We were also able to get seats despite it being busy. My partner and I got the strawberry matcha cloud and yuzu matcha cloud, though we were also tempted by the seasonal ube flavors. Both were great - on the sweeter side, but that was perfect for a hot afternoon. We ate most of the yuzu foam like ice cream because it was so tall lol then we mixed it into the drink. I think that was a good call because if we mixed all the yuzu foam into the drink, it might have overwhelmed the matcha flavor. Overall had a great time visiting this cafe and enjoyed our drinks. Would definitely come back again to try other drinks on the menu!

Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

My friend and I sat at the counter basically in a staring contest with the woman behind the counter, who just stared right back. After some 30 seconds, we finally flagging her down to place our order. After turning around the drinks suspiciously quickly, my friend and I sat down to catch-up in the empty cafe. Before long, the barista pumps up the volume, increasing higher and higher every 5 minutes or so, as if to signal to us that our time was up. I asked her to turn down the volume, which she tuned down from an 11 to a 7, but minutes later it continued to creep up, like the snooze setting of an alarm clock coaxing you to wake up - except in this case, to get out. Ultimately, the volume got unbearable and we finally threw in the towel and got out of there to let the barista enjoy her music. Definitely never going back there - they clearly don't want the business. Food: 5/10 Service: 0/10 Price: $$ Atmosphere: 4/10

I recently visited karma cafe and unfortunately, the coffee just didn't live up to my expectations. It tasted a bit bland and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The atmosphere felt a bit cramped, and the service was slower than I would have liked. While it wasn't the worst experience I've had, it certainly wasn't memorable in a positive way. Hopefully, they can make some improvements going forward. read more

The brie is always so melty, warm and rich with the crunchy bagel. The iced matcha is so large, it will be by your side until you're finished with whatever you're working on. The service is also great, it's a small team of the same people and I always enjoy seeing them as they're always kind. The environment is one of my favorites about this place, there's outdoor seating in the back but my personal favorite is inside. They have a couch area as well if you enjoy that comfy feeling. If you're there to study though, do keep in mind that sometimes there is live music so either come early or know what days they're there.
