Staff were polite, receptive, attentive, and helpful. Food was great -- duck bao buns were unreal. Fusion maki was delicious, udon noodles and popcorn chili chicken also really great. Great spot!

The place is stunning! Unfortunately, the chow and service didn't match. I always enjoyed their Concord location and waited with great anticipation as this location was being planned, delayed, built. This visit was ok, but I expected much better. Food was pretty much hit and miss. Spare Ribs ok, Kobe Maki vg, Tso Chicken was weak, doesn't tast like chicken, Chow Fun noodles vg. What was excellent was the Green Beans. Loved the Sant Aniol Sparkling Water... never had it before. Service also needs improvement. We came for an early dinner and service was great, attentive... then suffered when other tables began getting seated. Basically, they need to schedule more staff... and management not really engaged. I know they are capable of a better experience... especially with such an amazing ambiance as a backdrop. A place to watch.

Phenomenal, I will be back! Plenty of parking, it's part of a shopping center so you'll find something. Servers are friendly, attentive, and do no forget about you! You can book ahead for a reservation, and if you're lucky and want to get in sooner you might be able to walk in on a busy night. They have an excellent menu of sushi and this was my first time trying it fresh! I've always heard of people talking about the freshness of sushi, and I didn't understand the importance & difference it can make! I tried their garlic & spicy edamame, a few lobster rolls. The pricing is flexible depending on how fancy you feel you, the higher you go the higher the quality. The restaurant has soft yellow lights, is awesome as a date spot, and usually I'm not a fan of sitting at the bar, but I definitely was a fan at this restaurant. You can see the chef putting together your plates right before the serve it to you. The only thing I ask to change is for bigger cups for water, or having the option of having a water pitcher in reach; the cups are small so you'll go through your beverage pretty quick. Beside that this spot is a home run

The first few seconds of walking in the front door transmitted you into another land.. Every nook & space of the restaurant was an experience in itself. The ambiance was decadent. The lighting set to rich and romantic and the pace of the place was buzzing with people coming and going... We arrived before our reservations and decided to sit at the bar. I ordered a bottle of Voss water to start, along with a Sapporo light for my partner and a glass of sparkling wine for myself. We ordered the pan fried pot-stickers, spicy tuna maki & hibachi black pepper wok with the rib eye beef. The courses were served swiftly by professional & friendly staff., and Every bite was fresh with melt in your mouth ingredients! A+ for a perfect evening and shout out to Taylor who made our first night at Karma enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we'll be returning for sure!

Karma in Wellesley is a beautiful spot with a great atmosphere and really standout food. The Salmon on Fire was incredible, and their sushi rolls are creative and super fresh. Service was excellent--Olga, our waitress, was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Only downside is the price. It's very easy to spend $100+ per person even without drinks. Still, a great place if you're okay with the cost.

Super well decorated place, definitely an upscale restaurant (and the prices reflect that). Plating and sushi fish quality were both great. Lots of different types of asian food. Favorites were the salmon on fire and the seared hamachi and caviar. All dishes came out beautifully and were yummy!

Absolutely stunning restaurant with delicious food and attentive staff. It was beautiful inside and the presentation of the food was equally stunning. Super nice date night vibes, cocktails are aesthetically pleasing and delicious. The salmon on fire was incredible, but the star of the show for me was the Kobe roll. It's a must try when you visit. I can appreciate that folks feel it is a bit pricey - it is - and I think if you want a fun, upscale, delicious night out ir is worth it!

Ethan was our waiter and went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. The food was incredible !

I was really impressed by this restaurant. Everything we got was good! I especially loved the alligator roll and duck bao bun. There is something for everyone here even if you don't like sushi. Many other options. The restaurant is big and beautiful. Service was great. Our server was very friendly and helpful.

    Good

I have yet to love a restaurant in Massachusetts yet, but this place changed my mind. As soon as you walk in hostess was incredibly welcoming, our server Dylan made our evening all the more special. The food was great and everything recommended to us by the server was very tasty, the drinks were really good too. I will definitely be back.

We had dinner there. Disappointing. Highlights: The decor is beautiful, It doesn't feel like Wellesley. Our service was spotty. Drink order taken, then it took forever to get. We felt rushed, and when the meal is expensive, people shouldn't be pushed out in less than an hour. When we ordered our entrees, they came out in minutes. Despite the quick turn around, the batter on our chicken was not crispy, and the beans were not either. The food was average, except for the hot and sour soup, which was outstanding.

The food is excellent along with a large menu selection. If busy service is a little slow but still worth the visit.

RiceBurg Wellesley is a casual restaurant that combines Asian-inspired flavors with a burger…read moreconcept using rice buns instead of traditional bread. We walked into a bright, modern space with a straightforward setup that keeps the focus on the food. The interior is clean and functional, designed around counter service and quick turnover, and the energy stays casual and approachable throughout the meal. It feels like the kind of place where you can stop in for a quick meal without the formality of a sit-down restaurant, and the steady flow of customers reflects its popularity as a neighborhood spot for something different. The rice burgers are the main highlight. We ordered the chicken katsu rice burger and found the rice buns gave the burger a different texture, making it feel lighter than a traditional burger while still being filling. The rice held together well and provided a subtle nuttiness that complemented the crispy chicken and savory sauce. The sauces and toppings matched the rice base naturally, and the combination of textures, from the crispiness of the chicken to the softness of the rice buns, made each bite feel balanced and satisfying. The bowls are also a solid choice if you prefer something more traditional, with options like katsu and bulgogi-style flavors that offer the same Asian-inspired profile in a more familiar format. The katsu bowl came with a generous portion of crispy chicken over rice, topped with a rich sauce and fresh vegetables, and the bulgogi bowl offered a savory, slightly sweet flavor that held up well against the rice and vegetables. The fries and sides are another strong part of the menu. They have a more unique style compared to typical fast-food fries, with a light crispness and seasoning that made them stand out, and they paired well with the main dishes. The menu has enough variety that you can come back and try different items instead of feeling limited to just the rice burgers. Service was friendly, and the food came out efficiently, with the staff handling the steady flow during peak times without making the experience feel rushed. RiceBurg is a fun take on fusion comfort food. The rice burgers, creative flavors, and variety of options make it stand out from typical burger spots, offering a meal that feels familiar yet distinct, and a place worth visiting when you want something with a different twist.

Great quality and creative options. Chicken katsu curry and scallion pancakes were fantastic.read more

We've been going ever since they opened on Moody St. And the quantity of the food has been declining over the years. The boneless use to be strips in a long rectangular box and eventually changed to good size nuggets in a smaller box. And this is what we got tonight. For $19.99. A small square box with nuggets that did not even fill the box side by side. They were barely nuggets, many of which were mostly breading and little chicken found on the inside. This is nothing short of greed by the owners trying to maximize their profit. They have taken shrinkflation to the extreme. We'll stick to getting nuggets from Costco or BJs and putting our own hot honey or Korean bbq sauce on them knowing that we will actually be able to taste the chicken and not just breading. Hell, I'll even drive to McDonalds and get their 40 spicy nuggets for $19.99 knowing I'll get more chicken and less carbs and still have enough left over for a 2nd meal. I'm all for supporting small businesses but not when the value is lacking and the money goes directly into the owners pocket. Maybe this explains why the restaurant is always empty when we walk by. Sad.

In fact, ever since the other Chinese spot changed ownership, I entirely switched to eating here whenever I want a quick sit down Chinese meal. The food is good. It comes out pretty fast. It's done pretty well. And the best part, it just doesn't remotely hurt the wallet. Even being a regular, I'm still amused at how the service is so stereotypical Chinese in the way that I'm just another soul coming in to be fed and not remembered or acknowledged. Mind you, I'm here a LOT and am usually the only one sitting there eating while delivery people repeatedly come and go. Anyways, two reasons why I'm unable to give them 5 stars. First, the tap water they serve...tastes like @#$%. I don't know what it is but I've actually started bringing my own water bottle (or just ordered a soda). Two, the steamed rice is inconsistent. Half the time, it's perfect. The other half...is wet and mushy (I want to say a reheat but isn't that just such a faux pax in Chinese cuisine?). Nonetheless, this is one of the few four and less starred places on my list that I will still continue to frequent and recommend to anyone in the area wanting a quick and decent meal for cheap!
