Inside is very spacious with comfortable couch and booth seating, bar top, but also outside patio spaces available. They also have multiple card games, great for ice breakers - like Cards Against Humanity, What Do You Meme, Answer Me, etc. I got the Cobra Kai cocktail, which was super fun as it involved in a "fire show"! I also got another mezcal cocktail, which was yummier in my opinion. Came here for some after dinner drinks They go for a nighttime tiki vibe which is kind of strange. Everything's very dark. And the drinks are also not traditional tiki I got the Cobra Kai. Wasn't a big fan of this drink. A very sour note and the mezcal gave it a strange taste along with the tequila. My friend got a painkiller which was okay. Service was okay. Really no issues. The place is very very dark and so it's hard to see where the bathrooms are Price of the drinks is reasonable given the cocktail specialty. Parking is on the street and it is free. This place is amazing. An easy 5 star rating. Tucked away on the central street of this quaint little town, with no flashy signs. The inside has a very tropical Island appeal, with live music, board games and subdued atmosphere. Very relaxed and inviting. PROS: The food was incredible. I can recommend every pictured dish. The guac toast, hummus, bao buns, Hawaiian sliders, and shrimp tacos. It was all flavorful and fresh. The inside is cool.. great for small groups who want to play games and drink. On Sunday night they had live music. One man, so it's not as overwhelming as a full on band. CONS: They don't open for lunch. OVERALL: The best hidden gem in East Greenwich, Rhode island. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Such a great vibe and a killer playlist. The Wolf of Main Street might be the best thing I drank all year. I could not think of one negative thing about this place. Our server Sam was so friendly, engaging, good vibing. My partner had the Wolf on Main St drink which was phenomenal. I had the lady killer, vodka, pomegranate, Prosecco- delicious and strong. We shared edamame and Polynesian street tacos for an appetizer. This was my first timer in this area and because of Kai Bar my standards are set for all other places in the vicinity! And the owner, the owner is the epitome of professionalism! Soon as I checked in on Yelp he came to introduce himself which I felt was very unique. I really really like this place. I had passed it before thinking it was just a bar but when I found out they served poke bowls I was intrigued. I've now been four or five times in the past couple of weeks and absolutely everything has been delicious. This could easily become my go-to summer hang out spot. Really nice laid back service, fun tiki bar theme, and awesome card/board games on all the tables. The menu is limited but also cohesive. Everything is super flavorful and fresh from the chicken bao buns to the tuna nachos to the BYO poke bowls. And the drinks are equally tasty. Inquire about their frozen drink specials. Frose is something that can be a hit or miss but there's is particularly good. My ONE note is, while the live music is great for later in the night/weekends and the artist who regularly performs there is perfectly fine, it is wayyyyy too loud especially for that small space. On a weeknight at 6pm, I just want to quietly enjoy a drink/bite over conversation. I would either reserve the live music for later or have him perform acoustic because its just too much. I really liked it here. There are two bars inside, different games to play, and they were setting up for live music as I was leaving. My boyfriend and I loved that they had one of our favorite tequilas we had in Mexico that we haven't found elsewhere (grand mayan- try it!) we enjoyed cocktails and two of the food dishes. I came in the other night for take-out. I'd never been in before. I ordered the pork tacos and the bao buns. The place looked so cute when I walked in, but nearly empty (as you can imagine with Covid-19.) Everything tasted really good and fresh but overall felt pretty expensive paying $25 for both. The Decour inside is very bright yet warm and charming--eclectic but not overly so. There are 2 bars on the right wall as you enter. The entire staff was friendly and attentive and our waiter Sam was not only extremely pleasant and personable but also generous with his time. He can afford to be as the kitchen staff amiably run the food. Now to the heart of the matter. Drinks and food. As I mentioned there are two bars and they have a very nice bar menu with specialty drinks and a good selection of beer which is only served in cans and bottles. Beer consists of local as well as a nice variety of other choices. The food menu also is somewhat limited but unique. As indicated by the restaurants name there is an Asian/Hawaiian-Tone to everything. We ordered edame, sliders and a quesadilla and all were excellent. One other small thing they have awesome ice cubes. I highly recommend this place. There was also a trio singing in a very restaurant friendly volume. I literally fell in love with their Thai Basil Ginlet drink. I started off drinking their whiskey sours, because they were super good and that's my go to drink everywhere. But once I tried their Thai Basil drink I was obsessed, it was so good. I come here weekly after work. Despite the limited menu, their tacos and bao buns are to die for. Cheap but taste delicious. My favorite would be the pulled pork, so much flavor packed in a taco! I've tried a few of their drinks as well, flavorful, its a bit too strong for me but then again I'm a lightweight. Lastly, definitely love the staffs. They're all very friendly and recommends good food and drinks. Visited here last night with expectations of having a couple drinks in a local bar... and to say I was surprised is an understatement! We were able to find a table near the window and dive into the menu to check out the cocktails. Before we had a chance to get up and order from the bar, the bartender Chuckie came to our table and welcomed us! She was phenomenal. As a Bar for a drink and nice bartenders, thumbs up. It appears customers are millennials. The thing is you can go to any bar of Kai's caliber and have a good drink, with bartenders. As for the food, in a place like this it has to be great or there's no draw to want to go back. Their original menu was odd and nondescript. So it appears they changed the menu mostly focused on poke and tacos. The appetizers we tried were not so great...avocado toast overly sweet with mango that over powered everything. You could not even taste the layer of avocado, which was only a thin layer and the large pieces of toast to topping ratio is way off. It would have been better on small bruschetta type bread and more avocado and less mango. The shrimp rolls were, well...filled other over cooked rice, no flavor or texture, and it tasted like glue with a sliver of shrimp, (not halved or whole), and a piece of basil. The small portion of dipping sauce was cloyingly sweet (no acid or heat) and would not have be enough too eat the full order. Needless to say I ate one piece of the order and stopped. The bartender took it away and never ask if I did not like it. Sooooo, for a cocktail with a young crowd this place is ok. We came for a drink after our anniversary dinner and at first I thought it was a hipster bar but the atmosphere grew on me it's modern and clean. They have fun drinking games and it's made for a fun to pas the time but instead of sitting in awkward silence. I'll definitely eat back maybe even after I check out the place across the street the bartender is super friendly and it's starting to feel like I'm just hanging out at a friends house having drinks.
