Despite the reviews about the woman's poor attitude, she was pleasant with us. Hot dogs were good. Place is clean. Enjoyable experience.

12 bucks got me a big a$$ quarter pound all beef frankfurter, a bag of chips, and a large drink... Weiner was super tasty... Up front parking...

The lady who didn't want to wash her hands after taking out, the trash

So I come here to get lunch and I witnessed the lady taking out the trash. She goes to the sink and rinses her hands off with water, I very nicely ask her aren't you going to use soap after taking the trash out? She tells me no she does not use soap. And then I ask her can you please use soap I would feel more comfortable If you did, she did re wash her hands with soap, But then had a very nasty attitude with me the rest my visit. I am pretty sure that OSHA laws say they need to wash their hands with soap imagine how much of the food she is contaminating we just got out of a whole pandemic. This is so stupid you guys really need to fix this. Why aren't your employees using soap to wash their hands this is so nasty

Kasper's with a "K"! Don't be fooled by Casper's with a "C" if you're looking for the original Chicago-style hot dog from the Armenian who started it all in Oakland, Kasper Koojoolian. These are the BEST hot dogs in the East Bay...bar none! These hot dogs are 100% beef, unlike the ones sold by Casper's. This is easily verified by looking at the ingredients of the Casper's hot dogs sold at Costco. Oakland, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, and Concord are the last Kasper's locations that are still running. I've seen the Fremont and Hayward locations close in recent years so I'm hoping the other five are here to stay! On a related note, I would love it if the "Original" location on 45th and Telegraph in Oakland would reopen. That place has been closed since 2003. Anyway, whenever I come to Kasper's, I always order the 1/4lb-er with cheese, tomatoes, and ketchup. YUM!...I'm hungry just thinking about it! If you like Chicago-style hot dogs, then Kasper's is the place to go!

Their veggie burger is bomb along with a lot of the rest of the stuff. I've been here many times, and I'm likely going to come back many more times lol. The staff is always really nice. I wish I was rich so I could give them all a really hefty tip... maybe one day Today there were fries left over somehow.... And I was offered to take them which I felt oddly bad about doing.... But who wants to say no to free food and dang they were delicious.! so thank you. I wish I got that employee's name for a shout out. I don't like wasting food at all, so the food went into multiple people's bellies: two kids and my sister and myself. Amazing what the small things can do to someone's day. The ambience is cute, spacious, vibe for burger joint. I love that they have ice cream and delicious desserts, and the possibility for a drink. Keep up the good work super Duper

I love how chubby and perfectly chewy the noodles are! Son & I went with all chow mein since I'm not a big rice eater, but I did try a bite of hubby's rice and was pleasantly surprised--super garlicky and delicious! This place is NOTHING like Panda. It's authentic, and the food is constantly coming out fresh. The garlic chicken was amazing, the BBQ pork was tender and sweet, and the salt & pepper wings and fish were absolute fire--crispy, flavorful, and addicting! Son also tried the orange chicken & sweet sticky fried ribs. The restaurant is super clean, service is quick and the owners are just adorable. I love chatting with them--you can tell they've poured their hearts into this place. I wish them continued success, and I'm hoping to become one of their weekly regulars!

I arrived around 12 pm today and a bunch of entrees were not ready yet. They had about 7 or so entrees good to go, but I was waiting for the Mongolian Beef. The lady who serviced me was nice and made small talk with me while the kitchen was finishing the dish. Mongolian Beef: What I waited for and it was just ok. Not used to having bell peppers in my Mongolian Beef, but it was still good. A bit salty for me for this dish and I wish the spiciness was turned up a notch. Broccoli Beef: This one was also salty for my liking. The texture of the beef was good though and I enjoyed the amount of broccoli I did get in my plate. Sesame Chicken: The best of the trio I got. Was perfectly fried and sauced, not being too salty or bland. I can see why this one can be a popular item choice with how fresh and crispy it tasted. My number one choice here. Overall, it was alright. For the amount I paid, I can get two servings out of it, so a nice lunch and dinner for me. I probably would come back again.
