be back, and I highly recommend Layaly for a special occasion or any time you want an outstanding meal!

I was offered a table vs. my go to (bar seating) I'm assuming because they weren't very busy. The server was very friendly and made great recommendations, so I went with the chicken kebab. This was marinated in a delicious mixture of flavors and was very tender. The basmati rice was fragrant and steaming hot. For dessert, they recommended the knafeh, a sweet, cheesy, and crunchy traditional dish. This dish came with warmed orange blossom simple syrup which just set the tone for the entire dish. It was so delicious, nothing like I've ever had. The perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crunchy. I will definitely come back here and try more food and definitely that Dubai chocolate cheesecake!

However, we…read morewere disappointed with our experience regarding dietary accommodations and ingredient transparency. My girlfriend has a very strict diet due to food sensitivities, so before ordering she specifically asked about the dough, bread, and flours used in the food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving details about the ingredients, she was simply told that she could eat it. Based on that information, she ordered the meal, but later had a reaction to the dough that was used. This was frustrating because the situation likely could have been avoided if we had been given accurate information about the ingredients from the beginning. We completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every dietary restriction, but being transparent about what is used in the food allows customers to make informed decisions for themselves. The food itself was good, which is why we're giving 3 stars, but the service on this particular issue left us disappointed. We hope the restaurant can do a better job of providing ingredient information when customers ask, especially for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

Located in Peachtree Hub, it was super convenient and just a few mins walk away from our downtown hotel. We were blown away by the amazing reviews and knew we had to try it. David and I both ordered plates which came with choice of protein and two sides. Love that they don't use any seed oils and cook with EVOO! Salmon with Alfredo Pasta + Creamy Chicken Soup: Was impressed that the salmon was cooked to order. I did have to wait maybe 7-10 mins for it, but while I waited Mr. Kameel gave me and another customer waiting some free lentil soup which was pretty good. The salmon was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I also liked the alfredo pasta, super creamy and went well with the salmon. The first few bites of the creamy chicken soup were good, but then I found it to be extremely salty and I couldn't finish it. Overall, definitely impressed with how well the salmon was cooked, although it was a bit pricey ($24). Rosemary Chicken with rice + lentils: Chicken seems to be the most popular protein and I can see why! The portion was huge and the chicken was very moist and flavorful. On their own, the rice and lentils were okay and not extraordinary. Both plates came with a piece of falafel, and while I'm not a huge fan of falafel it deserves a mention because it was really good! (I was too full to finish but David happily finished it for me). I did really appreciate being greeted by Mr. Kameel himself as soon as we walked in. He greeted every single person as they entered and talked to everyone as if they were all regulars, saying "nice to see you again my friend!" He was just so nice! Loved the atomosphere. Definitely recommend for those looking for a quick bite of high quality food.
