Despite the reviews about the woman's poor attitude, she was pleasant with us. Hot dogs were good. Place is clean. Enjoyable experience.

The lady who didn't want to wash her hands after taking out, the trash

So I come here to get lunch and I witnessed the lady taking out the trash. She goes to the sink and rinses her hands off with water, I very nicely ask her aren't you going to use soap after taking the trash out? She tells me no she does not use soap. And then I ask her can you please use soap I would feel more comfortable If you did, she did re wash her hands with soap, But then had a very nasty attitude with me the rest my visit. I am pretty sure that OSHA laws say they need to wash their hands with soap imagine how much of the food she is contaminating we just got out of a whole pandemic. This is so stupid you guys really need to fix this. Why aren't your employees using soap to wash their hands this is so nasty

Kasper's with a "K"! Don't be fooled by Casper's with a "C" if you're looking for the original Chicago-style hot dog from the Armenian who started it all in Oakland, Kasper Koojoolian. These are the BEST hot dogs in the East Bay...bar none! These hot dogs are 100% beef, unlike the ones sold by Casper's. This is easily verified by looking at the ingredients of the Casper's hot dogs sold at Costco. Oakland, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Pleasanton, and Concord are the last Kasper's locations that are still running. I've seen the Fremont and Hayward locations close in recent years so I'm hoping the other five are here to stay! On a related note, I would love it if the "Original" location on 45th and Telegraph in Oakland would reopen. That place has been closed since 2003. Anyway, whenever I come to Kasper's, I always order the 1/4lb-er with cheese, tomatoes, and ketchup. YUM!...I'm hungry just thinking about it! If you like Chicago-style hot dogs, then Kasper's is the place to go!

I ordered via the Kiosk, but the fries had me scan a QR code and answer some questions. After that, I waited for about 10 ish minutes before I got my food. The ladies were very nice and helpful, and they took care into preparing my food. Garden Burger: I enjoy the impossible meat when I can and this burger was huge. Besides the patty, I also got avocado, the other standard fixings and a fried eggplant. They also had mayo and bbq sauce as my spread. I don't know how, but I was able to eat the whole thing in one setting. It was juicy (as juicy an impossible burger can be) and delicious. The sauce held everything together and the extra spicy mayo I used for dipping brought the extra heat I needed. Overall, a delicious burger. Bulgogi Fries: This was complementary due to their promo and this was a huge portion. They made the bulgogi meat fresh to order and the same with my fries. Their plating was phenomenal. Overall, the fries were crispy and the sauce and meat were delicious. Overall, I can see myself coming here again. I should try a normal burger or I can try their chicken burger next time.

This area has homeless, but it's fine during the day. The only issue I have with this place is the interior design and lighting. It's stale and unattractive with office lighting and horrible off-white colors. If they changed the aesthetic inside and make it more like an old-school burger joint, they would get a lot more business.

Ambience is a situational thing, but I've never had a problem. People are usually busy talking on the phone or just waiting for their food. I'll definitely go back because there is a couple of other things I wanna try, and my suggestion is to eat that peach mango pie fresh out the fryer! Giving this place 4 yumms up and a salamat po!!

I can't say I have ever enjoyed spaghetti in a fast food setting before. The burger wasn't bad. Neither was the chicken sandwich. The fries were mid. I didn't try the fried chicken which looking back that's actually the staple of the place, but I wasn't in the mood. The service was good. Didn't wait long for the order. I wasn't a fan of the digital menu screen changing constantly while I was trying to mentally arrange my order. But all in all good food.

I arrived around 12 pm today and a bunch of entrees were not ready yet. They had about 7 or so entrees good to go, but I was waiting for the Mongolian Beef. The lady who serviced me was nice and made small talk with me while the kitchen was finishing the dish. Mongolian Beef: What I waited for and it was just ok. Not used to having bell peppers in my Mongolian Beef, but it was still good. A bit salty for me for this dish and I wish the spiciness was turned up a notch. Broccoli Beef: This one was also salty for my liking. The texture of the beef was good though and I enjoyed the amount of broccoli I did get in my plate. Sesame Chicken: The best of the trio I got. Was perfectly fried and sauced, not being too salty or bland. I can see why this one can be a popular item choice with how fresh and crispy it tasted. My number one choice here.
