Picked a booth by the wall. She came over offered recommendations right away. Started with some non spicy edamames. We ordered Kani Su Cucumber roll nice and refreshing. Pad Thai with chicken sweet and portion was more than enough for two. Last the chicken with lava sauce was really good as well and that was my favorite. Food came out fast and no issues with the orders. What impressed me the most was the vibe and amazing energy of our waitress. Did not get her name but she sure deserves five stars for her outstanding service. This is a place I would come back.

It's tucked in the shopping center next to Publix and across from a school. It's in no way obvious from the street, and even the sign is obscured. The restaurant is kind of plain inside. I think it's owned by a Venezuelan family, but it's definitely Japanese in its menu. And they have a whole vegan menu! That's pretty awesome. We opted to go for the vegan menu, and because we were a party of 5, we took the 2 appetizer & 5 entrees option on the menu. The thing about it is that the entrees were all interesting and unique in some ways. They weren't regular sushi with some substitutions. They really made an effort. For the appetizers, we took the gyoza and the bao buns. The gyoza (5 in a serving) were very tasty and the bao buns were good but there were two to share with 5 people. We all got a taste but it was a little odd. It came with maple mustard, which was a great accompaniment, even with the other dishes. For the entrees, the standout was the ceviche. It was a clever use of fruits and vegetables in lime juice that certainly mimicked its fish counterpart. The "pizza" was interesting as they made use of the rice as a crispy base. The other three rolls we got had some nice textures and flavors, so we were happy with them. The reason I rounded down on the stars were two things: the atmosphere and the overall price point, which was a little bit on the high side for what you get.
