What I was not excited about was having to wait outside for 10 minutes just to get in. It might have been explainable had the store been packed once inside - it wasn't, and half of the dressing rooms were even empty when I went to try on a few items. It seems like they're trying to create some aura of exclusivity, but this isn't Hermes or Chanel... Once inside the staff was helpful and friendly, but many items I was interested in were unavailable/sold out in small sizes. Overall I'd suggest shopping online.
