I've been here multiple times and every time has been pleasant. I brought a group for their first time and it surpassed all their expectations. We all tried a different dish and when sampling everyone's plate, EVERYTHING was delicious! The wait time was accurate as well, they sat us down fairly quickly for how busy they were. My husband and I have been a fan of Kekes over by Milenia Mall as well as on Sand Lake and we were excited there was going to be one so close to our house. We went around 11:30 on a Saturday morning (I believe it was their first Saturday that they were open) and there was no wait so we were seated at a booth immediately. Our server Danielle came over shortly and took our drink order. My husband had an egg sandwich and I had a Greek omelette. The food came out in a timely manner and it was as hot and delicious. First time going to this place with my pregnant wife and a toddler. Order placed at 9.40. Half of hour later server tells us that we are next in line. At 10:40 we ask the server if our food is ready, he complains another 20-30mins. People who were sat after us, were served before us. The person in the front desk told us not to worry about the drinks and just leave. They said they are not sure what's going on in the kitchen so she told us to leave without paying for the drinks. Best breakfast we have had in Orlando! I was looking up breakfast spots and stumbled upon keke's on Yelp. It was a little bit of a drive from our hotel ( Disney beach club ) but sooooooooo worth it! We ordered pancakes, bacon and fruit for the kids, fruit was perfectly fresh! We ordered breakfast combos with French toast and omelet style eggs. Portions are large so one French toast or one pancake was more than enough. Food was cooked to perfection! Shi was our server and just amazing!! She guided us through the menu and made sure our food was perfect! Our bacon was coming out and before it hit the table she said... whoops that's not crispy enough, please ask them to make it crispier! She was attentive!!!! Sooo friendly, anything we asked for she had a solution or suggestion! We weren't finished with our breakfast when the kids asked to come back again tomorrow. The food has always been wonderful, but each time we've been to this location, the service has been neutral to sub-par. This most recent visit will be our last. When I asked if I could substitute fruit for the English muffin that came with my meal (I have celiac and could not eat the muffin), my server did not mention that it would be a $4 upcharge to do so. We were quite surprised when the bill arrived. When we mentioned it to the server, she said it's printed on the bottom of the menu. We asked that next time she mention that to her guests: the menu is long and extensive, so it's quite understandable that we may have missed something in small print on the bottom, and it's just good service to point these things out to your guests (a small charge I could understand, but $4 is high). Her solution was to give us the fruit for free "this time", which was not a great solution (here's free stuff now please go away? Not great guest service recovery). We will not be dining at this Keke's again. read more

We came here based off reviews, however, the 15min wait turned into 35 minutes. All guests were getting frustrated because wait times were so off. Our girls (teenagers) wanted just a stack of pancakes, but the waitress told them they were huge and they would not be able to finish them so a combo would be better. The pancakes were $6.99, but the combo with a fruit cup was $12.50 and $10.99 each. My omelette had raw peppers and onions in it and was not good at all. The manager came by and couldn't understand why the waitress suggested more food and more money after saying the girls couldn't finish just pancakes. Visiting Florida from New Jersey. My husband had KeKe's on his must go to places to try. (He's a yelp enthusiast) This place was sooooo goood. The breakfast potatoes and eggs were everything my pregnant self needed. Our waitress was Sonia, a doctor from Venezuela working to get certified in the U.S. She was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't leave a more positive review for her. We didn't have to ask for anything! She even sent us with waters and coffee to go. The other waitresses we spoke to were so friendly and just made it an overall "feel good" experience. Perfectly poached!!!! It's not often I can say that anywhere and I've been to some very nice restaurants. I didn't even get to take a picture because when I cut into that creamy perfection there was no time for photos. Lol. The egg white was beautifully formed and not slimy. The yoke cascaded over my English muffin. I'm not really much of a breakfast person EXCEPT for eggs Benedict. Then I'm an egg snob. I've been to plenty of other breakfast restaurants, even another Keke's, and this was hands down the best poached egg I've ever had. Ever. The hollandaise was perfect as well: creamy, not too much lemon, not over or under cooked, and seriously perfectly seasoned. In case you're wondering, all of the servers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. That's important to me. Happy staff means good management.
