I posted a review and I knew there would be more. I've been at My dads caring for him Until a Brain biopsy procedure & realized the very nice shirt he was wearing that I commented about is missing!! It's been missing since an ER visit. It did not make it upstairs with us when he got a room. When we were finally seen by an ER DR jaquelin pels. She reemed us about a diet that neither one of us knew about. When she asked why we were there I mentioned a home health nurse said to come because he was dehydrated. I had flew in from N. AZ.he had a stroke & was sent home and left alone unable to care for himself. I told her he had trouble walkin & she proceeded to ask how he got to ER then. Wheel chair. "Well How did he get to the car?!" What a witch!!!!! Not to mention I sat on a needle! And my dad's nice dress shirt is MISSING! And most people there are a bunch of angry ethnic people. I appreciate the very nice people also ethnic. I'm not racist but I wonder who was?! The ER was filthy and gawd knows what is still sticking or broke off in my arse. And it would be nice if my dad doesn't make it through brain surgery or cancer that I could actually have the nice shirt he gave me at the hospital that is NOW MISSing! Triage - you sit in a hallway, radiology- again sit in a hallway. ER lobby had an I operable Restroom with a 5 hr wait. read more

I recently had an emergency visit to Kaiser Vallejo after experiencing chest pain and elevated blood pressure, which prompted me to call an ambulance. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of care I received. Dr. Rowland acted quickly, ordering the necessary tests, including an X-ray, blood tests, and a CT scan, to rule out any serious issues. I was especially touched by the kindness and compassion shown by the staff. Nurse Monique, in particular, made me feel at ease, reassuring me with her words, "We'll take care of you." It's not something you hear often in emergency situations, but it truly made a difference. Even the radiologist and the discharge team were friendly and professional, making the entire process more comfortable. Thankfully, after all the tests, it turned out that everything with my heart was normal, and I was discharged after about four hours. I must say, my experience at Kaiser Vallejo was the complete opposite of what I had heard about their ER. Every person I encountered was warm, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring my well-being. I'm grateful for their excellent care during a stressful time. read more

Cheap, good food and free wifi. I'm actually posting this from there. My lunch was so yummy I had to hop on Yelp and tell about it. Pork chops, mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy for $6.95. And it's really, really good. Totally takes away the pain of waiting for the pharmacy to fill my Rx. If you find yourself at Kaiser in Vallejo and you're hungry check it out! read more

They also sell some of their food cold so you can take it home and heat it up later, which is a nice option if you're craving their food. The cashier was friendly, but I think she was new because she wasn't familiar with the tri-tip breakfast burrito or the Southwest tri-tip wrap. Another employee stepped in to help, and everything was taken care of without any issues. The two meals came to around $37-$39, with each item costing roughly $17-$19. It's definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping everything would be just as amazing as I remembered. The tri-tip breakfast burrito absolutely delivered. It was a generous size, wrapped in a nicely grilled tortilla, and packed with plenty of eggs, cheese, and flavorful tri-tip. As I was eating it, I realized I forgot to ask them to add peppers like I used to, and I also wish I had ordered salsa on the side. Even without those additions, it was still every bit as good as I remembered. I would absolutely order the tri-tip breakfast burrito again. Unfortunately, the Southwest tri-tip wrap didn't have the same magic. The Southwest sauce looked a little discolored, the meat didn't really look like tri-tip, and the overall flavor just wasn't what I remembered from years ago. For the price, I expected a much better sandwich. Since I've had so many great experiences here over the years, I'm willing to give the wrap another chance because it's possible I just caught them on an off day. Overall, it was great coming back to a place that holds so many memories.
