High quality sushi and dishes but the rolls aren't as flavorful as the others and not worth it for the prices. Most items are infused with truffle oil which is such a tasty combination. The Chirashi should have more seasoning or a sauce? Let's just start off by appreciating the fact there is a decent restaurant in weston. If you're from here, you know a good restaurant isn't easy to find. Walking through the doors you no longer feel as if you are in weston. This place is decorated very chic and trendy. Most importantly, it looks very clean- which we all know Asian restaurants lack. The first thing I noticed was how you can see part of the Kitchen. I love that. Everyone was wearing gloves and everything looked very sanitary. Overall the ambiance of this place is very unique, you feel like you're in a high-end restaurant in the city. I've been here twice now, so I've tasted quite a lot of the menu. The fried rice is average. I feel like it's so basic and isn't anything special. It's on the dry side and doesn't have much flavor. The taste is mediocre, I wouldn't order again. The baby back ribs were great both times. The meat was so soft it fell off the bone. It's cooked perfectly and glazed with a tangy Asian sauce. The outer edges were crispy and charred perfectly. The POP roll- OMG. Has to be one of my favorite on the menu. It's basically all crab wrapped in a sort of paper. They had a truffle butter for dipping. It was so good! Tasted very fresh and the dipping sauce really hit the spot. I'd come back just for that. The KURO roll- I was really excited for this roll. Something in it just didn't taste right. Everyone at our table said the same thing. None of us could put our finger on it. Maybe ingredients weren't fresh? We didn't even finish it amongst four people. Which says something on its own. The tuna tacos- yum! This tuna looked and tasted very fresh. Three tacos come with your order in a crispy taco shell. The avocado spread the put inside is sooo good! It really takes the tacos to the next level. I love these so much! Honey spicy shrimp- this was.... different. It's a fried shrimp smeared in honey, a spicy-tangy sauce, cashews and much more. It was good, but nothing crazy. The plate comes with four and me and my boyfriend left two. The shrimp tasted fresh, I feel like it's just overwhelming, there's a lot going on. Pork gyoza- these very very yummy. They are pan seared, they tasted very fresh. They were very soft with that delicious tangy dipping sauce.
