The worst Keke's ever from the time we went in to the time we left. We got seated by the kitchen then the bathroom. Meanwhile other tables were open. Then there was hair in my potatoes. The manager did nothing but say I took them off (obviously if I didn't eat any ). My sausage was raw. So I pretty much wasted my time there and ended up eating nothing. I'm from Illinois and I went to Florida for vacation. It's tradition that we wake up early enough to go to breakfast no matter where we are when we're in a different state. Keke's Breakfast Cafe was in our lists of places to eat and since we've never been there before we didn't even know what to expect. We only had other people's reviews to go off of. Let me tell you..... it was so amazing. Not only was the food great, the at atmosphere was amazing, everything came to our table so fast, our server ashley was so kind and so amazing to us! She had suggested things off the menu that we should try and she gave great suggestions. I'm very particular about the way my waffles taste but the waffles you guys make are soooooooooooo good. If we ever go back to Florida we're definitely stopping in and we're going to ask for ashley because she was really so amazing to us! She got everything to our table so quickly and so fast and was constantly asking if we needed anything. Thank you ashley for making our visit amazing. Today was my second visit for breakfast. The Hostess and server were great. Overall, the food was good; however, the food arrived at the table cold (although the bottom of the plate is hot). During future visits, I hope that I will not experience this problem. If I do, I will notify the server. read more

Breakfast, omelet with spinach, feta, and chopped tomatoes. Excellent. Seems to be homemade Whole wheat ( big fan) toast and home fries. Husband had stuffed French toast with blueberries, (special) with home fries and sausage. The French toast was not exactly stuffed, but two pieces of bread on top of each other with blueberries and cream cheese between them. Cream cheese made the French toast cold he said. All in all, the food and atmosphere was good. Service excellent. Price for breakfast with tip, $36.00. A bit high for breakfast for 2, you think ? I'd give it a zero if I was allowed... went in a few weeks ago. Food is nothing perfect. I miss the time when customers were right? They have a coconut french toast on the menu, I asked if it was a shredded one... it was. I asked for it on my pancakes. That was a big no. Asked for it on my Waffle, also told no. Is your food made to order?why else would you say no to adding it to pancakes?restaurant refuses any custom orders. It's sad when competition is so high. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE. Apparently it's not the Kekes way to take care of their guests. (Manager said it's not the Kekes way to take off an item with hair in it) Server Mikah was great but the manager on the other hand is unprofessional and rude. We got a black HAIR in our food and he walks over to the table and said sorry about that and walked away... said nothing more. We then get the check with the full charge confused as to of why he wouldn't take care of us and we asked for him again (the manager) he came over to our table and said what's up? We looked at him like ...?? We just had a hair in our food wondering why we got charged the full price. He said "it's not the Kekes way to discount food" ??? WE HAD HAIR IN OUR FOOD. If you're in the mood for bland and overpriced food, stop by this spot. Went here for my sister's 18th birthday brunch and ordered the Western Omelet, which tasted like something anyone could whip up in their kitchen and was so bland that i had to drown it in salt and black pepper so that i could eat it. My sister ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which i thought that nobody could mess up but it was so bad that she ate about a half and refused to take another bite; the hamburger bun looked like they ran out and asked one of the cooks to run over to Publix to get a bag or two. My mom ordered the philly wrap, which was unbelievably small and tasteless, again, it tasted like something one could whip up at home if they're in a hurry. To top off the horrible food, the manager seemed to have an attitude. He came over to our table and asked if everything was good, to which i stated the food was bland and the cheeseburger was so bad that my sister could not finish it, to which he replied, "oh, sorry to hear, let me get your plates" and never returned or even tried to rectify the situation. The only reason for my one star is the waitress that I had, she was great! I honestly don't see why the lines are so long here and how this place has so many stars. Will not return. I ordered Eggs Benedict that were fairly good, but there was not enough Hollandaise sauce on them. I asked for additional Hollandaise sauce and was charged $ 2 for a ridiculously tiny cup. This is one of my favorite breakfast establishments. I've been to locations in Orlando and the Citrus Park area. I had a great experience with each location. The company as a whole seems to be very consistent with how the food is prepared. I'm a huge fan of eggs benedict dishes. Everytime I see a breakfast restaurant offer it, I order it. KeKe's eggs benedict is great! The eggs are always perfectly formed and almost always cooked accordingly. I enjoy the home fries. They are not "fried" in a deep fryer, but sliced and flat top fried. My husband usually gets the pancakes or the waffles. The pancakes are huge. I've enjoyed them by sampling them off my husband's plate. He thinks they are a little too thick for his liking, but he is extremely picky about pancakes. I've never tried the lunch section. Overall, service is good and the food is usually prepared well. On Saturday, September 1st, 2018, my girls and I went here for the first time. We'd happen to be in the neighborhood some time ago and came across this cafe. We finally had the chance to pop in and glad we did. The waiter John and waitress Ashley were awesome! They were very attentive, nice and checked on us frequently. Made sure our drinks were always filled and asked if we needed anything more. The food was sooo delicious! We all had French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and ham. How about they give you these huge pieces of French toast and 4 pieces of bacon. Who does that anywhere else! This cafe will be our go to place for breakfast food. Oh and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we loved the decor and feel of the place. We went at 1:30 and they closed at 2:30. Didn't feel rushed and would recommend everyone to go here. My sister ordered the pecan waffle...worst waffle EVER, very dry. My caramel, banana stuffed french toast was OK, bread was dry. Our friend ordered a salad, the only lettuce they used was iceberg lettuce...really? For the prices they charge they could at least have romaine! The food is good but the service is odd. Things are explained weird and my husband was asked if he wanted veggies with his salad. He said just a salad and all he got was a bowl of cut up lettuce. That's an odd salad to me. Took forever for refills on our drinks and to get the check. Had to ask a different waiter for a box because our waiter just disappeared.
