    Sashimi Combo fresh and tasty
    Jane M.

We were in Philly and craving some asian food. We found Kasumi on yelp and decided to place an online order. We picked up the food, and the cute Japanese owners were super friendly. Brought the food back and were pleasantly surprised. Chicken Teriyaki $15.95 was good. Standard chicken teriyaki, maybe a bit too much sauce for our preference. Sashimi Combo $24.95 Came with 15 pieces of 5 different sashimi. It was fresh and flavorful and really surprised at how good the quality was. Salmon Teriyaki $17.95 3 nice pieces of salmon with tons of teriyaki sauce, maybe a little too much for our liking, with a side of steamed broccoli and carrots. Seaweed Salad $5.50 fresh

I love the food at Kasumi. My go to is the sushi and sashimi platter when I am hosting a party or just for some important gathering. The sashimi are really fresh. All of the ramens tasted great as the broth weren't too salty and noodles were cooked perfectly. The lady who packed our take out was wonderful and nice. The restaurant looks pretty clean and the atmosphere was good. We decided to get take out as some of the family prefer that instead of eating in a restaurant. Would definitely come back here!

Sushi place near my parents house- been going since it opened and glad to see it's still quality! Easy parking, online ordering, friendly staff.

The ambience was great, and I get to watch the sushi. Chef make it right in front of me. The food was amazing and the service was amazing. I got my food in less than 10 minutes.

I've been here a couple of times to be able to say that the sushi is consistently delicious every time. The only complaint (and is kind of a minor one) is that their ubon should have a little more protein quantity. They have good lunch specials during the week. They have parking up front and confortable.

I am pleasantly surprised by how delicious the foods are. Ordered sushi combo and two signature rolls. They are very fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is not too noisy and the environment is clean and welcoming. Loved our waitress Tina. I would definitely recommend and come back!

Deeeeeelicious. Totally unassuming in a small food plaza with Dunkin. Fresh bites and many to choose from! Roll combos I have never seen and they have good seaweed salad. Def a point of freshness for me is how they do seaweed salad. Fast but not weirdly fast and seriously fresh. Why else eat sushi!!

Yum. Me and my fiancé came here for a quick lunch after touring the eagle stadium. We had an hour to kill so we decided to try this sushi place. We were very happy with their service, food, and their seating space. I thought it's funny because the exterior has a sign saying grand opening, but apparently they've opened for a year now. Anyway, this place has such a chill vibe, they are constantly playing jazz music. I love it. As for food, I got three rolls from their lunch special - spicy crunch shrimp roll, spicy tuna, and spicy yellowtail roll. The lunch special was such a good deal, i got three rolls for like $10. My fiancé got three rolls as well, one of the rolls he got was chicken tempura roll, I made fun of it for getting it. However, it was freaking delicious. Very satisfying lunch, I will come back again and maybe try some of their chicken dishes :)

Left 25 minutes later than planned. [Fast forward: the guy next to us was wearing a full suit.] We arrived at 5:30 and were told the wait for a walk-in was 20 minutes, so we went to Graffiti Bar next door. P wanted a marg, which was not on the cocktail menu, so the bartender asked what kind of tequila. P said Patrón. We started our happy hour evening with $45 cocktails. The wait was actually only 10 minutes, but they give you a 10-minute grace period once they text you, so we had to chug nevertheless. There is a pipe that says "warm" as you walk in. Touch at your own risk. Now at Double Knot. We ordered the tuna roll and salmon rolls. Good, but not that good. J wanted the yaki soba and liked it. P liked the pork potstickers. J ordered a Sapporo and an argument ensued about how to pronounce "a" in Japanese and/or other Asian languages. A professional woman once scolded J for mispronouncing Wang. We then played odds to determine whether J would turn his Sapporo into a sake bomb using P's sake. Both guessed 5. The sake did in fact "bomb," erupting all over the table and causing a scene. The wait staff did not notice because the ambiance, while "lit," is actually pretty dark. Coast clear. For revenge, we played odds again. P lost and was forced to put soy sauce in her sake and chug it. She took it like a champ. The waitress complimented P's top as we left. Margs at the pourover bar next door: $45. Rolls at Double Knot happy hour: $8. A compliment on a $3.69 top after arriving 36 minutes later than planned: priceless. 7/10.

You can never go wrong with a pork belly appetizer and each order comes with two. The shrimp pad Thai had all the flavors you expect from a classic pad Thai but with their own twist. We were a party of two and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The Highlights: Quality: This is hands-down the best quality "all-you-can-eat" (AYCE) sushi I've had. Unlike other places where the fish can sometimes taste frozen, everything here tasted fresh and high-quality. Service: Our server, Jordan, was incredibly attentive and made our lunch even better. Menu: The miso soup was delicious, and the salad portion was generous. The fried calamari was also great, though the pieces were on the smaller side. While the chicken teriyaki was a bit disappointing, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. Value: At approximately $33.85, the AYCE price is a great value for the quality you receive. They also have an extensive ramen menu--while it's not included in the AYCE price, it looked delicious and is something I'm excited to try next time. Overall Thoughts: The restaurant was very quiet during our lunch visit, which made for a relaxing meal, though I imagine it gets lively during happy hour.
