Not very informative took my friends car there to get fixed and not even a month later the turbos blue, and he said that it could be driven to South Dakota and back and be fine! Drove the car check engine light came on took it in and they said the turbos one or both were done... Why would they say I could drive on a long ass road trip if the turbos were not okay very miss informative on their part. read more

So i went into KB for brakes and an oil change for my land rover. First, their price was 50% less than the dealer. I did my homework on them as a company and all their reviews, etc. so i knew they knew what they were doing. They had a rental car reserved for me when I arrived and everything was very smooth. The car was done that day and I came back at about 4PM to pick it up. Unfortunately there was a scratch on the driver door when I cam to pick it up. I pointed it out to Tim and he immediately said "no problem we will take care of it. Let me call you tomorrow to set a time for you to come back and drop it off. I will take care of your rental car as well". He called me the next day and we set the time to bring the land rover back. I was concerned that it would be done so it looked as good as it did before I dropped my car off. He assured me it would to my satisfaction. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done by Noon. It looked great! I tell this story because all companies are enjoyable to work with when everything goes well. I've come here twice to bring in my 2011 BMW 328i in for service and each time was exactly what I was expecting. The service here is excellent! I brought my car in for an oil change the first time and they ran routine diagnostics on the car. They informed me of other things I needed to get fixed as well. They don't bs you here, which is what I like. They are nice and friendly and answer all my questions (even the dumb ones since I'm not really familiar with cars and repairs). The second time I came in was for my engine misfiring. I told them I think it could be due to the spark plugs and it pretty much lined up with the initial check they did when I brought in my car the first time. They were able to replace them and the car works as expected. I also asked them if they could take a look at my fog light because it was out of the socket and asked them if it was an easy fix. They were nice enough to just zip tie it back into place for free since it wasn't really anything they could do except replace it, but the light was still good. Overall, the service here is great! Kip and Kenny are great to work with! They're easy to talk to and are there to satisfy their customers. I'll definitely be coming back here to get my car serviced in the future.
