My egg and cheese sandwich was horrible!!! Hardly had any egg and cheese in my sandwich and the toast was super dry, no butter or anything! My egg was so over cooked it was brown on the outside. They also forgot my home fries and served my sandwich on the smallest plate, it could seriously be considered a saucer. When they finally brought my home fries they were also served on the saucer plate. They were cold, mushy and all stuck together. Now although the food and service is great. I love eating there. I have had a couple issues right after eating at that restaurant with my debit card information being stolen and used. I had the same waitress both times and both time right after eating there my debit card had fraudulent charges on it. I went there for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. They were out of chips, sweet potato fries and several other items. One friend ordered a sandwich and was offered one of the sides for an additional charge. I was surprised that they didn't substitute an item at no additional charge. That can't be blame on supply chain issues-- they could have purchased chips at a nearby grocery--it was before noon. My salad had mostly rusted and wilted lettuce in it. When we asked our server about desserts for our friend's birthday (we intended to pay for it) she had to checked and came back saying there were no desserts. I don't see them on the online menu, but no desserts? The bathroom trash can needed to be emptied and the toilet paper dispenser as well as the paper towel dispenser were not functioning properly. Toilet paper and paper towels were just placed on top of the dispensers. There are places nearby with similar breakfasts and about the same price--so why come me here? read more

I have never been asked to leave a restaurant because they have a maximum sitting time. I was absolutely shocked when the manager asked us to leave because they were "busy" and needed the table. Be prepared your maximum time limit is 1 hour. This is not an environment to enjoy conversation ... you have to eat and leave. Also, the delivery from the manager was abrupt and rude. The service at this location in Riverview was excellent. Arrived on Easter Sunday when they said the wait would be 20 mins but we only waited less than 10 mins. All the staff were very attentive and made sure everything was as good as possible. The food was good also. Hard to go wrong with breakfast and brunch items, but with the staff on top of everything they make sure that if anything is unacceptable it's corrected. This was my first time here. We told our server, George, that it was our first time and asked for a recommendation. He recommended the combo. The way the combo selection is pretty easily laid out, just pick something from each line. Eggs and hash browns / potatoes are on the same line, which i thought was weird. However, George, (after making sure twice, which was nice) said that you could do Eggs, half potatoes and half order of bacon which worked out perfectly. Two big slices of French toast came on one huge square plate, 2 eggs, potatoes, and bacon came on a thin rectangular plate. Fancy, but everything could have fit fine on one plate. Amazing. Saw this place and decided to give it a try after seeing the massive omelettes they serve. I had the cheese steak omelette and my girlfriend had the ham and cheese omelette. The food was amazing. They use 3 large eggs and the steak is actually steak. The quality of the meat was actually impressive given the price. The home fries were also good and fresh. I'm not a fan of ham but my girlfriends omelette was great as well. You can taste the quality of their ingredients. We made it out with a $25 bill for two omelettes and two drinks. first and foremost i LOVE keke's. ive been to the one on dale mabry and had the BEST service there. on another note i visited the one in riverview and overall enjoyed my experience, wait time was reasonable, seated quicker than expected & the food was so good , as expected but the only reason why i didnt give it four stars is because 1) the straws are poor quality. almost every straw they gave me werent open on both ends & you would think for a restaurant who is doing so well financially they would be able to pay for good quality straws. like even 7/11 has good quality straws. the next issue was the waitering, my waitress barely waited us & when she did she didnt do what was asked. didnt bring a lemon for water and syrup. because we didnt have the same waitress the entire time the people they sent didnt bring all of our food. However, when we went this past week, we were seated and waited well over a half an hour for food that never came. The three people at our table were all white. Three tables of black folks were all seated after us and served before us. When we asked repeatedly about why her food was not coming, our servers told us they would check on it. Sooo my review is on the hostess she confirm waiting time 15 to 25 min okay not bad so provide her my name and waited. 30 min after still waiting !! so I checked on the hosted and ask how much longer ? Said another 30-35 min .. mmm I said you initially said this but now you are adding more to the time. She said " well it's not fault people are just sitting around with out eating" I then proceeded to walk out.
