My friends and I were craving ice cream and we stumbled upon this place and I have to say this isn't just ice cream it's pure heaven. They have a great menu and wonderful customer service. There was one person there that just had the whole place running. I believe his name is Farshad. He took care of us so well and made us all smile. He took all of our orders kindly and patiently. If he isn't the manager, he definitely should be. Everything we had was light, refreshing and not overly sweet. The portions were just enough and we were all able to share. I was passing by when I saw this place and thought to try out Kabul sweets. It's a small cozy place to hangout with friends. It was in the evening, so I went and ordered their falooda drink and Kabul ice cream. The place was busy at 10.00 pm and I kinda liked the vibe, with family sitting and chatting while having their favourite sweets. I was surprised for every item they have sizes, small medium large and extra large. So you have so many choices. I ordered medium and hence I got it in a box instead of a glass for falooda. So next time I know I will ask them to give me in a glass instead of a box as it's easy to drink that way. The service was great a very humble person at the counter who took my order and within few minutes I was able to take by order and leave. The ambience is beautifully decorated. The portion sizes didn't feel like the best value for money. I just went to give it a try tonight 9pm Sunday 03/23. The milk was sour I can't help but think they gave me expired milk. I had my husband try it and he also said the milk tasted expired. I'm writing this mainly to let the owner know that the staff could use better training. The ice cream had no flavor, and the falooda barely had any ice cream in it--definitely not what I expected. Both the man and the lady working there didn't seem engaged. The man at the register didn't write down our order, which led to a mistake. They spent most of the time just sitting and watching, which made the atmosphere feel awkward--maybe playing some music or a show would help.
