We have been Keke fans for sometime now and it's great to have one so close to us now. It is only the 4th day they are open so there are some rough edges they are working on but nothing that really impacted our visit. Sarah was our server and she did a fine job on keeping glasses filled. Went in the early afternoon on a Wednesday, the restaurant was very busy with people waiting. We were seated earlier then expected which was great. Our server Cheri S. Was OUTSTANDING!! Fantastic customer service despite a very full restaurant. She went above and beyond making sure our table had everything it needed and when a minor problem came up, she fixed it immediately. She was really working hard covering all her tables. Food was very good with one minor issues which our server fixed on the spot. Cheri is one of the best servers we've ever had at any restaurant including Disney. She really cares about the customer. We will definitely be back and ask to be seated in her area. We had breakfast at Keke's this morning, which is a Monday. It was quiet and not too busy at all. This was a nice break from the Disney crowds. Having said that, despite the slow morning the food took forever. We literally waited at least 30 minutes for breakfast and there were 4 full tables out of about 25 in the entire restaurant. To add to the long wait, my wife ordered an egg burrito wrap and the female server never asked her what type of wrap she wanted. As the food was being delivered the waitress said "I just assumed you wanted wheat instead of flour. Hope that was okay. I should have asked." No, that was not okay. All you had to do was ask. How difficult is it to walk back to the table and ask a 10 second question? Egg burritos almost always come with a flour wrap. Upon receiving the wrap she didn't want, my wife kindly asked for a flour wrap and the server took the order back but the problem with this is that we were now back in the long queue. Instead of rushing her order, we needed to wait another 10 minutes for her wrap to come back out and most of us were finished eating at that point. The server then said "we'll take the wrap off the bill. We won't charge you." This was the right move and we were pleased with that decision. When the bill arrived the wrap was still on it?? First off, great service. Polite waiters and waitresses. I believe Michael was our waiter. Service was quick and fresh, food was hot! I got eggs Benedict, perfectly poached eggs it was more of like a medium boil with a slightly runny yolk. I also shared a turtle stuffed French toast, it was alright. It was good because it wasn't too sweet, but I wouldn't have called that Turtle because I didn't taste caramel. Aside from that, everything was delicious!!! Great service. The employees are always very nice and listen to all of my needs. I always order a complicated meal. When it comes to the Keke's they always seem to come through for me. Today I requested for them to add a large coffee to my meal that I didn't order over the phone. Not your most Instagrammable breakfast, but Keke's is so dang good every time! The menu is huge and the servers are always friendly. There's usually a wait but they do a great job of speedy service so tables turn over fairly fast, but i've never felt rushed while eating either. The restaurant is mainly booths (not sure if this is every Keke's or just this location) so larger parties (over 6) may have to split up or wait longer. I do wish their home fries were more the traditional cut rather than the wide rounds, but everything is always amazing and tastes fresh. read more

It was me and my husband's first time and it was nearly perfect! We had pancakes, home fries, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes are HUGE. I'm glad we got 1 pancake combo each. He got a banana chocolate chip and I got chocolate chip. I regret not getting the banana. They were perfectly fluffy with slight crisp on the edge. The home fries are red potatoes and they went perfectly with the eggs, which are perfectly cooked to order as well. The bacon was DELICIOUS. Not too crispy and not too chewy. It was crazy how good it tasted. The only small thing is that the OJ wasn't up to par with the food quality. The service was attentive and amazing. The restaurant was extremely clean! Overall my meal was cold when it came out, and it came out earlier than my wife's which makes me think this plate was a mistake from the kitchen and they repurposed it for our ticket. I had eggs Benedict, wife had stuffed French Toast and the kids had chocolate chip silver dollar pancakes. The kids' meals were fine, French toast was quite good, but the let down with the Benny and relatively slow response from wait staff in the beginning turned me off for a return visit. Every Keke's I have been to have been amazing! There has always been a wait, but it is well worth it. Not only is every menu item amazing, the coffee is fresh, the hosT staff are nice and accommodating, and the waitresses have all been fantastic.
