The Tazah brand products are of the highest quality we have encountered. We have been using their products for some time now and are very satisfied. Their delivery is always on time (thanks Joseph), which is very important for our small restaurant that relies on deliveries since we do not have the capacity to order more than we can use for a few days due to space limitations. Worst experience ever with this company! I am in Michigan and I purchased tobacco from Karabetien (Nakhla Products). Their salesman JK makes periodic trips to our area, I met with him, and he explained all about his desire to have a "long & lasting" relationship with my new company. All the initial talk was fine and dandy, and trust was established. A contract containing their bestselling products, per his advice, was put in place. When the products were made available for sales on the open market in Michigan, I discovered that their salesman dumped their least selling product on us. It has been over a year, and with numerous request to this salesman to correct the situation, but to no avail. I paid them in cash, and investment of over $16000 including MI taxes. I challenged this salesman to come with me to every reseller to attempt to successfully sell 1 kg of anything he sent me. It is not sellable (stale product with old undesired flavors.) 4 months after this sales transaction, this company discontinued no less than 85% of the products they sold me. I was left holding the bag with no recovery in sight. I am a very smart business person, but when you deal with what appears like a good company that has been out there for a long while, one would expect some better business ethics. One would expect honest advice from Mr. JK, not to dump all of your non-selling products on day 1, transaction no. 1 (so much for a lasting relationship!) I advise buyers to do their due diligence before working with this company for tobacco. My goal is not to put this company in a false light, but more to show my experience and personal opinion about what happened so others do not fall victims again. I advise everyone again to do his/her due diligence and not to generalize my experience with them, but caution is warranted. I will report this next to the Better Business Bureau. Karabetian, never again! read more
