Our breakfast minus the biscuits & gravy.

Probably one of my best Waffle House experiences I have had. It's also one of the only times I've gone in the morning for breakfast. It was near my boyfriend's job & we had an hour to spare so instead of going to the McDonald's across the street he suggested Waffle House. The parking lot had one way in & out, it looked packed but I assume because of the 15 people or so there for interviews/training or something of the sort but it did not interfere with our service one bit. It was the usual sit where you want. She greeted us right away for our drinks then we knew our order because the menu is only so big. We both got the 2 egg special with the hashbrowns & toast. He added on biscuits & gravy which he wasn't a fan of. As he calls me Ms. Extra, I got scrabbled eggs with cheese(they were very cheesey), added bacon & of course got my hashbrowns smothered & covered. The only thing I am always disappointed with is they don't ever smother & cover all the hashbrowns. Mine were extra crispy a little too hard so I gave the parts not funny smothered & covered to my boyfriend which he loved. Our orders did come out fast & correct so we were in & out as well as happy customers. Like I said best service at a Waffle House.

"This is the first time I've been here sober, or during daylight hours," said my Floridian friend who took me here because I wanted that Southern/Mid-West experience. Given her hesitance to come here for a normal non-post-clubbing meal, I had very low expectations for this 24-hour greasy spoon diner that has become a thing just like east coasters and (ari)Zonies always want to go to In-N-Out when they visit California. But the service was great here, and the food plentiful. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations when I asked what was the best way to get my hash browns. While "smothered and covered" (onions and cheese) is a thing, my waiter said he preferred "covered and chunked" (cheese plus ham). We sat right at the counter top so got to see the short order cook whip up everything quickly without a sous chef. We were told that this guy is very good at over easy eggs, and he was right. For $7.65 I got hash browns, toast, a big but flat/skinny waffle, two eggs, two (dry) sausage patties. Coffee was an extra $1.95 and freshly made for us. I've definitely had better waffles but enjoyed the whole breakfast experience!

One cannot go wrong with breakfast-brunch on this place. Service is always friendly and efficient. The All Start Starter is big enough to be shared. Eggs, hash browns, toast, meats ( bacon, ham, sausage), waffle. One can order individual items mix and match. Hash browns plain or with several ingredients. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Vania iur server is improving herself by continuing her education, working and taking care of kids. Way to go!!!

My youngest daughter and I get up early every Christmas morning and drive to this Waffle House. This is a tradition that reminds us of driving g to Georgia when my mom was alive. She and I would be awake in the front seat while everyone else snoozed. The workers are always friendly and many times exhausted. I have to have my usual cheesy eggs with bacon, scattered, smothered, and covered hash browns, wheat toast and coffee. It is always as expected.

Very busy on Saturday morning, if you not looking to eat in I would suggest calling in ahead of time. I ordered the Allstate to go. Waffle 2eggs, ham, hashbrown to go 8.01 total included tax. While I waited a staff member asked while I waited checked on me. While she kept the front area swept down. 6 booths and several single chair sitting. Typical wallflower house set up. Booster seats available. Wait time for my order over 15 minutes... Suggest order ahead if not eating in on a Saturday

I ordered the patty melt with a side of onion rings and it was excellent. The patty was cooked to a perfect medium, which is impressive considering patty melts are traditionally thinner. If you're tired of chain sports bars and want somewhere with actual character and personality, The Back Porch is exactly where you want to be. The kind of spot where you can settle in to watch a game and enjoy real food that tastes like it's made with care. I'll definitely be back to catch sporting events and eat well.

The only downside was that my wrap was a little dry, and I wanted a side of ranch to go with it. Our server didn't come check on us for about 10 minutes after our food arrived, so I ended up having to ask the host to help me find her. Other than that, the service was good and we enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is laid-back and has a fun sports bar vibe. We even mentioned coming back to watch the World Cup final here. Overall, The Back Porch is a solid spot for a casual meal, and we'll definitely be back!

They may not have looked like what I was imagining, but they tasted great! As for the beer, most of it is actually above average. After giving our drink order for refillable sodas and spicy tuna roll, we took a moment to take in the colorful decor. There are no less than four lucky cats waving to patrons constantly. I love spicy tuna rolls, and I loved the presentation. The ginger was rolled into a rose and the Wasabi a tiny flower. The roll was fresh and crunchy. We both got the Steak and Shrimp Habachi with fried rice and white sauce. The steak was cut up in tiny pieces and over cooked, no pink. The shrimp was large and tasty. We ate every bite and only took sodas to go. I was surprised that they had such a great lunch special, which is the same every day. Awesome prices and good food.

The establishment was nice and cozy. The food orders were quick. I ordered three sushi rolls. California roll: definitely different than your normal Cali roll. The imitation crab is minced some compared to just getting a crab stick whole. It was still delicious even on the second day, too. White tempura fish roll: perfect roll in every way possible for me. The only thing missing that I would recommend is the tempura flakes on top . Chicken tempura roll: Yes, I know it's not the normal roll you expect. It's why I gave it a try. It was similar to the white tempura fish but a slight difference in flavor. Now, some other dishes the family had was the steak on the hot rock. The fired rice was to die for. It was so nicely seasoned with light green scallions and scrambled eggs. A literal party in your mouth. The steak was tender and seasoned like salt Bae paid a visit just to season our steaks personally. Of course, the cucumber spicy salad was the chefs kiss to us. It was so hydrating with a nice mild kick to it. Please swing by to check them out. You will be back for sure. I promise you.
