We can't find enough great things to say about KB Motorsports and their staff, especially Kip and Kenny. From day one, they have always been very honest and upfront with the needs of our Mercedes. They are professional and knowledgeable, offering various options with regards to the many repairs that we have needed. Not only do they provide complex repairs but also routine services at prices that are extremely competitive. Each time they have given us an estimate, they always come in under that estimate as opposed to some of the other mechanics we have been exposed to. Kip and His employees at KB Motorsports are the best, Professional, Honest and most of all very TRUST WORTHY, I have been going to Kip for about 5 years when he was recommended to me by a friend, Kip has serviced multiple vehicles of mine and I will not go anywhere else. It is very satisfying for me when my Wife or 2 Daughters take their cars to Kip for repairs and I know the work will be done correctly and no sales job. This is what every shop should be. The first thing I noticed was a clean, well-equipped and roomy garage. That alone says a lot about a mechanic, believe me I've worked in the auto industry. In the big showroom/ office I was greeted by friendly staff, notably the owner Kip Busse. The others were great too. There was a great sense of professionalism, knowledgability and courtesy in the whole place. Now, my car- they did a ton of work on my BMW 325is and were very honest about what it needed, didn't need, and how I could save $ here and there. I have a BMW X5 that had this check engine light for the past 6 months on and off went trough several auto mechanic and had the same problem, But I found KB Motor Sports that has extensive knowledge and experience in German cars and they found all the issues, Kip and Tim informed me in details what needs to get done to get it fix. I usually handle my own oil changes myself, but at the time I didn't have my tools with me, so I decided to bring my vehicle here instead -- and I'm glad I did. Richard (owner) gave me a quote and helped me schedule the oil change. During that oil change, Cole (one of the mechanics) noticed that my shocks were leaking, which was causing uneven tire wear. I truly appreciated his keen eye and honesty in pointing it out. Because of his heads-up, I went to the Jeep dealership and was able to get the shocks replaced under warranty -- something I likely would have missed until it was too late and no longer covered. More recently, I returned to have my start/stop battery replaced to clear a caution light, and once again the experience was smooth and professional. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of work is solid, and they get your car ready quickly without cutting corners. It's hard to find auto shops you feel comfortable trusting, but Mission Auto Repair has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend.

She was professional, a great listener, and never pushy -- which immediately gave me confidence. When I brought in my BMW for evaluation, I met Jolver, one of their mechanics, who confirmed that the radiator needed replacement. Alex reviewed the estimate with me, and it was a nice savings. Most importantly, the whole process felt transparent and respectful. What stands out most is the professionalism and sincerity of the Star Autohaus team. Unlike dealerships and many shops, we've dealt with, they treat you like family, not a transaction. Thanks to them, we no longer have to search for a service provider we can trust -- Star Autohaus has become our go-to shop for both of our vehicles.

As usual Jeff and his team took care of everything in a timely manner. The Service Pros location is not terribly convenient for us, but we make the trip anyway. It's worth the extra effort to us because of Jeff's knowledge, skills, and the warranty on his work. He'll probably keep my "classic" on the road for another 20 years!

They kept getting into my cabin air filter, which would clog the air vents and eventually lead to one of them chewing on the knock sensor wires inside the engine. While visiting my parents in the area, I tried taking my truck to Toyota of Escondido, where they proceeded to quote me $7,500 to fix the knock sensor and a number of other "issues." $3,500 of which was just the sensor and $300 to replace the air filter. Which is absurd. My truck is worth around $8,000. Frustrated I went looking for a reasonable mechanic, and that's what I found with Stormy. Stormy did all the same work Toyota said needed to be done at a fraction of the cost, but wouldn't fix my knock sensor initially. He said he wouldn't take my money to fix it, just to have me turn back around and have him fix it again within the year. He gave me recommendations on how to rid my truck of the rodents, and once I did, to come back. You have no idea now much I appreciated that level of honesty and willingness to make sure we'd actually fix the problem, not just take my money because I was there. Other places (including Toyota of Escondido), would have gladly taken my money, not mentioned the fact that it could happen again, and taken my money again when the problem returned. Anyway, I tried his recommendations. The Mighty Mint spray (available on Amazon) did the job. After several months of being rodent free, I gave him a call and booked an appointment. And here's were Stormy once again proved his merit and won me over as a customer. After taking a deeper look into the issue, he realized my truck has a very specific design flaw. Something that would take him personally a longer time to fix than a friend of his. He gave me a call, broke it down to me, told me about his friends shop (Aloha Automotive), offered to drive my truck there (which he did) and made sure I got a good deal with them too. The whole endeavor took way longer than I wish it would have, but honestly, I'm glad we took our time to fix it. Because of Stormy my truck is back in perfect shape and at a beyond reasonable price. My truck doesn't often have issues, but any time I have them in the future, I will 100% bring my truck to him first.
