This is an amazing fast casual right next to a gas station. I was hesitant at first but gave them a chance and I am glad I did. The food is amazing and perfectly seasoned. We always get the lamb kabobs with chick peas and white rice. Honestly we have gotten food there 3-4 times just in the last week. The owner/manager is super cool and really friendly. When they ran out of the baklava he refunded my money and had me try the pudding. I was hooked from then on. Portions are large and worth the $7-$10 per dish. The meat is super flavorful and juicy and chargrilled.....the rice was fluffy and perfectly seasoned. The spinach was delicately seasoned, finely chopped...stewed maybe? It was very good. The cheese kebab was a little "different" but still so yummy. The texture was more like firm tofu than the type of cheese us Americans are used to, but it had great flavor and was served topped with delicious sauce over some greens. The ONLY thing I'd change next time is have them go very light on the green cilantro sauce. I love cilantro as much as anyone but it was a bit overpowering at times. The guy taking my order confidently said "see you tomorrow!" when he found out this was my first visit. He's probably right! I can't wait to go back! Bottom line: SO GOOD. Try it. Connected to a gas station, an unlikely restaurant that offers great food. One thing that strikes me is how their logo and menu layout looks like a chain. Usually this is discouraging, but in a way, its smart for them to appear as if they are a franchise. Although its gimmicky, I like that they have a display at the front to show off the raw kebab meats they can cook for you. I ordered the lamb kebab plate with eggplant. You actually get two sides, but they only had enough eggplant for one serving. I went with spinach for my other side. Probably the only down side of this place is the quantity of meat. They dont give you an abundance of lamb cubes, but I do recognize that its expensive to make that kind of stuff. The lam was moist, had a nice char on some edges, and had a noticeable charcoal flavor. The eggplant was just as delicious, and it wasnt slimy either! The spinach tasted like it came straight from a can and simmering in the canned juices all day. After a couple of bites, I gave up on the gross, watery spinach and wished I had more eggplant. I like that the spices and white sauce they had actually enhance the meal and dont detract it. They give you a small bed of lettuce, which I wasn't sure was garnish or actually part of the meal, but I wished they separated it, since it gets warm real quick. Although the spinach was horrible, I look forward to try everything else on the menu. I heard their grilled pita and hummus are delicious. I will coming back soon. read more

All in all this is probably one of the best Kebab places in Dallas. The lamb was grilled perfectly and the gyro meat had plenty of flavor. The chick peas and egg plant sides were both delicious. Make sure to order extra rice if you go with two sides though as everything is pretty saucy. I took it home to eat and it was fantastic and the beef was so tender and delicious.
