Vermicelli Bowl with shrimp, pork and egg rolls
    Karmen N.

Haven't been here in a while, we were in the neighborhood and were craving some noodles. We ordered the Shrimp SpringRolls and 2 Vermicelli Bowl with shrimp, egg rolls and pork. The Shrimp Springs Rolls came with peanut sauce and it was delish! Vermicelli Bowls were also on point! I left happy and full :D

Really solid late night bite. If you're looking for something that's open late and has a decently good variety of Asian food this is the spot. The spicy wontons were delicious and the Lomo saltado was good too. I would say the noodles need more sauce and cheese but other than that it was great. The steak was really good. Service was quick and efficient. The inside is nice good seating. I would say this is a solid spot but nothing crazy.

I like that this place is open late. It's good when you're hungry and want quality better than fast food. Place is well lit and very spacious. Prices are good as is the quality. Service isn't the best unfortunately.

So funny story !! We drive by here all the time & I kept saying how I wanted to try it!! When i've actually ordered from this place on DoorDash six times over the years. When we finally came in to eat, I kept telling my fiancé the menu felt so familiar. Sure enough, I checked my DoorDash history and confirmed this has been one of my favorite late night go to spots all along! The inside was cute and clean with music playing, creating such a comfortable and enjoyable dining vibe. Customer service was top notch. We especially loved the elderly gentleman who helped us he was sweet, funny, packed my food with care, chatted with us, and even refilled my broth for my pho while I was packing it to go. There are so many options on the menu, including a lot of my favorites. So glad we finally dined in instead of just ordering delivery. This place definitely lives up to why it's been a repeat order for me all these years.

Fusion Corner in Stanton is a go to late night spot whenever cravings hit. The food is consistently satisfying and hits the spot, especially when you're looking for something filling and flavorful after hours. It can get a little busy at times, which says a lot about how popular it is, but the service is always great, friendly, efficient, and worth the wait. Definitely recommend if you're looking for dependable late-night eats in the area.

Fusion Corner is my go to late night spot for Asian Food! They're open until 1am, have a clean interior and very is spacious. Its menu has affordable prices for good tasting food with good portion and a decent amount of parking. But when it gets full parking can be tough to find. The menu is pretty extensive ranging from different noodle soups to rices dishes. This time I got the pho and I must say it hits every time. The pho has everything you want from a bowl of pho. Great flavor, good portion size and filling! The staff is also super accommodating. If you're looking for a great spot, fusion corner is a great place to hit up

Grilled Shrimp Fried Rice / Garlic Noodle w/ Grilled Chicken

Really nice & cozy looking place with friendly people running it! Menu is basically a fusion of Vietnamese, Chinese & Thai cuisine. We got the Grilled shrimp fried rice & Garlic noodle with grilled chicken, Fried rice was really tasty but the Garlic noodle was a bit dry although the grilled chicken in it was pretty good.

The food and service was great! We went around 12pm on a Monday. It was pretty empty, and there was only 1 other group of people. It was very clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Thai tea is delicious! It was very creamy and not too milky like some other restaurants are. The fried tofu was great! Perfectly fried and crispy, and soft and warm on the inside. The sweet and sour sauce given was great with it. The wonton soup was my favorite! The broth was very warm and yummy, especially on a cold day! The wontons were filling and savory! The Beef with Garlic Noodles is a good option, but I think the wonton soup was still my favorite. The beef was well cooked, very tender and juicy. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. And the garlic noodles were cooked perfectly.

I love Fusion Corner! We always order the same items because we love it so much. Everything is so flavorful! Service is great and food has been consistent every time. We love the restaurant with the dim lighting it makes for a comfortable cozy atmosphere, feels homey. Will always be coming back. Lemon pepper wings are always a hit. Very seasoned and fried crispy and meat is tender. Lomo Saltado has garlic noodles, fries, and shaken beef and a green sauce. So much flavor! Pad see ew with chicken. Noodles are perfectly soft and bouncy. Seasoned well with plenty of protein and veggies.

Popcorn chicken is very juicy and fresh tasting. The chicken isn't very flavorful, but it is very good. I will come back! Very generous serving, the cayenne pepper seasoning is on the side. We just shook the to-go box with the seasoning and it turned out great. They also give sweet & sour chili sauce. Price is good, service is fast and friendly. They are open late! It was a great late-night snack. We wanted some protein. The interior is nice, I really like the lights.

Popcorn Chicken (chili powder and sauce were on the side)

This is a fusion Vietnamese spot. I think I prefer take out here but keep in mind that it's best to order ahead online. There was one time that I had to wait for a long time (over 25 mins)! :( Ambience is very casual. I noticed a lot of people order online and come pick up, so I tried that after and it was a faster experience. I like their garlic noodles with beef and popcorn chicken. Note that the popcorn chicken here are big bites, so definitely hearty :) comes with the chili powder on the side and your choice of sweet and sour sauce or ranch on the side.

I first tried this place through Uber Eats a while ago and the food was good. I ordered the pho and garlic noodles and really enjoyed both. Recently, we dined in and brought my friends with me. the food tasted the same as before, which was nice. i'm not sure about the pad thai, it was mid. The vibe inside was okay, nothing special. Service was fine, but the servers could be a bit friendlier. Overall, still a good spot for the food.

We were hungry at eleven pm and decided to try this place out because it's open late and has good ratings. The food and the service were really good and the atmosphere was nice. The restaurant itself was very clean, the employees are on top of everything I recommend what we had, which was the garlic noodles with the grilled chicken and the shrimp pad Thai, both were so flavorful. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will definitely be coming back here

I feel like I have raved to multiple friends about Nep and how unique and delicious it is. Nep is located across from Mile Square Regional Park and has ample parking. Every time I have been there, it has always been busy, even with its generous indoor and outdoor seating. I also appreciate how on top of it the servers always are and how they make sure you are well taken care of. Nep is known for their Banh Mi Chao, which is kind of like Bo Ne but with an "everything but the kitchen sink" vibe. I definitely recommend first-time visitors try this dish since it is really what makes them stand out. The tenderness of the beef mixes so well with the sauce, tomatoes, and pâté, while the banh mi acts as the perfect dipping vessel that ties everything together. Besides the Banh Mi Chao, there are so many other dishes that are equally mouthwatering, such as their Crab Toast (with a generous amount of crab and a creamy mouthfeel) and their new steamed egg dish with pork floss (a salty flavor balanced with custardy egg). In my opinion, no matter what dish you decide to get, you can guarantee it will be well-seasoned. Really excited to continue being a repeat customer and trying everything under their roof.

Ordered the Banh Mi Chao and the Pandan Old Fashioned, and both delivered. The filet mignon was insanely tender, the baguette had that perfect crispy-outside, fluffy-inside texture, and every bite was super flavorful. The Pandan Old Fashioned is great if you prefer something on the stronger side. Then came dessert... and wow. The banana bread pudding and mango sticky rice were straight-up bangers. No notes. Big shoutout to Thomas as well. Despite the packed brunch rush, he stayed incredibly attentive and made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. Service like that makes the experience great. Nep knows exactly what they're doing. Already thinking about my next visit.

I have come to Ini a couple of times whenever I stop by the Orange County area, and my graduation dinner was no exception. What makes them so unique is their perfect balance between Asian flavors and Italian classics. Everything I have tasted here has been delicious and has exceeded my expectations. Something I appreciate, besides the aesthetic interior, is their unique selection of dishes ranging from innovative pizzas, creamy and original pastas, and bright, flavorful appetizers. Here are a couple of items that I want to shout out: First, the truffle honey bread. I really appreciated the crispiness of the cheese on top and the bounciness of the fluffy bread paired with the sweetness of the honey. It creates a very balanced bite that keeps you wanting more. The raw salmon appetizer was a huge hit with our table. The citrus paired very well with the salmon itself, and even though this is a common appetizer at many fusion restaurants, they really do it right. The beef carpaccio was a great fusion dish and a wonderful nod to the Asian flavors that inspired them. This is a dish I have ordered multiple times, and it always hits the spot. Out of all the pizzas, I enjoyed the mala lamb the most. It actually was not too spicy, with a nice peppery flavor. Sometimes lamb can be a bit overpowering; however, when topped with the mala honey, everything balanced out perfectly. I also want to note that I have never seen this flavor combination anywhere else, and I think it is definitely something you need to try if you are here. The short rib gnocchi was another favorite of mine. The gnocchi was fluffy and cloud-like and paired really well with the umami-rich, savory flavor of the short rib. The meat itself was very tender and pulled apart easily, making every bite delicious. There are other dishes I could mention, but I do want to shout out the scallop risotto. This one definitely surprised me, as I am not usually a big risotto eater. I appreciated the creaminess of the rice mixed with the scallop, and even though it was a cream-based dish, it did not feel heavy at all. The service was very friendly, and everything came out in a timely manner, which I especially appreciated considering we had a big group. Overall, I will always try to find a reason to come back here, as this place really does take the cake for me when it comes to Kei concept restaurants.
