I have never found one that comes even close in comparison. It's moist and apply in the middle, the outside is glazed and crunchy crisp. I don't know if he was trying to avoid using a box, but if I order a bunch of pastries, instead of bagging each and every one and handing them to me in a big pile, he could have just put them in a box. Which I ended up asking for, and he then did, begrudgingly. Based on my experience today, I would go for the donuts that are freshly made every morning, but I would be wary of getting any pastries that have already been placed in a bag in the case.
