I brought over the necklace around 5 pm, he viewed very quickly, told me it would take 20 minutes to repair and cost $22. I walked around Burlington and when I came back it was repaired. That jeweler came back to me with the bad news, but glad I hadn't lost the diamond! When I traveled home, I went to Alexander Zachary Jewelers upon suggestion of a good friend who purchased her engagement ring there. What a nostalgic experience! I grew up in a small town and this shop reminded me of growing up...Quaint shop, fine jewelry, attention to detail and top-notch service. No job was too big or small for AZJ. Since the platinum setting was custom-designed and hand forged, I was expecting a little pushback or hesitation....not one bit. Since I was a first time customer, they put my info in their system, I informed them what I needed done to the ring, asked to have it "dipped" and was out the door feeling positive and comforted that my jewelry was in great hands. Since I had dropped it off on Thursday, I figured a week would be enough time to work on the ring. They said it would be ready Monday. Friday afternoon I received a call that the ring was done. What a fantastic job they did! The ring looked brand new and the diamond wasn't loose any longer (the most important part). I was impressed with the level of service and how it was expedited for a new, and soon to be returning, customer. I would recommend Alexander Zachary Jewelers to anyone in the area or just passing through who may need some quick and quality work done on their jewelry! Job well done.

She's deaf and has had nothing but nice things to say about Aaron & everyone that works here. Other people may try to take advantage of someone being deaf but They have always had the time and patience for her & helping her. Today I brought in a pile of costume jewelry & silver to be authenticated. Eventually selling them the silver, and they gave us their honest opinions, answered any questions I had which may be silly to them but they were kind and patient with me. I took several pieces of jewelry in...some for repair, some for appraisals and gold to sell while it was still MS. This was just prior to Bailey's taking over. WELL, today I went to pick up jewelry and it was a disaster! The ring that was supposed to be sized wouldn't go on ANY finger. The rude salesperson (I think her name was Jaclyn 1839) failed to give me $850 credit for gold jewelry that was sold. She acted as though she was doing me a favor. All in all it was a deplorable situation. They are resizing my ring but in the future I'll choose another "fine" jewelry store
