Lol The all-you-can-eat option is always a great deal, with a wide variety of meats that are fresh, flavorful, and well-marinated. I love that they have a number on all various meat selection. Easier and faster to order. If you order by numbers you can easily track which ones you have order lol. Everything cooks quickly at the table, and the quality stays consistent throughout. Staff are quick and efficient too. The banchan (side dishes) are always tasty and get refilled often, which makes the whole experience even better. The staff is attentive and quick to swap out grills or bring more items, even when it's busy. I always prefer the ayce kbbq places with serve yourself side/salad stations coz you always have lots of options and get your money's worth. They have packages like Silver $30; Gold $40; Black $50. We just got the Gold $40. More practical and reasonable. You also get parking validation. Parking is huge as well. And the awesome part too is it is inside a mall so you can walk around and browse thru their stores inside the Little Tokyo Galleria mall in Downtown Los Angeles. Most stores have Japanese themes. HONESTLY, IT'S IMPROVED! If Yelp had a three and a half star option, I'd give this KBBQ that score. The meats are still tender and delicious, bulgogi, pork, and the thinner meats are the highlights. The buffet has also had a major improvement. The inclusion of jabche (Korean stir-fried noodles) is the side I've been craving! The noodles pair well with the meats and other sides. There's even great options for kids and casual fans like fries and mozzarella sticks. The two could've been a little better, less hard. My concerns still involve the dry, hard-as-rock Korean potstickers and the sad kimchi. It just doesn't look appetizing and several items still look like they've been sitting all day. Additionally, I found a BIG chunk of fat in my chicken! Overall, I'd say stick with the "gold" selection of meats, you'll get more bang for your buck while getting quality options. Beginners especially! Staff were a little better this visit, however they still forget about refills and make errors to the orders. It's a little frustrating because staff get disgruntled, however they need to be called out on this so they can continue to improve. I haven't been here in a long time since 2014, when this restaurant was still called Manna. It's now KB 333 Korean BBQ. I came here with my coworkers for a retirement lunch. The Gold Menu costs $35.99 per person, which I felt was a bit pricey for the quality. Some of the meats were dry, lacked flavor, and didn't taste as fresh as I expected. Overall, the food was just average and didn't leave a strong impression. It was a nice place to gather with coworkers. Solid midtier kbbq saved mostly by its plentiful banchan options. The la galbi, unmarinated ribs, beef tongue were solid options on the more pricey black menu. Also tried the rib eye steak and was underwhelmed. On gold, I tried the brisket, top blade but neither were memorable. The only meat I enjoyed eating were the first 3, but those less picky may find otherwise. The mul naemyeon was solid and giant but I prefer MG house's soup base. Interestingly, staff was attentive and actually came and asked me to order more meat, which was nice in an ayce kbbq restaurant. Japchae at the side bar and the radish wraps were spectacular. Having steamed egg on the menu was awesome too (a little overcooked). Oyster mushrooms on the grill as a side dish was a nice touch. And the mexican-style fixings at the side dish bar (cucumber salad, salsa, etc) was an interesting touch and reflective of the two cultures working this restaurant. Staff was busy but very nice. Wow! Absolutely beautiful experience! Ive called KB 333 and ask if they take Solopreneur and they said, "Okay, no worries." Check-in was pretty simple, with almost no wait. When I sat down, one of the servers, Mickey, came over and introduced himself. He said, "If you need anything, please let me know." That immediately got me thinking that this place was different. As many of you know, Korean BBQ service in Los Angeles can be hit or miss. After I ordered, they started bringing out the meats, especially the cuts I had selected. I was also able to get massive selection of "supporting dishes" because they really bring out and complement the flavors of the meat. From that point on, the service was outstanding. The staff checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed, asked if anything was missing, and made sure our table was taken care of throughout the meal. What impressed me most was that the attention never felt forced or intrusive. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a great dining experience. In a city with no shortage of Korean BBQ options, that level of hospitality really stands out. The food was excellent, but what will bring me back is the combination of great food and exceptional service. Too often, restaurants focus on one and neglect the other. This place delivered both. We went for the lunch special, we asked if the lunch special covered the silver tier. And we were told yes. We asked "so we can get anything from the silver tier?", we were told yes. Ok so we chose the lunch special. They told us to go ahead and get started with the "banchan" which are the side dishes and the salad bar. Turns out the $19.99 special is only for the salad bar side dishes. How ridiculous, you barely get anything there. You're paying $19.99 for nothing. They end up saying because you ordered bbq it's $29.99. We were clearly told that the lunch special came with the silver tier. We even asked to explain twice. Four people heard this information. The owners are rude, they don't have good customer service, we got stares from the old male asian owner(maybe manager). Once I paid the owner was hard staring for a while as if he was wanting us to leave. Would never come again. The only thing good thing about this place was Arjay our server.
