I'm so happy that there was a UPS Store in Waimea town!…read more Driving from Kailua-Kona to Honoka'a, then making my last stop in Waimea, upon having lunch at the Parker Ranch Food Court, I noticed this UPS Store just a few doors down from the food court. Being that I had (5) boxes of broken parts I needed to send back state side, this UPS Store sure was a lifesaver! As I walked into the store I asked one of the clerks if I could borrow a hand truck, that way I could load up all my (5) boxes & bring it into the store one crack! I must say the staff here was friendly, and more than accommodating. The service here was efficient, as the clerk processed my (5) boxes quickly. One of my boxes wasn't packed up yet, as I ran out of shipping tape, but the nice thing about coming to this UPS Store is that they sold shipping supplies. I purchased a small roll of shipping tape, and I gotta say it was sorta pricey, but the convenience factor reflects the price you pay here. If I'm working in Waimea again, it's nice to know that there's a UPS Store here, that way it saves me a trip from having to go down to Kailua-Kona, or to Pahoa town.

Her coworker Parker (also not a local) then chimed in and wouldn't stop until he told me to leave a review about their great customer service & I said I will once he gave me his name. I had to ask for it 3 times & then he finally quit his comments. When this location originally opened it was nice & helpful. Now, if rather drive to Hilo or Kona to get packages mailed out & Amazon returned. They clearly have something against Hawaiians & their entitled attitudes need to go!

Now we just go to Aloha Mail and get our mail and packages, and everyone there is always smiling. If we are out of town, they hold our mail for us there - just have to let them know. Aloha Mail is the best option for us and we love the staff too! Highly recommend them.

When receiving packages, they will text you with a photo, tracking # and time they received it. They don't mail out anything, but great for receiving your mail and Amazon orders! I was…read moreabout to drive to Lahaina to go to FedEx to drop off when I see this place come up on my Yelp query. It was literally across the street from me and saved me a good 30/40min drive. I think I talked to Sherri on the phone. She was nice and polite. She confirmed that I could drop off my golf clubs there for FedEx pickup. I drop over there and dropped off my clubs without any issues. I was worried that they didn't pick up my clubs yet since I didn't get any notifications for pickup delivery but my clubs were picked up and shipped to me in the mainland before I landed.
