So far I have been there twice, once they had a live band that was handing out sex toys to the crowd, and the other night they had a DJ. Nothing crazy with the drinks, but the crowds were a pretty good size on both nights. This place is 2 stories, with the bathrooms upstairs and pool tables on both floors. Arcade games as well. My wife and I were excited to check it out-we love drag queens. The first night, we arrived about 30 minutes after the show began and found that it was jam packed. We were standing back by the bar and had very limited visibility to the stage. After about 40 minutes of not being able to see, we left. But we returned the next day, much earlier, and were able to stand closer to the stage. People are respectful of each other and welcoming to all. I appreciate that the emcee (I forget her name) made it a point to welcome people who were drinking alcohol as well as those that wanted non-alcoholic options, which the bar offers. I appreciate that. She also reminded everyone about consent-specifically about taking picture and video, which was sadly ignored by some patrons. But overall, I felt like it was a safe space. Bartenders were friendly and attentive, as were all the staff that we interacted with. My one complaint was the condition of the bathroom. Look, I don't care what your biological gender or gender identify are, but please don't pee on the toilet seat. Both the stall that I used as well as the one my wife used were covered in urine. That's just gross-no matter who you are.

The atmosphere is like a hunting lodge, and really makes it cozy in there. Dog friendly. Great vibes. It's a full liquor bar and if you order food at Manfred's next door they'll bring it to you at Doc's. I really like their patio area with fireplaces for chilly nights. They also do local comedy every Wednesday. Zach, Rachel, and the rest of the staff are very laid back. Top shelf liquor but they crack a mean pbr as well. The old owners were terrible and made me stay away. The new owners/staff have done a great job of turning the place around!
