Server was great at trying to seat me in a spot with good reception, but after numerous attempts, I gave up trying to connect to my hotspot. I was surprised to hear they don't share WiFi with their customers in 2021, especially since they are aware of the limited cellphone service in the building. Our server Josh and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of. The food wait was a little long but when everything came out it was the freshest and most delicious meal. My husband had the Greek omelet and my son had the Buffalo chicken omelet both were very satisfied. My daughter had the apple cinnamon stuffed French toast that she was so happy with. "This taste just like apple pie!" I had the breakfast bowl. The potatoes were superb the veggies were chopped small which made it very enjoyable to eat. I have never waited that long for my food at a KiKi's before. We arrived before any rush, there were plenty of servers on the floor, and other tables were receiving their food in adequate time. I'm a big fan of the restaurant, and the food is normally very good. But I would like to share this incident that occurred today that had nothing to do with the meal itself and is the main reason I'm giving 3 stars and not at least 4. This was at the new location in Apopka, Fl. So, we're sitting at our table for about 10-15 minutes and no server has come to us. By this time, an older white party of four is shown to a table not far from us, and immediately, a server (middle-aged white woman) goes to their table. So, I get up and speak to the receptionist, telling him what has transpired. He apologizes and goes to see to someone serving us. He speaks with a male server, and the guy comes over to us, apologizing also, saying he's not sure what had happened with the server for our table, assuring us that it wasn't him, but he would serve us. He did a fantastic job, such that I not only left him a $20 tip on the table but added an additional $10 from my card and left him a note, thanking him for serving us when the original server wouldn't. You people are so ruthless. Please be considerate of people who has physical injuries/ problems from car accident and elder people. This is my second visit to this new Keke's. The first visit was much better. Food is good. Service is pretty good. Like I said...first time was better. This time I ordered the bacon extra crispy. I went with 2 friends that expressed the same as I'm going to tell you. The BLT was ordered with extra mayonnaise. The fruit dish was good, but there's an up-charge for that side. The mayo came to the table when the sandwich was more than 1/2 finished. The steak and cheese press was the made with the smallest tortilla I've ever seen. It was skimpy of steak as well. The French fries are an up-charge, too. The menu says sandwiches comes with chips and pickles. No chips came with either sandwich, but pickles came with the steak and cheese. However, they were on a hot dinner plate making the pickles hot and these pickles were visibly flat and old looking. The eggs were scrambled, but they are folded and flat...not fluffy or visually delectable. They didn't taste very good. The pancakes are the only reason I gave 2 stars. They're delicious. Don't get the silver dollar ones, 6 tiny cakes for $3.99 and definitely not worth the price. The raisin toast was obviously burnt, the waitress still served it, but I asked for another order. It came when I was nearly finished with my breakfast. These 3 meals were $33(no drinks)and not worth the price you pay for the marginal quality you get. We have had great service from 'Liz', but this waitstaff we had was a little less than acceptable. We will not go there for lunch again, no soup on the menu and over-priced lunch menu items are a real turn-off. This was our 5th time going so I would say we gave it a good try. read more

Extremely average! Went for lunch a few weeks ago food was awful. Ordered eggs sunny side up they were overcooked. Southwest Turkey clubhouse came with no bacon and funky compressed type turkey that you would find in plastic bag in the supermarket, also a Carolina chicken salad which came with chicken bits so deep fried that they looked like and tasted like pellets of something but not chicken.
