Maybe it's just me, but I feel like Keke's isn't what it once was in terms of food quality. They certainly have a lot to offer, but that doesn't mean much unless it's tasty. I ordered the egg white vegetable wrap with fruit. I liked that the fruit cup offered had bananas. The wrap was mostly wrap, not a lot of substance. What was there was kind of sloppy and runny. I'm always VERY happy with anything I've ordered here. Can only speak for breakfast but have had waffles, eggs & pancakes. All very good. They do something extra special to the English Muffins because they never toast that perfectly anywhere else. Had the pumpkin pancakes with pecans & Bananas in it today. I had been anxiously awaiting these to arrive all through Oct but apparently they show up Nov. 1st. I've had many many pumpkin pancakes but none have been as good as these. The cinnamon butter with it was outstanding. The sliced Bananas were cooked into the bottom of the pancakes as well as just enough pecans. Hubby had an omelet with a heaping bowl of beautiful fruit. My first time here. A short walk from my house. I ordered buttermilk pancake. Perfect texture but make sure you ask only for one since an order comes with 3 giant pancakes. I don't understand why they give so much and most eat half, some eat 1/3 or 1/4 and the rest just really goes to waste. Regardless, they have perfect pancakes! Get one. This place is always poppin' but the service was excellent and the wait time was not that bad(Came on Mother's Day) Our server Olivia was AMAZING! Can't stress that enough. Paying $2.79 for an espresso size cup of coffee was a bit expensive especially when I ordered it with 2% milk that was served a tiny plastic container. I had to ask for more milk with each coffee refill. I would have ignored it had my server not said, "No problem" at lease 12 times! "No problem" was her response to everything I said. NO PROBLEM??? What does that mean? Is there a chance I could cause a problem? Are my requests not a problem compared to other requests? To be honest this place was quite unique, and unique in a great way. I was visiting Orlando and my Soror introduced me to this delightful place! KeKe's has a vast array of food choices, ranging from breakfast, brunch and lunch. A perfect spot for a light or heavy early meal. I decided to get the stuff French toast Pina Colada. It was nicely dusted with powder sugar, sweetened coconut flakes, and pineapple sauce as its filling. It was amazingly delicious. Not too sweet, and nothing was over powering. An obvious presence of pineapple and coconut but by no means was it overbearing. This can be surprising when deciding any dish that has pineapple and coconut surrounding it. It can be too inadvertently artificially flavored but my dish was just right in my Opinion. Im no connoisseur but I do enjoy the flavored Pina Colada dish here and there. Now At KeKes I made my dish a combo, and had home fries and sausage links. My friend, she ordered the Carmel and Banana waffle dish, and she fell in love. Plenty food to feed two people. We were full, and I shared my meal with some of the other patrons of the booth. The service was more than perfect, food served promptly and hot, very attentive, friendly and professional in a way that you can associated your server as "your best friend kind of way": which is what I like. Would I recommend this place: HECKS yes, and it will always be on my list of place to go for breakfast. I certainly wish it was here in S Florida. POST COVID - server came to table and stated "scan menu code on table if you do not know what you want to eat", I replied I don't have my phone and got up to leave restaurant, then told we can bring you a menu. We've always wanted to try out Kekes and finally got our chance today. First impression walking in was very positive. Clean, modern and spacious though mostly booths so large parties wouldn't fit well. Nicely laid out menu laminated with one side breakfast and the other side lunch. Waitress quickly got our drinks served and order taken. My wife spotted something in her coffee and after waiting a while to get our waitress we got someone else. Food delivered quickly by another server. Florida waffles basically bananas and strawberries on top. Lots of fruit. But the waffle was spongy. It wasn't crisp outside but soggy inside. My chicken fajita omelette was fair. Not many pieces of chicken and what was there was bland. The toast was toasted but it too was spongy. Trying to get get another cup of coffee truly taxed our patience. We wanted so much to like Kekes but nope it didn't happen. Not to condemn the chain so maybe we'll try another at a different location. And to all the servers out there, addressing your customers as "love" and "sweetie" is annoying. read more

Found a food tag (barcode) in my home fries, puts into question whether the potato was washed or the quality of the kitchen. The taste of the food wasn't bad, but tended to the bland side of things. The service wasn't great either. They took the order off, but we were still charged for the experience. Wouldn't come back. read more

This is one of our favorite places for breakfast. Never have had a bad meal. Always delicious. Servers are nice and friendly. Refills a plenty and if for some reason they get behind just asking brings immediate results. Pancakes are large and fluffy. Omelets are filling. You won't be disappointed at this Keke's. Yes servers do come and go but for those I did know who left it was to pursue schooling or other life paths to better them selves. New servers seems to fit right in. SAFETY WARNING! A manager at Keke's Breakfast Cafe (Ocoee, FL)​ bled on our dishware and her blood ended up all over my husband's hands. How they handled the situation? YIKES. Shame on Keke's for claiming they have "Excellent Service" a "Clean Environment" and a "Commitment to Excellence". (Quotes from their website) We came into contact with blood from a manager, a server mocked us and the situation, and the manager gave us $5 off our bill. This situation was never reported to another manager or owner. All we now want is the manager in question to provide a blood test and for the manager and owner to apologize in writing. To date, they have not apologized or provided any blood test results. Now we live in fear and nobody there seems to care about my husband's health and well being. Not knowing if he's contracted a disease is literally ruining our lives. Orlando friends: Don't support such carelessness. We as customers deserve to be treated like human beings. Not liabilities. My coworker suggested we try this place so my friend and I went and had breakfast this morning at this location and it was delicious! Tried the "Florida Pancakes" but be warned they are HUGE! Despite the size, they were very yummy! Our server, whose name I did not catch (sorry), was lovely. Very knowledgable and made great suggestions; though she did fail to mention how big the pancakes would be. We forgave her as my pancakes will now become my lunch. Win-win. I'm not sure about other locations but the people here are very discriminating. If you have tattoos or look different, get ready to be treated different. I've never been treated so rudely, even the manager Silkia was unprofessional and rude. It's almost like everyone wanted to keep their distance. The very first time I dined here, we waited nearly an hour for our food, but the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of their management team left us with a positive experience despite the circumstances (as well as the delicious food, of course). We came back less than a month later and had the same excellent service, exceptional food, and this time had our food at the table in a timely manner. I had the three meat omelette which offered more than enough food, the people I was with had the stuffed French toast which looked incredible and somehow tasted even better, and my step dad had a classic scrambled egg breakfast. Tried it for the first time and wowzers on the pancake size! It literally was as big as the plate. Texas toast French toast as well. I had an omelette that came with home fries and toast. I absolutely love potatoes but the home fries were just ok. I received my omelette last but due to the busy time it was ok. Been to this location many times, usually pretty good food and quality. But today was not. Service was good, and our server was very nice and friendly, but didn't seem to know the menu. But food took over 30 mins to come out, and when it did the food was cold. My food came out 10 mins before the person I was with and she had to watch me eat without any food, and I had to do the same with her. When her omelet finally came out, it was wrong, toast was cold and hard, and I was still missing some of my food too. Server kept apologizing and did as much as he could to make our experience better, but the kitchen really dropped the ball on this one. Ended up spending over an hour here, when it should have only been a 30 min trip. Was really disappointed in the price given the quality of the food, felt like I really overpaid for cold eggs and toast. I love kekes but the last couple of times I've gone we have go the worst service by the same server named Jake. He takes 10+ with the drinks, once he takes our order he doesn't check on us at all, he doesn't bring our food out, we have had to wait forever for him to bring us the the check and the last time I went I wait d 30 min for him to come pick up my card to charge it before I decided to pay cash. I'm a server myself and I know we can't please everyone but this has happened on days where it's not even busy, it's almost as if he goes out of his way to give poor service. I will definitely not go to this specific Keke's in a while because the last few times I've been getting that same server and it just ruins the experience for me. read more

Called to order breakfast on a Sunday from this location. An associate answered the phone and requested I hold on. As the wait exceeded ten minutes I hung up. I called back and got Josh. I was advising of the previous call and the wait and abruptly the call dropped. I call back and ask for a manager. I get Mike. I start to advise him of my concerns and call drops or they hang up on me again. I call back and Josh answers again. He says he is the manager and they are really busy right now and are not taking phone orders or online orders. He suggested that I wait and call back in 30 minutes and see if they are available to take orders at this time. I requested all the contact info for the corporate office or a district manager and Josh said to google it! I will never waste any more time with this franchise. It's your responsibility who you employ and you should have certain procedures that employees have to follow in case of overcrowding and a simple message to customers advising of the situation. This was not acceptable and anyone I spoke with today would not accept the type of service or explanation I was given. Do better and make it right! read more

Way better layout and parking lot than First Watch. Good food, large menu with a LOT of options....but it's pricey and buyer beware on side items. They sub things out easily BUT what they fail to point out is that everything is an add-on including eggs whites, etc. service is efficient but the servers don't offer up the fact your request will be extra and by how much. For example a side of fruit is $4. Sub egg whites and you've quickly taken a $10 meal to $16. That's dinner territory at Outback. read more
