The rice is really well seasoned and it's served with broth and two types of dipping sauce (one kind of a soy sauce and another seemed like nuoc nam). The shoyu chicken is also good if you're wanting more savoriness. Because I'm from Hawaii, I was interested in the teriyaki chicken, but I felt the teriyaki sauce was a bit on the wet side, and not as much a glaze like the way I usually find it in Hawaii. It's also the only chicken bowl that has a decent amount of veggies since it comes on a bed of undressed slaw on top of rice. There's also a braised pork belly rice bowl that is tasty and tender, but also very brown (meaning no real veggies on the side). I love udon but sometimes don't like how thick it is because it fills you up faster and is harder to digest, the udon here is thinner which I fell in love with! It's soft and chewy and the perfect thickness: you dip it on the soup when you eat it. I also loved the soup, I usually have leftover soup when eat noodles, but I finished every last sip!
