Anyway the lamb curry was full of mostly meat and very little potatoes and had a delicate balance of curry flavor that didn't overpower it, the lupulu made with coconut milk and taro leaves was excellent and so creamy, the turkey tails had a nice bbq flavor to them, the chop suey was made with glass noodles and was great, the Oka which is raw fish and cooked shrimp in coconut milk was great.
