I did enjoy that she was very detail oriented; I felt like my toes were thoroughly scoped over and everything that was not supposed to be there was removed. I did not love the massage chairs: they were very awkward to adjust and had limited massage options. They seemed pretty old-fashioned to me. Other than the chairs though, everything was fine, the basic pedi only cost $25, and it looked like they had a lot of great OPI colors to choose from.

When I asked for it to be warmer she walked away for a bit then came back and continued working like I said nothing. Even though the two of us asked for the same service, we did not get the same services done. When I asked about it she only spoke to the tech who was with my friend and he gave me a sad smile as she continued to work and not once acknowledge me. There was no massage, not warm towel wrap, and no scrub. She pretty much cut then painted my nails. They charged me the full price, though. When I asked about the service not reflecting the price, they doubled down and she walked away from me to hide in the back. Her lack of technique shows in the finished product. I usually only book with Lili, as I've had bad experiences with other staff in the past, so I stick with the one person who consistently does my nails the way I like. One afternoon, I came in with my two children, who were well behaved. As soon as we walked in, the owner looked at my girls and began speaking in another language to his staff. It was obvious there was some kind of issue based on their interactions. He told me to sit down, appeared to argue with the nail tech who was going to work on me, and then said, "Just try your best." Less than a minute later, my daughter accidentally dropped her cheeseburger and became upset. Almost immediately without giving me a chance to address the situation he came up to me and said they could not do my nails with my kids there because they "distract the staff." I felt extremely embarrassed. I calmly said okay and left. While I understand that an upset child can be distracting, they did not give me any opportunity to handle it. My children were eating and sitting quietly with their tablets prior to that moment. What upset me the most is that after being a loyal customer for three years, the one time I brought my kids it became an issue. If this salon is not kid-friendly, that should be clearly stated upfront. The way this situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My mom and I both got regular pedicures and specifically asked for our nails to be cut very short. My technician did cut mine short, but my mom's technician barely trimmed hers, even after I repeated that she wanted them much shorter because they were very overgrown. I also got a gel manicure on Friday. By the weekend, the polish was already snagging because it had been painted onto my cuticles, causing it to lift. By Wednesday, it had already chipped. I usually get at least a week and a half out of gel on my natural nails, so this was disappointing. The salon was very clean, the color turned out beautiful, and everyone was friendly. They did offer free alcohol/non alcoholic drinks which was a nice plus. I think the biggest issue was that the service felt rushed, which affected the quality. Since it's such a large salon with many technicians, you may have a better experience once you find someone whose work you really like.

Gel is supposed to last and they haven't made it a week without multiple problems.
