The damage to my front end and passenger side from the front to rear quarter panel was extensively damaged. G&C did a flawless job of repairing my car. There was absolutely no evidence of a repair - not even a single tiny bubble or flake of dust after the repair. Thank you G&C!

The parts were already ordered prior to that. The only extra thing that was found was a bracket that was needed. I was told 3-4 days to complete the car. Took some days off of work in the mean time. I never got an update until I texted Thursday. Replied saying they are waiting on a fender liner. The car should be done Friday. Friday comes and now the vendor has been a no show on Thursday and Friday for the bracket that was needed. Had to order another one over the weekend. Now I missed another day of work due to that. Monday comes and they get the wrong side for the bracket. So they have to order another one. They take no accountability for any of those problems and set backs. Blaming the vendor and the other company. Mind you they are telling me there is a bracket about an hour away but they can't get it. Missed another day of work ! Now I get my car back Tuesday the 23rd ! The bumpers not paint matched good at all. Pearls no where near the same as the the rest of the car. The clips are not correctly onto the fender. The A pillar isn't aligning with the fender (they blamed the fender not being oem) and to top it all off my cars not even washed. Leaving animal remains on my wheels. Dust and leafs on my interior and dash. I leave and see all the issues in the light. I call back to tell them they have to fix it and they say man maybe they rushed it. Took 7 days not 3-4 Made an appointment to go back July the 13th July 13th comes. They ordered an original fender to line up better. They pay for me to be in a rental. Now im told it will take 2-3 days to complete. No updates at all until I ask for one on Thursday. Already passed the 2-3 days that was told to me. Friday comes and I ask for another update. One person calls and says it's ready to pick it up at 4:00pm. The other Texts back and says it's still in paint to make sure it's correct at 11:05 am. I go in at 4:00pm and pay before seeing the car. Which is my fault. As soon as I pay they come in and say it's not ready. That they can stay over time and put it on but there's a possibility it will mess up the paint. They said everything looks good though. They offered to bring the car to me but I said no. Went to go look at the car the fender looks good with the A pillar. The bumper is on a rack. I go look at the bumper and there is a big paint run on it. Which they were going to install the bumper back on my car like that if I hadn't caught it. So it would've been done wrong 2 times and had to get corrected for the 3rd time. I should've got pictures of it. So they said they'll come in Saturday to try to get it off. They couldn't. They were apologetic about that and I can respect that. So I have to wait until Monday which would be 7 days to fix their mistake AGAIN when told 2-3 days. Now it's Monday the 20th. Rental doesn't start and I miss another day of work. Had to tow the rental back to their address and get another vehicle. Which would've been prevented had my car been done correctly and finished in the time period they said or even Friday. Get a text the cars done. This time it's done good. I did get a tank of gas due to the problems and delays that happened. I missed an extra 3-4 days of work.

In total the car was in the shop 44 instead to my disappointment. Contributing factors included Vinfast's transitioning to this new support model and potentially supply chain issues, since parts are coming from Vietnam. But to the shop's scope of responsibility, there needs to be improvement in the following areas: customer communication, service intake, quality assurance testing and customer handoff. For Customer Communication - they need to be proactive, I found myself calling for updates instead of being proactively updated. Many times when I call the tech is not available. Service Intake - I scheduled an initial appointment only to be told I should drop the car in the morning instead of the afternoon, which was scheduled by RepairWise (the appointment vendor they use) Qualify Assurance Testing: I drove off and found some functions are not working. They did a software update and took 45 days. There should have been thorough testing. Customer Hand Off - they should have reviewed what was done to the car and the features of the new update.

As soon as the phone was picked up, all I heard was a rude and dismissive "Yeah!?" No "Hello," no mention of the business name--nothing that even remotely resembled a proper greeting. Confused, I asked, "Is this Savy Autobody?" and the response I got was a lazy, almost annoyed, "Umm... yeah, who's this?" At that point, I knew this was not a place I'd ever trust with my car. For a business that relies on customer service and trust, this kind of behavior is a massive red flag. If they can't even answer the phone with basic courtesy and professionalism, how can anyone expect quality service or honest work in their shop? This felt more like calling someone's personal cell phone than a legitimate business. First impressions matter--and this one screamed disorganized, careless, and disrespectful. I won't be giving them my business, and I'd strongly advise others to think twice before doing so either.
