Bonzai Truffle Roll

Stunning experience, incredible food and amazing. People! One of our favorite restaurants but had to update my review as it has been almost a year since I haven't been here. Didn't disappoint. Parking was easy, arrived at 10 pm. Usually they're packed earlier. We were seated within 3 min with a reservation. Luis was our server he was so professional and courteous. Great positive attitude and also extremely knowledgeable. Adi, the manager was top notch as always, even came to get feedback and asked about our lives. Which means the world. We tried : Salmon skin roll: really good, nos my fave but still worth the try Bonzai truffle: we ordered it with extra crab on top of the roll. Amazing Pop: a must try. Better than pubbelly Truffle edamame: perfect appetizer this is the best edamame I've tried in my life Dessert: sweet maki: you have to try it. Perfect balance between sweetness and awesomeness

I had plans to go to this place for a while. Well, it didn't disappoint at all. The experience was amazing. The food is freshly prepared and the service is exceptional. We were served by Fabiola and let me say that she was very knowledgeable of the entire menu. This restaurant has great ambience and aura that I recommend if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. Will definitely be there for more.

Sushi was fresh. We had several appetizers & a few entrees, but the one that stuck out was the Tuna Crispy Rice. 10/10! Highly recommend! Our server was pretty good. We went right before the dinner time rush, so it was a nice relaxing dinner. Reasonably priced too for quality sushi!

Food was outstanding, service great and ambiance is modern with a cozy feel. Absolute must try. Sushi was simply incredible- different with unique spins on sushi rolls. Popper and Bea stole the show for sure!!!! I've dreamt of these rolls over and over again- highly recommend. Edamame was delicious as well. Everything we had was hands down some of the best sushi I have ever had. Can't recommend enough.

A unique dining experience at Ke-uh (still don't know the exact pronunciation of the restaurant though). I came here to celebrate a birthday with 3 other people on a Wednesday evening, the restaurant was relatively busy but not super packed. We honestly didn't do much research before coming so we were mildly surprised when we entered because we didn't know it was a spanish asian fusion sushi place. However, still looked great inside, and the vibes were all there. The service was alright, the sushi took quite a while to come out (~30min). We ordered 4 different rolls (Ke-uh Salmon, Nori Riceless, Katana, and Aka). My personal favorites were the Aka (shrimp tempura type of roll), and the Nori Riceless (had a fried piece of nori on the bottom that was great). The other two were decent but not extremely memorable. We also ordered a side of fried rice, but it was pretty bland, kinda reminded me of panda. Overall a good experience, decent food, but I wouldn't say it's the best sushi for this price point.

Alexa took great care of us and the crispy rice salmon was incredible. Highly recommend!

Popped in for lunch. The menu immediately drew me in to the spicy honey shrimp and the ribeye tacos. I immediately ordered these items as appetizers. Both are shareable. The shrimp were unique and tasty but needed a little bit more flavor. The ribeye tacos were 5/5. A mix of spice and flavor For sushi, I was in between the popper and the nori riceless roll. I went with the nori. I'm not a big sushi fanatic but I dabble a bit lol. They were perfect in size as huge pieces of sushi are super intimidating lol. They were also tasty however, I would have loved a pairing sauce. The only options were eel and spicy mayo. I preferred the spicy mayo over the eel! For dessert we had the oh so amazing fried Oreo. Let me tell you, it definitely became my cheat day! And it was worth every bite! The service was attentive! The space is good for small groups. Maybe fitting for 1 large party in the rear of the restaurant.

We discovered this wonderful Asian Fusion restaurant because it was so close to our hotel and so well rated. We were in town for our Executive Health checkup at Cleveland Clinic. We enjoyed the food so much the first night that we decided to go back the next night. The food is that good. Brussels sprouts appetizer was so good. All of the sushi we had was terrific. Don't recall all the names of the dishes so I'm posting the photos and hoping for the best on the names. Mochi for dessert was lovely. I remember that name! Marco was our waiter the first night and Frank on the second night. Both were very helpful with the menu and courteous with their service. One dish came out very delayed on the second night (riceless salmon sushi roll). Thankfully it was wonderful and worth the wait. We sat on the lakeside patio both nights because it was a little less crowded and quieter out there and we really enjoyed the water view! Great ambience! I told Frank to tell the owner and or the manager to open up in Stuart or Jupiter and I would help him find the location. I'm a Realtor, lol. This restaurant would be a huge success there!

Very fresh, tasty and creative sushi. I went with a group of friends so we were able to try a lot of the rolls. Our server was friendly and gave great suggestions for rolls to try. I don't recall the names of all the rolls we ordered, but all of them were great. I would definitely dine here again.

Pricey but good, they are not ideal for large parties but make up with a great ambience and style.

We came in for happy hour and let me tell you we were not disappointed in a single thing. Our server Mike was amazing. He guided us through the menu and helped us pick out some incredible options. The drinks were fantastic, the service was attentive, and everything came out perfectly timed. The happy hour deals are unbelievable maki rolls for $14 and appetizers for $8. You really cannot beat that for the quality. The food itself was phenomenal. If you love scallops, these were some of the best I've ever had. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning as the aesthetic is beautiful, laid-back, and calm. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing food. I cannot wait to come back. What a wonderful experience.

It's rare to find hospitality this good. The Food Everything we ordered was absolutely delish nothing disappointed: * Sushi Rolls: We ordered two different rolls, and the presentation and taste were both top-tier. * Cuatro Leches: We ended the night with the cuatro leaches , which was decadent, and the perfect sweet finish to the meal. Ambiance: Romantic- the decoration was perfectly designed. I love this place. Excellent all around.

-- I would actually rate this as 3.5 stars overall. --…read more I've lived nearby for quite a while and didn't even know this place existed. It's tucked in the shopping center next to Publix and across from a school. It's in no way obvious from the street, and even the sign is obscured. The restaurant is kind of plain inside. Nothing about it stood out as being great. And they weren't too busy on a weekday at lunch time; that could be good or bad, I'm not sure. I think it's owned by a Venezuelan family, but it's definitely Japanese in its menu. And they have a whole vegan menu! That's pretty awesome. The waiter was very nice and fairly accommodating as we asked for a few things. We opted to go for the vegan menu, and because we were a party of 5, we took the 2 appetizer & 5 entrees option on the menu. The thing about it is that the entrees were all interesting and unique in some ways. They weren't regular sushi with some substitutions. They really made an effort. For the appetizers, we took the gyoza and the bao buns. The gyoza (5 in a serving) were very tasty and the bao buns were good but there were two to share with 5 people. We all got a taste but it was a little odd. It came with maple mustard, which was a great accompaniment, even with the other dishes. For the entrees, the standout was the ceviche. It was a clever use of fruits and vegetables in lime juice that certainly mimicked its fish counterpart. The "pizza" was interesting as they made use of the rice as a crispy base. The other three rolls we got had some nice textures and flavors, so we were happy with them. The reason I rounded down on the stars were two things: the atmosphere and the overall price point, which was a little bit on the high side for what you get. Otherwise, it was a good experience, and I would encourage anyone to check it out. Try the vegan menu, it's unique and pretty good.

New to the Country Isle Plaza on Weston Road, Kao is a sushi & ramen restaurant. I did think…read morethey'd have a little more raman choices on the menu, but today was our first visit and my daughter and I shared 3 rolls & my husband had a noodle dish. The decor is minimal, but nice. Service was friendly but with the restaurant being new to Weston it would have been nice to be told a little bit about the concept & maybe have some recommendations. While we were there, there was one other table & a to go order. We ordered spicy edamame to start. The presentation was pretty and the flavor was very good. My daughter had the miso soup. It had a nice amount of tofu, but she said it was a little saltier than she was used to, but she really enjoyed it. We shared the cream cheese roll (a little sweet and loved the texture of the nuts on top), the New York (standard salmon avocado & cream cheese) and the tiger roll (it had an interesting flavor due to the Tigre milk). The rolls each had unique flavors and we had plenty for my daughter to take home for next day's lunch. My husband had a noodle dish with chicken. He said the vegetables were cooked perfect and the bowl was filled with veggies and chicken. Most places you have to search for the veggies & protein, so my husband truly enjoyed it. They appear to have a bar, but sodas are served in cans and their was only pellagrino for soda water...so refills for drinks other than plain water incur additional charges. We ended with dessert. The 3 of us shared the chocolate ganache - which was basically a brownie sundae with a side of chocolate sauce. The brownie was good. It wasn't crazy sweet and we really enjoyed it. We enjoyed our food & look forward to trying some other menu items.

Kao Sushi & Ramen has potential, but it falls a bit short in some areas. The restaurant is cute,…read morebut the decor feels like something is missing--some wall art or added touches could really enhance the ambiance. For a ramen restaurant, I expected the ramen to be better; it didn't quite hit the mark. However, the volcano roll was phenomenal--highly recommend it! The bao buns were solid as well, making up for some of the shortcomings. The service was quick, likely because the restaurant wasn't busy, which was a plus. With some improved marketing and a few updates to the decor, I think this spot could attract a much larger crowd. I would definitely go back and try some different items from the menu.
