Willing to be patience and reasonable in my selection based on my credit and income. I was transparent about my income and requested approval be verified first before I even began looking for a vehicle. I was told I was approved after filling out the application and that included the verification of income, I was provided a 2022 ford escape and put a down payment down when I was asked to by Scott. Drove off into the sunset. Never once was told there could be issues with the lender nearly a month after I purchased the vehicle. I was told abruptly with no warning my income wasn't completely verifiable? I sent atleast 15 different documents of financial statements and a detailed employment summary from my boss and suddenly, now I'm not allowed to keep my vehicle unless I give them an additional $3,000. I opted to get into a cheaper vehicle and was told I still needed $3,000 more? Seems like a complete scam. I LOST $1,500 in insurance costs because I had the vehicle insured beyond the refund policy. Galaxyauto took no responsibility for that. I am the provider in my household and now I am likely out of both of my jobs due to galaxyautos inability to be transparent and communicate effectively about the buying process and what the risks were or that my income may not have been acceptable for whatever scammy reason. This company is taking advantage of every person that walks through those doors unless they have half the total cost of the vehicle down as payment or an 839 credit score, so their job is easier. Do not waste your time being played by this shady company.

For example, when I declined "added warranties" there was never any attempt to upsell me in this - or any other - regard at any stage in the sales process. My sales representative, Mr. Tyler Stevens, was very professional and helpful throughout and seems a genuinely friendly young man. He promptly communicated with me when how and when I wanted (e-mail; the by phone; and lastly in person). He was also very accommodating to my preferred schedule. Highly, highly recommended. I made inquiries at almost two dozen GM dealerships within a 100 mile radius and - in the end - actually received the best overall sales price [essentially tied with just one other] from this dealership as well.

Told me I needed to replace the electric fans. Motors seized. Recommended aftermarket Fans. Then it was wiring harness for fans, then TPM. After I received the car back my turn signals were not operating properly. Flashing erratically. Was told it is probably my bulbs. Checked bulbs. None are out. Took it back. Replaced TPM again. Still malfunctioning turn signals. Was told " I wouldn't worry, they work good enough". Until I can't pass inspection in my state. I never had issues with my turn signals until Northtown Dodge repaired my vehicle.
