My therapist was Shelly and she did a good job but she was not there a few times I was and I had the Therapist Assistant Alexia. She was so patient and sweet and very helpful. I also LOVE Amy! She has been there since my last surgery and she makes me laugh, and she is extremely motivating which is very important in recovery. He got up and walked out on me, I followed him because I was in disbelief at how he was acting. I asked if he really wasn't going to help me, he asked "with what?" I told him I'm in pain, and he said "oh, so you want me to give you pain pilIs?" as if I was drug seeking. I just want to be back on a pretty standard RA regimen my previous rheumatologists had me on. I can see now that I'm not the only patient he has done this to. I was sent to collections for THIRTY FOUR dollars after calling my insurance and aligning with them on my outstanding balances. Do not trust these doctors, they will charge your insurance company and then charge you for the same service. They never give you a breakdown, they just send you off and collect their money. Disgusting location, please make sure you asked for itemized bills of EVERYTHING and confirm with your insurance.
