We brought in a quite expensive clock for evaluation and repair, and the younger Ernest was kind enough to give me a tour of their shop. I was astonished and very impressed by the number of clocks I saw. Ernest was very gracious with his time and showed me literally hundreds of clocks, most of which were rare and expensive. Jack was professional, very friendly, and informative. He gave me a jar of their pearl cleaner. Gave. He has a wonderful personality. This jeweler has several collectables, too. The salesperson we spoke with throughout the visit was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and not once did I feel talked down to or mansplained to-- which has happened at other jewelry stores unfortunately. I had also brought along some rings I needed resized. I could not get over how affordable it was. Another jewelry store quoted me almost $300 for two rings. McGuire's quoted me $28 a piece. Of course I went with them and my rings are perfect. I definitely recommend this place.
